Yes there are so many similar opportunities to SFI that other companies offer.

Why focus on your SFI business?

If your SFI business works well for you, then that is the best reason to focus into it.

SFI allows each affiliate a fair chance to be successful and the best thing about this is that your success is highly dependent on YOU yourself. Focusing on it being an active affiliate allows you greater opportunity for success.

I usually use an E-card to greet my new PSA. Depending on the age, interest and background, I choose which best fits that will welcome him or her to the team.

For message, since it is personal, it will definitely depend on what and how you feel. But these are the elements that are always in my personal messages.

1. Welcome to the team and SFI family

2. Having signed up opens doors to many opportunities to learn and earn.

3. Short introduction of myself

Meeting your goals that you set each month is already a success indicator. Moreso if you surpass your goals. A big congratulations to you!

There are so many indicators where we can measure our success
- number of active PSAs that reach at least EA status: the power of duplication
- active CSAs that proves you are a good team leader
- increasing commissions that you receive
- badges that you have
- a2a friends and requests that keep on coming

Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

If you have limited budget, W3 will work well for your benefit.

But if you have extra investment to spare, then both ways will be best for you.

W3 allows you to have PRM members and that leads you to potential increase in sales and commissions with just 2 dollar investment and promoting it online.

S-Builder Co-op on the other hand allows you the opportunity to increase your team members in SFI.

Both ways are positive but this depends on how much willing

What are some good incentive offers for prospects to encourage people to join my SFI team?

I think the first incentive would be - YOUR STORY. Sharing your experiences and learning in SFI and Tripleclicks is investing oneself to others.

A gift card can be distributed to them if you want a tangible incentive for your prospects. In so doing, they get to click Tripleclicks and be interested on it and what SFI is. You not only gain possible prospects but you also gain possible commissions and versapoints for that matter.

Goodluck to you.

My answer to you is a KISS.

KISS means "Keep It Simple and Specific"

But let us also make it appealing by adding on our personal experiences that we can really own and be proud of.

Ask SC is an opportunity for learning and sharing great ideas and experiences aside from the free training tools that SFI offers.

Let's continue making Ask SC a good venue for that.

How can I provide positive but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism in my emails to my downline?

Appreciating the milestones of each one is always positive and motivating to active affiliates.

For non-active members, saying hello and how are they and letting them know that you are willing to help will give them another look at what SFI if we intend to invite them again to be active.

Focusing on the support that we can give rather on their being inactive is a constructive way of telling them that they should start being active again.

Hope this helps

I have planned a local get-together for A2A affiliates. Any suggestions on what to do at the meeting?

Getting to know each other I guess should be the first and foremost....

When the ice has been broken, each can share their experiences in SFI so that you can know what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks each one have been through.

From there, all of you can work out and help each other out become better affiliates by really going into team support.

Make sure that you end your get together with everyone feeling better, more motivated and light-hearted.

All launchpad lessons are good and informative. Each lessons are applicable formula to succeed in SFI as an affilaite.

I may not say that it is best for many, but this is my personal favorite.

LaunchPad #26 because it is inspirational for me. This made me really decide to be an SFI affiliate.

Aside from the weekly team mail we send for weekly actions, I send individual e-cards especially to those with red flags.

I send the "Don't Go" e-cards to those who have not logged in for more than 90 days and send them a message that there have been wonderful innovations and more fun ways that you have to check out yourself since you last logged in.

For those who have not logged in for 30 to 90 days, I send "Here to Help" e-cards in case that they needed
