I would have to say the most important goal I have set for my SFI business is growing an active team of PSAs and CSAs. Recruiting as a Top Enroller followed by training them to be successful in the duplication process while growing their own teams.

Why? Because continuing on without an active team of SFI Affiliates is like being adrift at sea with no place to set anchor. Without direction and action one will not go far enough to visit distant shores to share in the spoils of success

People often procrastinate because they fear the unknown. Without a clear path they will not follow. This is where one must exhibit a talent of communicating vision.

Many years ago my dentist moved me to floss everyday. He spoke in a graphic way to the point I was seeing pictures in my minds eye. This is called vision. If one does not have vision they will not move in the desired direction.

When one visits the SFI Affiliate Center Home Page they will often freeze because they

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

No! Not in that way. If I did this I would run the risk of making a mistake because I am sending welcome letters to different PSAs and CSAs using a copy and past method. Plus it would be to time consuming to individualize each based on their affiliate profile.

Yes! It is a good idea to create personalized welcome letters and I do that. But the only part I individualize is addressing them by their name. If I have need to send them a message that is individualized based on their affiliate

Is it better to build a team within your own spoken language and environment...or go beyond these boundaries ?

SFI is a Global Business Opportunity. You do not want to place restrictions upon yourself by building solely on your own environment and language.

Powerful programs exist to convert one language to another. If you have a PSA that is a real go-getter from India, for example, you can reassign others of your team from that county to that active PSA.

I also advertise in my area but I will not restrict myself to that alone. Neither should you.

Fear of success is a major problem for many people. How do you get past this with your team members?

Fear of failure is destructive to success but I have never heard of anyone fearing success. People can procrastinate to no end because they lack vision. Without vision they will freeze because the path before them is not clear. One must overcome what he/she perceives as unfamiliar territory or they will not venture forth for fear of getting lost and making a mistake.

Because everyone is so very different in the way he/she processes information we will need to try to understand each person

Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

Neither one is better to pursue than the other. Many SFI Affiliates would not have remained active in SFI were it not for CSAs. I have several very active CSAs. For November 18 CSAs rated me with most of them giving me 5 stars and 8 of those CSAs left me generous, kind and encouraging comments. I passionately support my team and I cherish their comments. I have only one or two barely active PSAs. It is just the way it is and if it were not for a great team of CSAs I probably would have opted out.

You can win often if you, are patient, persistent, rested and have the time. It will help if the sounds are working and turned on. Be prepared to sit it out for the long haul if need be. Don't play if your tired or sleepy.

Strategy is an important key to winning. With experience it will not matter weather or not you are using the Autobidder. Remain the top bidder as much as possible. Any hesitation or drop offs of players will increase your chances of winning if your on top. You must

Greetings Richard,

Giving your brain a regular workout will bring you many benefits. Playing games that require you to think will increase your brain activity, provide emotional satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment, improved memory and ability to process information faster.

As we age it will help slow down mental decline, reduce the risk of dementia, improve concentration and reduce boredom.

In business it can help you develop new patterns of thinking. Because

If you are advertising for one of the following: PSAs, TripleClicks ECAs, ECA Program, PRMs, Games, Price Benders Penny Auctions, Music or W3 then you would search for advertising sources best suited to fulfilling your request.

The other ways would be to focus on advertising sources that provide the means to target a range of specific categories and groups.

This is very simple. What is most important to you for the growth of your SFI business? Right now I am saving my MRP until I have enough to buy the Apple iPad 2 from the MRP Store. My reasons for this is because; 1. I have never had one 2. It would be a great backup to take care of business if my computer is down for a time. 3. Portability on my property and for Travel.

If you are very active in SFI supporting your ECAs, participating in the Price Benders Penny Auctions, Games and Contests
