New sign-ups can stay more than one day by carrying out the following actions
1. Contact them immediately notification of their signing up gets to you. There are chances the new sign-up is still online viewing their new SFI homepage. Use the instant messenger to start communication. Before contacting your new sign-up, check if you both speak the same language. A situation you speak different language, you will need a translation application to assist you.
2. Welcome them warmly. Keep you sentences short and simple. Introduce yourself to the new sign-up and explain that you are their guide.
3. You next task is telling them to carefully read the SFI BASICS on their homepage. Tell them that you will wait while they read it and ready to answer questions from them.
4. Be patient with them and keep the communication link open.
5. When they ask question, be brief in your answer and honest.
6. Introduce Getting-Started actions to them.
7. Emphasis to them to always read for understanding and not to rush.
8. As they carry out actions, constantly ask if they comprehend and need to know if they are tired. If they are tired, continue the tutor the next day.
As you bid them goodbye, warmly appreciate the time they share with you. Agree on a time for the next appointment. I believe doing all these actions, the new sign-up will stay beyond a day.

How do I encourage an affiliate to remain active when they feel they've been demoted?

An affiliate feeling demoted needs to be encouraged by
1. Acknowledging their present state and emphasis that it is not unusual to feel that way.
2. Inform the affiliate that all SFI affiliates were also "demoted" like him/her, including yourself and Gery, the CEO of SFI.
3. Remind the affiliate that SFI is his/her business. A personal business that is real life business. In real life businesses, there's up and down. He/she should always work to remain up.
4. Inform the affiliate that he/she is not actually demoted but beginning a new month's account on a fresh page because his/her past efforts are still relevant.
5. Show the affiliate the VP ledger and the leadership board to see that his/her pass efforts place him/her on the class and country leaders board positioning.
6. Take the affiliate through the SFI BASICS and SFI Success Tip tutorial. This action will help the affiliate to remember the vision and mission of SFI.
Do the above and more will help your affiliate get out of the emotional state of being demoted.

Some of the best ways are:
- Posting of banner on personal website or friends and relatives websites. You can also do paid banner display by other trafficking sites
- Do paid advert on electronic mass media( radio and television houses) in your community
- Do paid advertising on print media too. Print media such as newspaper, journal, magazines, news bulletins etc
- Print flyers and share in your community, eatery, coffee shops, supermarket, parks etc.
- Get car magnet advert to affix on your car, motorcycle, entrance doors to your home and office
- Always have gift card handy to share to neighbors, friends, relatives, colleagues and new acquittance.
Doing the above and other related actions will support advertising outside the online social media.

SFI has great ways to communicate with your team, but am I missing out by not using outside resources too like email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.?

Acknowledging SFI structure of communication is a sure way that you are not missing out. SFI structure is the primary resources we must maximize in communication with our team. Outside resources are complementary and should remain so.
The PSA, CSA and team Mailer simplify communication with our team members. Using any of them to pass any message is faster and cheaper than other outside resources. All you need to do is compose and send. I don't have to be worrying about clicking individual team member, their individual addresses etc.
Another reason is that outside resources are mostly personal platform for communication. The team spirit is not embedded in outside resources. SFI is a business platform and using existing resources gives your team members a sense of belonging to a vision and mission.
If you are not using outside resources to communicate with your team members, but maximize SFI resources, you are not missing out

What was it that made you realize that SFI is the real deal?

The first thing that made me realized that SFI is the real deal is the article on launchpad #11 (Overnight Success... Not). The caption drew my attention and I read it before any other. After going through it, I decided staying because most online business never run that kind of pitch. Most of them hype everything until you join and discover otherwise.
Another attraction to SFI was the multiple income stream. Many similar schemes give one to three income streams (mostly one). With the multiple streams, it afford me to decide what suit my personality. Most times when I'm doing one-on-one recruitment, my audience get more interested joining because of the multiple streams of income.
The final ice on the cake is the fun side. After the day's task, I relax with the fun sections. These are the Eager Zebra games, Pricebenders and Forum. The games spice my inner competition spirit; Pricebenders wows me because of serious activities going on per seconds; Forum is learning zone but I laugh many times reading post on forum because of humorous replies and suggestion from fellow affiliates.
Observing the above mentioned reasons, I know SFI is the real deal.

How can I earn 1000 AVP for the status of BTL if I do not have any team members yet?

Earning 1000 AVP in a month can be achieved through these steps:
1. Do 3 monthly actions to earn 20 AVP
2. Do your 2 weekly actions and earn 92 AVP for the month (23 AVP per week)
3. Complete all Daily actions to earn 420 AVP for the month (14 AVP per day)
4. Play T-Time, Daily Grand, Card King game to boost your chances of winning AVPs, TCredit and MRP. TCredits and MRPs are useful for carrying out actions to earn AVP and purchases respectively.
5. Use your TCredits to play games or participate in Price Benders auction. Each TCredit spent earns you 1 AVP and minimum's of 5 MRP. The maximum AVP you can earn from games is 250 and from auction is 500.
6. AVP can also be earn from activities like Product review and scoring winning votes on ASK SC submitted answers.
Do all the above actions judiciously will earn you 1000 AVP or more.

The quickest way to advance is to do the following:
1. Make your SFI business a full time work;
2. Do your daily, weekly and monthly tasks promptly;
3. Maintain a Standing Order always;
4. Do both Free and paid advert to get affiliates;
5. Go for SFI Co-op or PSA To Go or both;
6. Read at least two articles on team building and marketing;
7. Groom yourself to make good sales from TripleClicks ;
8. Make friends with affiliates who are successful in their SFI business;
9. Be the best and always aim high;
10. Be patient and pray for good luck.
With these and other personal attributes, your goal is reachable.

The best way is through education. Educate them the benefits when they buy from TripleClicks. Some of the benefits are:
- Financial gain comes when they patronise TC because it is their store. Instead of taking the money to other peoples store, they should buy from theirs where profit from such sales still benefit them at the end of the month via executive pool.
- Buying from TC boost their status. When they buy from TripleClicks they enjoy the VPs/MRP that's attached to the product and additional VPs for reviewing the same product. Also, a review badge is displayed on their home page and TConnect page as well. This badge enhance their status before a prospect, who's visiting their page.

Getting affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earning potential is working it out this ways:
1. Trip around Tripleclicks- I will pick products from TC, with Direct Commission of $5 or above, as sample for my illustration. Normally such a product will be a consumable. Selling 20 of the product in a month gives $100 as DC. You earn $100 plus VPs attached to the product while working from home. If the affiliate runs advertisements for for 5-10 products can easily generate 4 figure commission monthly. This little calculation will send the message of serious earning potential to affiliates and the seriousness will show.
2. Use Pricebenders: I will use the auction platform to educate an affiliate that SFI is serious business. Winning a bid takes a lot and I will ask them to watch 2-3 product bidding from beginning to end to really appreciate the process as serious business. I will educate them on the portfolio building gains from winning precious metal etc.
3. Finally, I will encourage them to observe the Forum for 6hours randomly and read through members contributions. The platform tells you how serious people are towards their business (SFI). People wouldn't be that serious if the earning potential is not high.

Your team will be engage with you through your Stream messages if they find your messages useful to them. Messages to get them engage must have one or more of the following characteristics;
1. Motivation: Your team will read your messages when it gives them extra inspiration to achieve. We all need a does of motivation regularly.
2. Information: Once your team knows that your Stream messages do contain useful information, they will be engaged. Information like Hot Deals, Spin and Win, Birthday, Anniversary etc
3. Acknowledgment: Members of your team will be interested in who is progressing and been acknowledged by their leader. Your Stream messages will get them engage to you if this do happen.
4. Announcement: Let your Stream messages be an announcement of either a new member joining the team, you set a new competition, reminder of coming event or competition, etc
