The Movers Tab tells you at a glance who in your business is red hot and rolling! It makes it easy to communicate with those people, and focus your attention where it's apt to payoff the greatest. You may have 200 or more people in your business at some point, and you need to be able to spot your movers and shakers at a glance. Those are the people you want to work with. That is how you maximize your efforts and your SFI business.

You take them step by step through an introductory process.

Step 1. A simple greeting, introduction and explanation that you purpose is to help them build their business and to answer any questions that come up in the process.

Step 2. A short detailed letter explaining how to earn 500 VP the first day (to earn the 200 VP Bonus)

Step 3. A short detailed letter explaining how to go EA (score 1,500 VP) without spending a penny.

Step 4. A short detailed letter

It all starts and ends with respect! You are there to serve your customer, but in order to do that, you have to determine first what they need and want. If you present a bunch of things that they don't really need, you waste their time. Most people are busy, and they don't appreciate people who waste their time. If possible, do a bit of homework first so you know something about the person and the company going in. If you require five minutes or so to demonstrate what you have, tell them in advance

I would say the most important tool for building a successful business is unquestionably the Movers Tab. Without that, it would be very tough to work with a large downline business effectively. The Movers Tab allows you to see who is active immediately. This is where your attention needs to be focused in this business if you are going to build it big.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

Absolutely not! When an affiliate first signs up, they have no downline to work with at all. By becoming a TL right off the bat, they are guaranteed at least 50 - 60 CSAs to work with and possibly many more. They also get a load of TCredits to use in the Pricebender Auctions and the Eager Zebra Games.

Besides, when a person first joins the business, they can easily score 1500 VP or more just doing the items on the To Do list without spending a penny. A major enticement to going on standing

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

You don't want to overload a new affiliate with information. Here is what I recommend:

Step 1: Send simple greeting, welcoming them into the business and explaining that your purpose will be to help them build their business and to answer any questions they have.

Step 2: Show them how to reach 500 VP the very first day to get the 200 VP bonus. I always make this a separate letter from Step 1.

Step 3: I show them how to go 1500 VP without spending a penny. If an affiliate

It is far better to develop a standard greeting for all new PSAs and CSAs welcoming them to the business, and telling them that your purpose is to help them build their business and to answer any questions they have along the way. When you start to bring in large numbers of affiliates, especially at the TL levels, it will probably prove exceptionally difficult to personalize each welcome letter. You simply won't have time. I advise you to keep in mind the business you want to eventually have. You
