Just continue to invite known or unknown people in SFI through your Gateway, by all the possibilities specified here in SFI or by any other means you have available. After recruiting, take care to give information and support, some Gift Certificates eventually when you can, to the merituous ones from your team.
What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

If a sponsor is not responsive, then the questions should be addressed to the help/support section of SFI by placing a ticket or to the other sponsor/co-sponsor. If this is very difficult or unsatisfactory, the affiliate should ask Gery the procedure and steps to be taken in view to receive a new Sponsor.
How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

First of all:
-for the ones invited directly by you, anmely people whom you know somehow, they should be informed even before registering about this necessity; so, when time comes, they should be reminded only about such a necessity; also, show them how the minimum qualification can become the cheapest possible;
-for the ones who arrive in your team accidentally, inform them briefly from the beginning about this necessity, once with a presentation of all the SFI activity on one page or less than one page.
Then, the ones who understand this an accept doing this or who can do this, will remain active in SFI. The other ones will postpone for later, to make a team in time and probably to become active afterwards, or they opt out

What type of news should ECAs post on their ECA TConnect Page? And who gets to see the news posted?

In News, the ECA should post data about a new product, the qualities which recommend it for being purchased and about its very good price. Also, such details are welcome in news when the ECA changes the price of a product he sells or when some interesting changes appeared for the respective product (the producer modiefied the taste, added recently a new aspect, component etc.)
What should a new ECA do and not do in their first month?

There are no restrictions from my point of view. It depends on how each person who wants to become an ECA wants to arrange his/her own business. If he/she wants to be an ECA only, then he/she should focus on posting items for sale only. If that affiliate want to get a passive income also from all the other features on SFI, then he/she should focus on all aspects and make daily points, make a team etc. It depends also how much time each ECA has available for SFI.
How does one support all your downline affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?

It is not necessary for one person only to support all the downline...SFI is so thought so that tasks can be shared among the members of a team. Also, if one cannot offer financially support, maybe he/she can offer some good advice. And when he/she cannot offer advice, maybe a gift certificate can appear from somewhere. Also, when none of these two help possibilities work, the one we speak about can appeal to his/her upline for doing something or some tickets for help or suggestions can be submitted to the SFI bugs/help/suggestions team.

What are the best ways to get AVP (Action VersaPoints)?

You should make the daily actions from the SFI-TO-DO page daily.
Also, you have to convert your TC into MRPs by participating into AUCTIONS.
And, finally, you should purchase something you need in a month from TripleClicks instead of purchasing from a store and get some VersaPoints.
Also, purchase TCredits packs from TripleClicks monthly so that you can have a sufficient quantity of TCredits.

There is no way in my opinion. It all depends on them. You may tell them as many times you consider, and even from the beginning. It has however to pass a lot of time till they understand perfectly all this SFI and in most cases only after this they take a decision: to invest or to quit. So, you should keep inviting them, show them some attractive items in TripleClicks to purchase -if they want and need, and maybe they will search more, to find something they really need. And then, they will purchase. They will purchase the first time, the second time and so on, till they see how advantageous is.

How do you explain to potential ECA prospects what the E-Commerce Associate program is all about?

I explain everybody from the beginning about this possibility they have in SFI, using the TripleClicks section. I explain them that posting their little business here increases the number of their potential buyers because the buyer gets VPs and /or MRPSs when he/she purchases. Also, their upper line gets some advantages, it can obtain commissions. All the prospect has to do is to complete the form to become an ECA and to start posting the data of his/her items for sale.
Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

It is a strange question, I should say that this depends on the type of business each of us prefers... SFI demands a lot of attention and it might seem cumbersome also for some people. I know individuals who said they had not time to do this daily...And I understanmd them. One who has a job and comes home tired, cannot become accustomed with SFI...SFI would be possible only if this type of activity is in accordance with his psichological features.
So, I think the wisest idea should be to ask and see what each of them wants or can do.
