My Dreams make me go on.

I set some incredible goals for myself. Some may laugh at me for setting such high goals, but the things I want in life exists. If others achieved it, why not me? That is only my long term goals though.

I also set some short term or interim goals that’s more easily achievable and every time I achieve one of them it motivates me to go on and on.

If you just use your Goals tab on your To Do List properly to spell out your dreams and as you go on, achieve some of those goals, it will really motivate you. Set some smaller step by step goals for your monthly goals and work really hard to achieve some of them every month. It will help you moving towards your bigger long term goals.

I also enter as much contests as possible, like Daily Grand. When I win something there it also keeps me motivated. I have won some nice prizes in the DG and the E365 contest as well.

I also bid in the auctions. I’ve won some auctions and that also make me more confident to move forward.

Every month I reach EA or Team Leader it motivates me to do better next month or at least the same.

SFI have a lot in place to help us and motivate us, but ultimately it depends on every individual. Make the most of all your opportunities.

There may be many reasons why you can’t access the SFI Affiliate Center. The website may be temporarily offline, your internet connection may be limited or offline, etc.

If it’s only SFI’s website that’s offline and you still have a connection, you can still work on the internet doing various things online, like advertising online, learning about marketing, building websites, blogging, communicating with Team Members through their emails, etc.

If you yourself don’t have an internet connection, there are still a lot you can do to promote your business, like advertising through printed media, giving out X-cards and pamphlets face to face, placing pamphlets under car wipers and on bulletin boards, contacting prospective ECA’s, sending sms’s and making telephone calls,etc. You can also learn some skills offline from sources downloaded earlier or from books or other media.

Something else you can do in such circumstances is to take off a little time. If for longer than a day, switch on vacation mode beforehand if you had notice of it.

It is not about choosing between the 2.

W3 is something everyone must have, because it only cost you about $2 once off and it can bring you many TripleClicks members and grow SFI dramatically if driven actively by giving out the w3 x-cards. It also gives you lots of other bonuses every month without having to do much more than explaining what the car decal is all about and handing out the x-cards.

S-Builder is an SFI advertising Co-op that can provide you with a constant stream of PSA’s and TripleClicks members, especially if you have it on a SO. There are other ways of acquiring PSA’s like PSA’s To Go, if you prefer 1 of them above S-Builder, but you must have something in place to acquire PSA’s, one way or the other. If you can’t afford S-Builder or PSA’s To Go, you can recruit PSA’s, CSA’s and PRM’s yourself by advertising your gateways yourself, if you have the knowledge and expertise, But acquiring them you must.

So, its not choosing between W3 and S-Builder, but rather between the different ways of acquiring Members.

For members outside the USA shipping costs can sometimes be very expensive. For that reason digital products and services that don’t have any shipping costs may be the best option, like Gift-cards, E books, Visitor- or Traffic Packages and other digital business building tools from various ECA’s at TripleClicks. You can also have a look at physical products with free shipping, although their prices may be inflated to allow for free shipping.

Another option may be to look for local ECA’s and buy from them instead. Firstly, don't rush yourself. You need time to get to grips with SFI. There are a lot to learn about the business. Study all the Launch Pad Lessons thoroughly. Read the Tips, Blogs, News and Forums and copy and paste it to build your own Info Base.

Secondly, don't try to become Team Leader. Build up a good knowledge base first. You must be able to lead a team before going on to that point. Plus you need to have a team first. Learn>Sponsor>Lead.

Thirdly, don't chase VersaPoints. Don't use up all your free actions just for the sake of generating as much VersaPoints as fast as possible. Just do the necessary Getting Started Actions to get 500VP within 24 hours for Fast Track ( you get 200 extra free VP just for that) and then your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions and your 30 Launch Pad Lessons for the other 800VP necessary to become EA in your first month. Then you'll have more for the next month to reach EA again more easily.

To get to the answer to this question we have to look at the ways to promote SFI. There is actually only 2 ways to promote your business namely Off-line and On-line.

Offline marketing is things like Warm Marketing (Speaking to family and friends about SFI), Distributing marketing materials personally, Posting fliers or other marketing aids on notice boards or other places like under windscreen wipers of cars in parking lots, Placing ads in publications, Presentations, etc. This method requires your presence or personal attention, thus it will be in your own country.

Online marketing on the other hand is done on the Internet and as such it can be done globally. Why limit yourself?

Like so nicely said in Launch Pad Lesson Day 5: “The fact is, SFI was built, from the ground up, to go everywhere and anywhere the Internet goes. And ‘borderless’ is beautifull.”

Both these methods is equally important. So, do both.

There are a few things you can do to motivate your affiliates to duplicate you (To do what you do):
1. Always lead by example. By logging in every day and doing every action on your To Do List daily, weekly and monthly and getting all the Badges you can, you will definitely stand out and others will admire you.
2. Always make them feel welcome and special. Start by welcoming them properly and follow up with personal messages and E-cards of support and congratulations when due. It will boost their confidence and make them want to do even better.
3. Help them to get started, since that is the most difficult part. Follow up by supporting them with Stream Posts, Team Mails and newsletters with information and tips regarding the business. This way you actively lead them. Keep your Leadership Page up to date and mention your Leadership Page URL in all your correspondence.
4. Motivate them to reach certain milestones by awarding them when they do. It can be in the form of competitions or other rewards. Maybe by identifying your five most active members and reassigning your other affiliates to them. They will be very happy and most probably motivated.
5. Read and learn as much as you can and motivate your team to do the same. With knowledge comes power and motivation.
6. Don’t waste time on skeptics and non-motivated people. There will always be more people who won’t do anything. Concentrate on those who does. They are the ones who are going to make you rich.

If it’s a first meet –up, I would keep it mostly informal. Also I would rather meet at a public place for the first few times. Maybe meet at a restaurant over a late brunch just to get to know each other first before discussing business in a meeting style.

Later, as you get to know each other better, you can start meeting at individual homes. After all, you will become friends, not so. As you order some refreshments and/or food, the atmosphere will change and people will start talking about their experiences in SFI naturally, because that is what they have in common. Don’t worry too much about an agenda for the first meet-up.

For follow up meet-ups, you can have it more structured if necessary. At the first meet-up ask for inputs and then set up an agenda from there. Many topics for discussion will come forward from there, especially relating to marketing, because that’s what our business is all about.
