I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

many affiliates do have large teams. Some of them have been here for quite a few years. It has taken me a long time to develop a large team.

Some affiliates, who have the money have very large advertising campaigns. They use all the resources provided by SFI and TripleClicks and ECAs. They perhaps have web sites or have servers that make it possible for them to create large co-ops, so that affiliates can join them and reap the advantages of their work.

Start the new month by gaining as many VP as possible and jump starting your business. Have your Standing Order (SO) set up so that it takes effect at the beginning of the month and you requalify as EA. Purchase TCredits and bid at the auctions where you get double MRP. Get some gift cards and begin giving them out at the start of the month. Congratulate affiliates on your team who are working hard and are doing the same thing you are doing. Play the games and make sure you complete your ratings

All SFI affiliates have to be concerned with this question at some point. That is why President Gery Carson put the, "Rules of Success," up on our SFI web site.

Don't give up on any affiliates, no matter what! Whether they sit at 0 and have not even confirmed registration or whether they have completed the entire VP Ledger, don't leave any affiliate out of the loop. Write to them every week at least once.

The affiliates who are making some effort or who are

What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

I think there is no, "One size fits all," answer to this question.

It's a good idea to watch your Movers and Genealogy to see what the needs of the affiliates on all your generations might be at the present time. When you communicate your weekly message to everyone, ask them if they need any help and offer your assistance and/or encouragement. Since you know who your workers are, you can communicate with them more than once a week if they begin to ask questions or give feedback,

How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?

Do not pursue them. just keep in touch with them each week, along with all your other affiliates. Never give up on them.

The reason why you should never give up on them is because you never know whether they might become active affiliates unless you keep in touch with them. You also do not know the reason why they are inactive. They may be tire kickers. They may be looking around, to see what types of programs and opportunities are out there on the internet. They may have encountered

There are many ways to get VersaPoints (VP). In fact, just about everything you do gains VP. The best way, I think, is to do the following.

1. After completing items in your VP Ledger, go to your To-Do List and find out everything you need to do to gain VP. This shows daily, weekly and monthly activities. Make sure you read carefully everything and click the appropriate buttons to ensure you gain your VP. Be sure to log in every day without fail.

2. Purchase items

The best ways to show your appreciation to your most active affiliates are:

1. Send an eCard or an email, congratulating them on their achievements.

2. Post congratulation messages in the Stream or in the Forum.

3. Place these affiliates in your co-ops for free and reward them with new affiliates.

4. Reassign EAs or higher to them, if possible, to grow your team.

Above all, continue to support them with encouragement and help them

This depends on how you see yourself as successful. There are so many ways to work with this business that you definitely can be successful. Just remember that you must keep building your team always. In other words, keep loading your wagon. Keep telling others about TripleClicks and the many thousands of products. It's all about promotion. It's all about gaining VP any way you can. Keep completing all your tasks and all your other activities to grow your business, even when you're having

Why should an SFI affiliate have his own domain, what are the advantages?

Because of problems with social networking sites not allowing our Gateway Sites to be advertised (there are millions of SFI affiliates), it is very important for an SFI affiliate to have his/her own domain. This can be done easily, many times at little expense. The domain can be a forwarding tool. When a person enters the web address, he/she will actually see the SFI site, not the site where the domain is, if that is done this way.

I find that this method is much easier than putting
