Hello Felix

Unfortunately you cannot stop others from trying to recruit your team members for other 'OPPORTUNITIES'. The fact that they are at SFI recruiting is a strong, positive testimonial to SFI as a business with people who are WORTH having in a business.

What you CAN do is:

+ Keep communicating with your team members. Show them that you are serious about your SFI business and you are ALWAYS there to support them.

+ Let them know that they are ALREADY

Is cold calling, using a local telephone directory, a good method for attracting new PSAs?

Hello Adjoua
Unless you are particularly good at cold calling I would not recommend this route for sponsoring affiliates. Many people are suspicious of offers of additional income over the telephone and telemarketing is not popular in many countries.

If you do decide to use this method there is a very good telephone technique training article at https://www.sfimg.com/Training/SpecialReports/PhoneTechniques

However, you could use this method to introduce new Ecommerce Associates.

Hello Zubemo,
Your excitement and belief is going to be the major factor in gaining trust from family and friends. If they need proof you can show them how SFI works and the testimonials at the following link (you can even link to the page through your own unique gateway link)

Hello Gias
Great question but there is no simple answer. Sorry. Success is a matter of attaining your expectations or goals. You should not compare your own success to that of others as they have different ideas of success that are based on their own goals.

I have been with SFI since 2006 and have reached 'success' several times, only to set higher goals for myself so I can be successful again.

I took a look at your profile and your best tip indicates that you may have

Is it wise to offer non-SFI related incentives to my CSAs and PSAs? For example, create a standing order and get a free DVD?

Hello Theodore,
Any reward or incentive is good as long as it does not cross solicit other business opportunities. You would not want your team members to lose focus on their SFI business.

Ensure your incentive is of good quality and appropriate. There is nothing worse than accepting an incentive and then finding it is of low value compared to your investment.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Reassigning affiliates from the same country can be good when there is a language barrier or when there is a difference in business attitudes to your own. It may be easier for your PSA to motivate team members from their own country when this is the case.

Having said that it is also good to reassign affiliates from different countries so there is a learning process and people can come together in business with different business ideas.

You need to be:

* focused on your business and goal oriented
* there to support your team members when they need you
* willing to learn from others who have more experience
* maintain a positive attitude and reject the negative around you
* understand that you are not going to get rich quick and it is going to take time to build your business
* determined and persevere with your business even when it appears to not be moving ahead
* working every day to build

How can TCredits be used to promote activity in my team?

Hello Akshay
TCredits are a major part of the SFI and Tripleclicks business. They can used to reward your team members for their efforts and can generate substantial commissions for everyone involved with SFI as an affiliate.

You are restricted to how many TCredits you can give to your team members (limit of 10 per member) as a reward but, you can send them a gift certificate (not a gift card) and they can purchase TCredits for their own use or to reward their team members.

When starting out in SFI, is it better to invest in advertising or in an EA-qualifying purchase?

Hello Ana
I believe this should be choice based on your own strengths.

If you know you are a strong team leader and have the knowledge to create great advertisements you should concentrate on advertising.

If you have good in-demand products to sell you should concentrate on your ECA business.

The proceeds from either of these activities will help the other.

You can use funds generated from your SFI business for your ECA qualification or you can use

Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?

Do BOTH Rania but, ensure that you have something important or helpful to say. It is not a good idea to send a PSA email just to get the Action VP (AVP). If you show you are interested in your PSA and communicating with them you are going to have more success.

Also, be aware that if you send a message through the internal SFI Message System your PSA is not going to see it unless they sign in to their SFI account. Sending an email directly to them or through the PSA Mailer will still get
