I will try to explain the difference between a job and work.SFI is work meaning SFI do not pay you you pay yourself
With a job you are paid by the employer what your time is worth to him/her.While with work you are in control of your time you make your time pay you and you determine how much.
I would suggest to him/her instead of opting take a vacation and do some soul searching just put his /her account in vacation mode this way if he has a change of mind he can continue where he left off in terms of VP streak and EA Mode.

When starting out in SFI it is best to invest EA qualification.
This is the basic requirement when starting out in SFI.You are required to earn 1500VP become Executive Affiliate and you should maintain this level until you build an active team.

To me you should inform the (of one) main advantage not list all the advantages with even stating which is main and why you consider it to be the main advantage.

Example
