I would recommend what I have invested in:

420 TCredit pack
S-Builder Co-Op
20 PSA To Go.

This will ensure that you can have a steady stream of new team members joining your team every month. As well as participating in the PB auctions and playing games using your TCredits.

The above is about a $200 investment. I would recommend with the remainder, finding and researching for paid advertisements. Do the research, try test runs, keep track of your data

Use the Stream to send congratulations messages, welcome messages and messages of what you have tried to build your business and you are having success with. As far as how often, we have the opportunity to gain 3 VP's for submitting 3 posts every week. However, I would say to not stop there. If you have the need to post helpful information, giving your team members congratulating messages, then do so.

We need to remember, if we want to be successful; we need to coach our team to be

What to do differently? Well, that is always the way to improve on one's business.

1- Continue to log in daily and complete necessary tasks for VP and team building.

2- Pay Attention to News emails from SFI!!!! So, unfortunately for my own short comings, I spent most of 2015 missing out on points and good information because I like to "speed read". Well this has cost me and my team, so I am making it a priority to Properly read articles.

3- Pay more attention

That is Awesome!! Keep up the great work.

Your next objective is to continue to log in daily and complete your daily/weekly/monthly tasks to earn your VP's.

Continue to build your team and provide them guidance to duplicate your actions.

Pick topics to read on and learn. There are hundreds to choose from within SFI.

Continue to market your promotion links and earn new team members. As well as marketing TripleClick products and the ECA program. This

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

I would see, first, what exactly your team member is "putting into it".

Once you have this, you can walk your team member thru what your suggestions are to have a better experience from his work.

This could also be a situation where your team member is thinking that they will hit the jack pot over night. If this is the case, remind your team member that this is not a get rich quick scheme. This is a legitimate work at home business. Building a business will

Many of my affiliates have blocked my emails. How can I be an awesome sponsor if I cannot contact them?

First, I would try and figure out why your affiliates have blocked your emails. There could be a couple of reasons.

Maybe they don't want to be receiving emails from SFI.
Possibly, they don't like the amount of emails they are receiving from you or maybe the tone.

So, definitely dig into the reasons Why?

Secondly, you still have the team mail that can be used. Maybe, use the team mail to ask the question.

If you don't receive any kind of feedback,

When should I start buying PSAs?

This would be solely on you and what you can afford.

You have the options of buying PSA's from 1 to 500. Prices start out at $1.99 and go up. One word of caution; expecting all of the PSA's you receive to be go getters might disappoint you. Purchasing PSA's does not guarantee that they will be active team members. It is no different then if they signed up under your link.

As said above, this decision will be solely up to you and what you can afford. It is a great product

What should I do to gain maximum support from my upline to grow my SFI business?

There are 2 factors with your question.

1-Are you logging in daily and completing your daily, weekly and monthly tasks? Doing this will catch your sponsors attention. As you are completing your tasks, you will advance in your business and will be shown on your Sponsors/Co-Sponsors "Movers" tab. This will/should prompt your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor to take notice and send messages of support, congrats.

You also have the ability to contact your Upline and ask for the support

There are many different ways with SFI to ensure a residual income.

Participate in the SFIPPA program and receive commission from sign ups after they meet the criteria.

Build a successful and committed downline to earn residual income from the work that your team members accomplish.

Advertise products from TripleClicks. Earn commissions from individuals you have referred to the products.

Do you have the necessary products/services to become an ECA? If

My team has a negative attitude about SFI. How can I change it to a positive one?

My tip would be to answer the questions that the Negative team members may have. I am assuming that if they are negative, they may not be asking any questions. All you can do is provide them with the facts and your opinion. In the end it will be up to them to either have a negative or a positive outlook on the SFI business.

Now, I wouldn't exhaust a lot of time on negative nay-sayers. Focus your attention to the team members that are genuinely asking and needing your guidance. Focus
