You get the most from MPR if you buy 1TC. You need only 126 MPR to buy 1TC. When you buy 1TC you get 102 VP. This is the best deal that you can make. You need those VP to confirm your status. I like shopping. It always cheers me up. When I'm unhappy, I buy 1TC. It brings me a VP and make me happy.
You can purchase series of great products with MPR. If you visit the Members tab at TripleClicks you will be able to view 3 pages with products that you can buy only from MPR. It is very important to be in touch with their associates.
I use the weekly PSA mailer. Then I send my associates messages that are important for all of them. Also use SFIs cards to them to welcome or congratulate a success. I inform my team about the latest changes Through the messages in the Stream tab.
I try to not abusive PSA mailer and follow the rules. I hate spam and I care about what and to whom to send. Also try not to overload the SFI technical support of my messages, so I am sending my PSA message via my personal email.
I use my personal mail when sending a message to a single PSA. These messages usually contain both text and links and images and it is much more efficient to use g-mail. I very rarely have a problem with the delivery of mail.

Why not? Everyone loves to receive a gift. Also, everyone likes to see that his work is appreciated. Also, everyone likes to feel special and loved.

This is a very specific job. It does not matter how much PSAs you have but it is important how your PSAs work.
You can have a million PSAs but if they do not do absolutely nothing or just doing daily task, if they are inactive, if they are not interested in the process of duplication, then it just like you don't have a single PSA. Even worse than that, because you've put time and effort into a team that is not working.This is why SFI keeps repeating us to do with the workers.
This is a fair system because forcing sponsors to help associates.
