Always keep a positive attitude about everything and help your Affiliates become self-supporting by encouraging them to follow the built-in guidelines that SFI has already developed to help them become successful. It's about following instructions and doing the right things to get results.

Show your Affiliates that they will part of a Team effort to get get them excitied about wanting to work with you and do their best to help support the team.Then keep things simple....stay focused and have fun..

Keeping Affiliates motivated will always be a major aspect you will undertake in your business. How many times have you seen affiliates in your group fall by the wayside and die off. Some never get started and some get started and still quit. I experienced this a lot myself in my group and decided as a Leader that I had to do something about the attrition rate.

It is normal for most people to seek advice from family and friends, but they have to get beyond seeking advice or opinions from people who do not have what they want or desire out of life.

I got past all of this and realized that I must step up and be the person to bring out the best in people and take them from point from A to point B. so I came up with some solutions to this problem.

1. When affiliates join up you have to be the one to encourage them.

Let them know that they will working toward building a monthly residual bonus check and this is not a quick rich business. They must stay consistent , focused be patient , have fun, and do the things necessary to get the results.They have to be willing to follow instructions and allow you to coach and train them. ..and you must Lead by example .

2.They must know how they get paid in this business!

Affiliates have got to study the compensation plan. Most don't take the time to understand it,so I try to constantly communicate this to them.


Here are examples of what I may say to an Affiliate in my group to keep them motivated

1.
Most people are always in a hurry, and never take time to figure out how to make real money in SFI. and the business is so simple that is just flies right over their heads. They are looking for the catch or the easy way out so they drop out or never really get started, become so overwhelmed with all the things they see to do , feel that they have too much to read , or can't see how they can really make any serious money doing it! I'm not trying to be longwinded (smile). I want to help you be successful if you allow me to , and are willing to be coached. Always check out what all the other successful people are doing in SFI.

2.
I'm here to assist you..so learn all you can to grow your monthly residual checks. I also suggest that you thoroughly study the compensation plan so you will know exactly how you get paid. You want to know what you should be working toward so you can get paid well. Remember that SFI is not a quick get rich business, but it is stable and if you do the right things to get results, you can have unlimited income.

Yes, help them! When someone ask you for help outside of your team.. that is a good sign that they feel confident in you helping them to be successful.

The next best thing is to invest time. Take to time to learn.... take time to read...take time and put a massive effort in... by doing all you can to get off the ground running in SFI. Yes ,it will be slower, so be willing to accept that since you can't invest.Have patience and keep keep working each day until you start seeing success in your business.

An SfI Affiliate should spend whatever is in your budget. Just decide and make a commitment and stick with it. Always look for ways to do free advertising too. When results follow, you can always increase your cost in more advertising to skyrocket your business.

Once you get the right sponsoring attitude...you will be able to recruit both Affiliates and customers. As your budget gets better just invest in the monthly S-Builder CO-Op an go from there.

What attitudes make the difference between achieving mediocrity and success?

First of all, you must have a mindset attitude of wanting to achieve and do your best in everything you do.

Here is something that I want to share about having a good attitude:

A right mental attitude, on the other hand, is the habit of keeping your mind busily locked on your desires and goals. With this attitude, you can keep your mind tuned in to the those things you wish to experience, and off the things you do not want. The majority of people go through life with their mental attitudes dominated by fears, anxieties , and worries, seeing only the appearance of failure, which somehow has a way of becoming a reality.


Attitude control is the result of self-discipline and habit. Either you control your attitude or it controls you; there is no compromise The most practical way to control your attitude is to develop the the habit of staying focused on your goal.

First from an attitude standpoint , you must become mentally that which you wish to achieve.You must act , look , and feel successful before the success you seek will come.

The best way to help your affiliates when they can't afford to buy anything would be to simply change their mindset.

Of course, the first step of importance is to learn and commit to scoring as many points as you can each month, so with that out of the way, we move on to what ails most of us in SFI. That questions is," How do you really grow your monthly residual checks?", ....which entails developing sales and commissions. A lot of affiliates start out by focusing on how they can get buy without spending any money or less money as possible, but they want huge and massive results and monstrous bonus checks overnight! Most business opportunities usually require some type of initial investment to get set up. SFI does not require you to purchase anything, nor make you mandatorily spend money to make the business work for you.

Most people will spend money on products and services if they see value or a need, and will automatically do this without a second thought. The key is to channel some of your disrcetionary spending over to our Tripleclicks site, so we encourage you to keep it simple, have fun, be stress free and just shop....shop and SHOP!!! You know your financial situation better than anyone else, and if you feel that you can't afford to do that, it is ok. You can always make your wish list of the things on the Tripleclicks site that you want and will buy later once you figure it in your budget or get the extra money.


If you feel that SFI products or services are too expensive, have no value or there is no need, you will transmit that same type of attitude to your entire downline, so, please dismiss that! Your group volume sales and commissions will be sluggish and will be missing so much money that you could be earning on your monthly residual bonus check.

In my opinion, this the key to growing your income and everything else is irrelevant. Just find ways to increase your sales and commission volume in your group and have fun doing it.
