Hi Michael!
Your first email to your affiliates is your welcome letter. In your welcome letter, you must introduce yourself.
After introducing yourself, you must guide them to get started. Since they don't know where to start. You must tell them:
1. that if English is a problem to them, they must use the'TRANSLATE'which they can find at the bottom right corner of every page.
2. they must check out the buttons on the top right corner under their photo. The Grey 'START', Blue 'SFI BASICS', and Green "LAUNCHPAD'.
a) they must click START and watch the Video,
b) they click SFI BASICS and read it
c) they must click LAUNCHPAD,read it and answer the questions.
Finally, tell them that communication is very important here. They must respond to the messages and they must not hesitate to contact you if they have questions or they need help.
Don't give them too much information because you might confuse or frighten them. As they read SFI BASICS and the LAUNCHPAD, they will get the information in a proper way. Your duty as a sponsor/co-sponsor is to guide them and point them to the right direction. After doing that you'll motivate them and respond to whatever follows.

As far as I understand SFI, there are no turn-offs here. FSI is simple and straight forward. SFI is open and there are no hidden agendas.
Yours is to watch the video, read SFI basics and the launch pad. To get more understanding, participate in the forum and read the Ask SC.
When you understand SFI, talk to your prospects for SFI and tell them about SFI as it is. Do not change anything. Do not decorate it. The company has been inverted more than 16 years ago. It has been running for 16 years now. Do not re-invert it. Just tell things as they are. The truth will set you free and your prospects will join when they here the truth.

When creating a website you must have a theme. Your traffic will be the people who are following your theme.

Let’s say your website them is online jobs. On your website you must give people information about online jobs. Some people don’t know, others don’t understand and some have wrong information about online jobs. In your website, you must teach people what is online job, what are scams, fly-by-nights, etc. How to identify them.

Share information about SFI and make it clear how SFI defer to other online businesses. Give information about SFI and how SFI works. Motivate and encourage people. Share other stories to make your website interesting. Always tell the truth. People will trust you, believe you and follow your website.

You can also add the summary for the training for your downline. Your prospects can also read the training and get the real inside of SFI.

People will want to join after reading what you’ve said in your website. So you must post adverts about SFI all over your website, but don’t overdo it. Post things that will call for actions and sign up links.

You are reading your welcome letter many times. Now it is stale to you. For your new members it is fresh because they are seeing it for the first time. Remember that the training that we get here at SFI is more than 15yrs (17yrs) and is not stale for us because we are getting it for the first time.

Remember that your welcome letter is not the training, so you must keep it short. The new comer has lot of things to do. Don’t consume his/her time by giving him/her a long welcome message with lot of links. You don’t want him/her to be confused before even getting started. You don’t need to repeat what is said in the training. SFI has everything in order. Yours is just to point him/her to the right direction. Your new comer will get the rest when he/she reads the training.

In your welcome letter:
>You advice your new comer to use the Translate and guide him/her where to find it.
>You introduce yourself and advice your new comer to contact you when he/she needs help.
>You then guide the new comer where to start since SFI is too big.
>You then advice him/her to use My Region/My Country Forum for other help and to meet affiliates form his/her country and/or region.

Since you pointed him/her to the right direction, SFI will do the rest.

SFI is about building your Residual income. If you follow SFI system you are ensured that your Residual income is built.

Just log in to SFI everyday. That is your office where you are working. Do your To-Do List. Participate at TripleClicks. Promote your SFI business and TripleClicks.

While doing all of the above, make sure that you duplicate. This is the main part of your business that will ensure you that you are building your Residual. Duplicating is recruiting and teaching your recruits to do what you are doing. In other words, teach, guide and help them to build their business and at the same time, teach them to do the same with their own downline. That will ensure that what you are doing now will keep on being duplicated for many years to come. When you have achieved on that, then you are ensured of your Residual income.

Attracting big traffic to your SFI website is not a problem.
There are many traffic exchanges that can bring you thousands of people per day.You can surf for credits or buy them, then they will send people to your website. There are other places, even at TripleCicks, where you can buy traffic. They have different quantity packages. You can buy as many as you like. You can also print flyers and give them away at different places.
For your advice. This traffic is not quality traffic. It is great if you want to boost your website rating. If you need traffic to boost your business, you need quality traffic for your business, not quantity traffic. You need targeted traffic. It won't come as a big traffic.

SFI has been around for many years. Many questions that we have today, have been dealt with many times sometimes ago. They were already answered.

SFI has lot of material readily prepared for us. Like we have samples of welcome messages, support messages to team members, FAQs, etc.

To become a good supporting sponsor when your communication skills are not good, you can use the above material. If your team members ask you a question, advice, etc. You just go on the top right corner of your page. You’ll find a search box. That search box works like Google search. You just type one word or your question. It will give you different options of answers.

From the answers that you get there, you can chose the suitable/relevant one to your question. You can then copy and paste it. Then send it to your downline. Or you can just send them the link to the answer. If you don't get the answer, just go to the Forum and ask.

You can also do the same with welcome messages, support messages, weekly messages etc. While you are doing that, you’ll be learning as well. After learning, you can start writing your own.

When seeking serious affiliates for SFI, the most important question to ask the prospect is: "Are you willing to start your own online business where you will invest a little bit of time and money?"
This question covers all part of the basics of our business.
1. Are you willing >> The prospect must know that he/she is doing this at his/her own will.
2. To start your own online business - The prospect must know that this is not a job but his/her own business and he/she is starting it.
3. Where you will invest a little bit of time and money > The prospect must know that he/she must invest a little bit of time and money. When investing, you know is not an overnight get rich quick scheme.

The main thing is return of investment or benefit.

If you want your affiliates to come to your local training, you must make them aware of what they will benefit for coming to your training and what they might lose for not coming.

Since you know what your training will be about. Make it clear to them what you’ll be dealing with. Explain to them what will they benefit from that training.

I don’t like giving incentives. When you give incentives, other people get used to them and when you stop giving, they quit. I think the other way to motivate them to come. You can ask them to bring family and friends. You can also invite family, neighbors and friends. Tell your affiliates that you’ll share the new members that will join on that training. So that will be the bonus for attending the training.
