What is a good financial budget to start with for SFI?

I have been pondering a similar question myself and I think that a budget of less than $100 would be sufficient. Purchasing the T-Credits is good because they can be used in the auctions, games or to offer to your downline to help give them a taste of the program. I also think some type of Co-op is a good idea whether the S-Builder or PSAs-To-Go or the Prosperman (50 PSAs for $50). GREAT question! We spend so much time focusing on encouraging people to do their daily tabs and tasks that perhaps we lose focus on "why" doing these are important ... it is not just for the VP that will be earned.

Daily tasks and TO-DO list items are important because they keep us engaged and also they help us to learn and get the creative brain juices flowing so that we can then effectively begin to do the real work of our business ... advertise and promote!

I think it is really great that you are thinking about how to show appreciation for your active team members. This is a true sign of a leader. I will share with you what I do.

For everyone on my team who achieves and EA2 status or higher I include them in a co-op at no cost to them. I purchase S-Builder shares every month and also work to win PSAs in the auctions. These are all shared amongst my active team members.

NEVER GIVE UP! I know it can be quite frustrating to a downline seemingly filled with inactive affiliates but again I repeat ... NEVER GIVE UP!

My personal thoughts on your question are this:

I think it is more important to attract people who are committed then people who have money. If someone has money but are not willing to put the time and effort into building the business then you really do not benefit so much. This is of course referring to the affiliate part of SFI.

I think as affiliates we have a responsibility to help keep our sponsors be active by responding to any communication efforts they put forth and hence encouraging their participation in our business. Of course, if we reach out to them and they do not respond there is not much that can be done, but, for those sponsors who reach out even once, we should respond back, ask any questions that we have and encourage their participation. Great question! I love that we have this new option to add to our sales advertisements because Privacy Maxx is offers such a value. I have only just recently begun my serious advertising campaign with Privacy Maxx so cannot yet speak from experience but my plan of approach is educating for understanding.
