Should I or shouldn't I participate in the SFI PPA program?

Participating in SFIPPA is one of the many streams of income that SFI offers. You will do well to partake of this income stream but you should also know the implications. People you recruit under this program are not yours to keep as the PSAs but are taken over by the company at the point of registration. Until they meet the conditions for payment before you're paid.
This comes handy when you're looking to build a virile business but don't have the money to invest, you can do this program to build up the required capital then join the mainstream of getting active PSAs.
We have people who joined today and opt out the next because the money didn't come as quick as they would want. Such people can be introduced to earn from SFIPPA as the initial earnings will act as a moral booster for them to continue in the business.

How can I use a PSA's Affiliate Profile to help him or her get off to a good start and become successful in SFI?

The affiliate profile provides level of exposure to online experience and knowledge. Marketing and advertising experience as well as the reason for joining amongst others. This knowledge helps the would be sponsor to fine tune a program of instructions provided by SFIto guide the affiliate.
Where marketing and advertising knowledge is lacking, showing the affiliate around the marketing center, the launchpad lessons, internet income lesson on this topic will be most appropriate. Showing good places to place adverts on the web that have worked for you is good also.
Helping the affiliate achieve his goal by example goes a long way to stabilize him/her. This will involve achieving and maintaining team leadership by setting up a standing order; recruiting 5 motivated affiliates through PSA to go or SBuilder coop and teaching his/her affiliates to do the same.

Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?

Both a good and both will show up at the email address registered with SFI.
The better of two however, is the PSA mailer. This is because you have samples to choose from and guidelines provided for you to communicate effectively with your team without beating about the bush.
One of the travails of bloggers and email writers is not knowing what to write next or running out of ideas and sometimes this leads to plagiarism and burnout. These problems are solved in one fell swoop by the mailer and there's no need reinventing the wheel. If it works, it works period!
The PSA mailer is therefore the best of the two options.

To stand out amongst thousands of affiliates in this business, you must identify and follow the important things in the sfi which are results achieved from the the trainings you received and sharing that knowledge with others.
Even though we do the same things here, the level of achievements vary from one individual to the other. Our number one purpose for joining this business is to make money. This is achieved by following laid down procedures and strategizing and improvising around these procedure to succeed.
When you are known to be making 4-5 figure monthly income, you become an idol and people will want to know the strategies you are using to get where you are. Follow the money. That will make you to stand out.

Is it wise to offer non-SFI related incentives to my CSAs and PSAs? For example, create a standing order and get a free DVD?

This is your business and whatever legal you have to do to make and run it successfully, please do. Zig Ziglar once said, "you'll get what you want if you help enough other people to get what they want." Also in SFI your success is tied to the success of your team. Creating a standing order to the workers will be a welcome boost and will ginger them to put more effort. Although watch out when this incentive is being abused. Let them know whether it is going to be a one off thing or whether it will run in perpetuity. Let them know also what they have to do to earn it (if any). Thank you.

How do you get your affiliates to become SERIOUS business builders in SFI?

Everyone has a need that drives them to do things in certain ways in order to achieve or fulfill that need. In SFI, you're required to set this driving need inform of goals. To some it is to become wealthy, to another, to be out of debt and yet for others it could be to improve ones standard of living. Getting your affiliates to believe that SFI is the vehicle through which these needs will be met and by committing to do the daily, weekly and monthly tasks, recruiting others buying and selling products from tripleclicks etc will keep them motivated and serious to building their businesses working with the end in mind.
Simply put, attaining and maintaining a leadership rank by setting up a standing order; recruiting 5 motivated affiliates like himself through SBuilder, PSA to go or direct one on one recruitment and then teaching them rinse and repeat the process.

The best places to get answers about sfi are the forum, asksc,a2a,your upline members or sponsor etc. Every SFI page contains information you need so it depends on what it is you're looking for.
The best ways to get these answers that I know is only one: the white search bar above your photo and every page that says, "enter topics here for immediate answers."

The marketing center contains masterpiece advertising tool for practically any aspect of your business. From price bender auctions, listing products at triple clicks, ECA registration and referrals to duplication. You have the banner ads, text ads etc for all aspects. So to me the marketing center is a one stop shop tool for all you'll ever need to succeed in SFI.
