New Join My Team (JMT) getaway debuted this year (just after the New year),and it's a fresh new getaway website.

Since it was build for us (affiliates) and it was done by professionals (SFI team) I see no reason why we shouldn't use it and/or recommend to our team?


Plus it's free and plus it includes:
1. A personalized letter to your prospect, from you to them
2. A list of reasons why they’ll love SFI
3. Testimonials + a link to dozens more
4. A “Powered by SFI” section that highlights TripleClicks, Pricebenders, and Eager Zebra games division

Strange question to see it here indeed.

At SFI Affiliate Center we can find A LOT of useful informations.How to do this,how to do that,what others are saying about something...and so on.

All your downline should be aware of it."Readers are leaders" they say,and reading about SFI is investing in yourself.


Now,how to demonstrate the need to read a little each day.
Well,you can wait for affiliate to ask you something.Then,answer him/her what is being ask,and then,at the end,say that it can be found on ... (certain link in SFI Center) too.Repeat it once,repeat it twice,and slowly affiliate will get used to search for an answer in SFI Center.Then,by the time,he/she will get used to read other interesting things there.


Also,explain them what I wrote above (readers are leaders,and that it's investing in yourself).Tell them that they have option to:
1. ask you and wait (passively) for an answer,or
2. to search the answer by themselves (actively)

If your affiliates have at least some independence (e.g. are not 100% dependent on you/your help and just waiting for it) the will start actively to search for the knowledge.


Or,you can show them some magnificent text that you found out,and tell them "You know where I found it?I found it in SFI Center".When they read it and if they're delighted with it,it would be a great motive to go and search/read by themselves other such texts (little by little each day).

When starting to expand your business here,sooner or later you will have some "foreigners" in your team.And that's normal.Don't limit your to just one country or one region.


Now,when you have "dozens" of them,all in different time-zones and different culture,you may find it difficult to manage them all at once.But I think that's just an illusion.

See,we all have here on Earth a day of 24 hours.So,no matter where on this planet do you live,a day is a day and 24 hours are 24 hours for all.So,when you want to inform your downline about something,OK,go write them a team mail.they'll receive it and read it now or later at a day (or the next day).When you want to explain them something,OK,go do the same.Sooner or later they'll check their e-mail inbox and read it.No worries about that.


However,there may be some difficulties if you want to organize so called "webinar" (online/web-seminar).Then you have to choose proper time for all.When all are awake and all are free (e.g. not working).To manage all that,and to be acceptable for everyone,is almost impossible.

In such case I would advise you to put 2 (or even 3) different terms,in which your webinar would be,so that everyone could adjust.Or,maybe to have it once and record it,and then to play it in different terms - another idea.


All in all,if something is urgent,explain your downline (who are not from the same timezone that you are) that,if possible,inform you before (as soon as they can),but to be prepared that you may not answer them immediately - since you're,as said,from another timezone and might be sleeping at the time or so.

Even better - find a certain date/time once or couple of times a week (say,Sunday noon,or something like that) that your affiliates can ask you whatever they want.And to be prepared to be awake and free at that time (your local time,which would be some different time at their zones).Just a thought.

Fear of success,you say?
Quite...odd to me.


I may understand that there is fear of responsibility of dozens or hundreds (if not thousands) of affiliates that you may be leader of.There you have to be really conscientious person,to train and to lead them all.Luckily,there are tips about in (search for "How to be awesome sponsor" text).


And how to fight fear?
Well,there is a way.Fight it a little each day.
If your fear is to succeed (it still sounds strange to me,but OK),then try with training yourself.Define first what is success to you.For most it is to have big team (of affiliates and/or ECAs) and to earn a lot.

How to fight it - first big team?
Start with little team.Start with a person (or persons) you know very well.Go through training with them.Teach them how to achieve what you have achieved.Build a leader out of them.
When you succeed in it,go for another shot.Take another well-known person to train.Go again through all the steps and make another leader.
Repeat those steps few times and you will (hopefully) be more relaxed and more sure in yourself,so you will get off the fear of making a (big) team.

How to fight it - lots of money (lots of earning)?
I'm not sure how to answer this,but...similar like with a team:when you begin,you'll have little.As time goes by,you'll be getting more and more.Hopefully you'll adopt by that time.
Even if you're not adopted to earn that much as you're earning,well,there's always a solution:give it to charity or something like that.They don't have fear of money ;)

Building a team is almost necessary here if you want to reach "higher" levels (to be a Team Leader).It's actually our team members that promote us to higher levels.


When building a team,most of the people first rely on the persons from their own country.It's usual and it's common to contact first people from area that you know.You start working with them and that's the beginning of your team building.

Later,when you gain some success,you will realize that what you have just done in your area or your country - could be done in other areas or countries too!People are same (more-less) everywhere,SFI is great business opportunity,so why to limit yourself only to a certain number of people?


The only real limitation could be language barrier.Yeah,it's sometimes tough.
But,that why we have some aids here.First is Google translate.It can translate to many of the world languages,so that those new can get somehow picture of what is this about.Secondly,there is "a2a" feature,where you can find persons/friends from your local area.They can help you understand better the way of doings things and some of the strategies.


All in all,don't limit yourself to just "your" area,go beyond the boundaries.

When using it the main problem might be in those persons who overuse it.In other words - in those who spam others on social networks.Because of them (because of uncontrolled use of the getaways) I'm afraid that this getaway will be blocked soon (if not already).

In situation like that I hope you understand that it better (if not only possible) to link your ads to a certain webpage or your blog - what I would suggest you.Blogs can be done (in most cases) for free,but,on the other hand,when you have your own website it looks more professional.It's up to you what you will choose.

It may look that direct link to SFI getaway will bring more/faster success and that it's better approach...but don't forget it's on the short run.Soon it will be blocked.While linking to your webiste/blog may look like "round way",but by doing so you will probably escape to be blocked.

In which (creative) ways are we planing to use it?
Well...depends how creative you are :)


I'm not that creative (unfortunately),so I might be using it on one of the only ways possible:to link it to my blog or personal website.The reasons for it I wrote in another answer here.The main reason is to escape blocking.I see some affiliates (who are putting their getaway everywhere they can - which I think is not so good) are already crying in the forum,that they (their getaway) have been blocked.Well,that's how it goes when you overuse it and spam others with it.Normally that then others will block you.That's why you should escape it.


On the other hand,linking getaway to your personal website/blog firstly - doesn't look that much dangerous (to others),as secondly - on your blog/website you can write whatever you want,as thirdly - it looks better (more professional) if you have your own domain,then just to put ads where you can,right?

One of the basic things on the start of this business is to define your goals.I personally chose as top of my goals to be "to improve my standard of living" (as many other have chose it too).


Why?
Hm...why not? :)


Hey,let me ask you something:
- aren't you tired to live your life "penniless"?
- aren't you tired to work for some low salary?
- aren't you tired to have your boss everyday shouting at you?
- aren't you tired to have to live in the small house?
- aren't you tired to not be able to have normal vacation,normal car,normal house...?
- aren't you tired to be in constant fear that you may loose your job? (which is not payed enough anyway...)

And so on...


Well,if you are,then there business opportunity that everyone (with a computer and internet connection) can do.Isn't it wonderful? :)

Like in most of the cases - BOTH!


PSAs (Personal Referred Affiliates) are those who you personally introduced to SFI,and they registered using your getaway link.They are your PSA and you're their Sponsor.CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates) are not the ones who you personally introduced to this company,but you're still connected with them and get a share of profit they make.


From both of the groups (PSAs and CSAs) you'll have benefits.Little bit more from your PSAs,since their rank (EA2 or higher) can bring your certain amount of VP (from CSAs and their ranks you have nothing directly).Still,from both you will earn some money when they order something from Tripleclicks web store.If it's your PSA you will earn 45% of CV (Commission volume) and if it's your CSA then it will 15% of CV for you.Matching points can be earned from PSAs as well as CSAs (they all have to be EA2 rank or higher,and you have to be at least bronze team leader).

All in all,you'll have benefit through:
- direct commissions (45% for PSA and 15% for CSA)
- matching points (if they're EA2 or higher)
- versa points (only from the rank of your PSAs)


Note that PSAs are yours FOR LIFE (for as long as you are and they are part of SFI) and CSAs are yours for as long as you keep achieving minimum EA status (1500 VP/month or more).In other words,you can be part of SFI and loose your CSAs,but you can't loose your PSAs (except if they opt-out on their own).

Also,when it comes to sponsoring,to your PSAs you're at place number 1,and to your CSAs you're at place number 2.
