All the games that we have in the company encourages people to work in the SFI.
In each game's chance of winning, if not direct - it remains a possibility in the daily draws.
If you do not play - you can not get it!
Besides being fun and useful career ... games are educational ..... so that the knowledge obtained while playing and having fun.
Also used to get rid of daily stress.
When I play are and have a competitive spirit among the members - who will be better and more times to win!

How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

I explain it very simply.
People love to read newspapers in the morning and see the news of the day.
Most of the news is bad, and people then bad and feel.
I, unlike others, I am on the SFI website and drink coffee at home and performs daily tasks, and read what's going on with us in the company.
It employed approximately 1-1.5 hours.
Having done the work, I go out of the house very good mood.
Why am I in the mood? Because it's my day went successfully and I did daily tasks.
My colleagues all does most of the morning tasks and much more motivated to work than those who work compensation of maximum.

They need to explain that this is an important part of his career in SFI, and that without it there is no career advancement.

What is the best way to maintain my SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability?

This is the ideal job for all conditions.
You can be sick at home or in the hospital, and you can always do your daily tasks in 15 minutes.
Also if you're on vacation, is no obstacle to work off the daily routine tasks with to-do lists.
I do it with your morning coffee.
This can all be done with a cell phone .... if our computer is not available .... so I see no obstacle, why would work stood during our vacation.
Maybe that's the problem with our new colleagues, who are not yet sufficiently well into this our business.
All in all, there is no obstacle to do the job every day while we were on vacation ...

Regarding earnings - it is one of the most profitable businesses to obtain faster and more profits!
In addition to advertising auction, we must promote the history and its structure.
Especially their PSA.
To participate in the auction should have the TC.
If we know that for every purchase of TC, we get a commission - we do not need another reason, therefore has to promote and advertise Pricebenders auctions.

answering questions, it is not done in order to obtain points - but to the exchange of views all learned something.
Answers to the questions are very important for new users, because from them you can learn a lot.
Each of us has his own vision of the work. Therefore, through the questions and answers expands knowledge.
For answers we get points, which is less important.
It is more important to share our experience with time keeps getting better.
The same is the case with you and singers festivals and awards.
Does the singer sings better if the festival with prizes - I think not.
Thus, in our work ..... honest, quality, honest and personal answer - they deserve it the most points!

When you send messages to members, always at the bottom of the message, type to visit your site - for updates.
If you already send such a message, then your site should have interesting information to members.
On that page - once a week to write one comment.
