How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

Good question. I have experience it before but I never ask the person why he rated me poorly, why?
1. Because I cannot 100% certify people.
2. Because I don't give out in other to receive back.
3. Because my reward is with God.
So if PSA/CSA I have offer unconditional support rate me poorly, good for him/her. That will not stop God blessings upon me neither will it hinder my progress with SFI. Also, it will not stop me from doing what I am suppose to do for him/her as a sponsor/co sponsor.
My candid advice, if someone show an ingrate attitude overlook it because if you don't you will end up destroying the good in you. Especially if you are a giver, you will become reluctant in giving.

I see that there are ECAs in my local area who have not yet listed any products. How can I/we encourage them to become active ECAs?

It simple, In the first place why do they registered as ECAs, I believe is to make money. Why did other affiliate join SFI, I also believe is to make money. So my candid advice continue to ask them for different items you want to buy. I bet you when they hear of money, they will speedily move into action by listing products for sale.
