- Knowledge on the question (subject) and right answer. The most important is be specific and understandable as well as which must be helpfull to relevant to the question.
- One should not write a long paragraphs.
- Language should be sweet and appeal.
- Your answer should be useful, to the point.

Both are best but you have to think you are interested for long term and short term business. Accordingly you have select W3 and S-Builder Co-op.
After all one flexible option available at any time you will be go to any rank every month we start from beginning. In this point of view W3 is best best but bit costly compare to S-Builder Co-op.
I suggest go for W3 lot of benefit available compare to s-Builder Co-OP.

We have to give 10 TCredit - is not financial benefit to our PSA.
We have to give W3 Member - is not Financial benefit to our PSA.
Why -
In above two case help him to build his level confidenace and
it becomes example to he/she. I am become member of W3 due to

A team leader plays an important role in guiding the team members and motivating them to stay focused.
He should be a role model for his team members.
A single brain sometimes cannot take decisions alone.
Every One needs the assistance and guidance of others as well to achieve the tasks within the required time frame. In a team, every member contributes to his level best to achieve the assigned targets.
The team members must be compatible with each other.
Every team should have a team leader who can hold his team together and extract the best out of the team members to move and achieve target.
The team leader should be such that every individual draws inspiration from him and seek his advice and guidance whenever required.
A team leader is one who sets a goal and objective for the team.
Every team is formed for a purpose.
The leader alone should not set the goal,suggestions should be invited from one and all and issues must be discussed on an open forum.
He must make his team members well aware of roles and responsibilities.
He must understand his team members well.
The duties and responsibilities must be assigned as per their interest and specialization for them to accept the challenge willingly. Never impose things on them.

Business - Treat as business man eirther by Playing Game or Bidding Price both are good. It totally depends on you skil.
In both case Tcredit is must. If you have more TCredit try to bid in Pricebanders for earning MRP as well as Action Versa point.
Winners awarded with two option either you buy or exchange again TCREDIT.
WOW - If you win in loast price. You are lucky to get the product even 98% less nthan its value. But some products you can't purcchase depends upon different country LAW.
To grow SFI Business Pricebander is wise investment,
Where as Playin you are not going to get product only TCredit awarded.
Give more important for Bidding Produuct.

Any advertise must be simple and informatics and less word.
It should be touch to Mind. Example
Nokia - Add is very simple i.e. "Connecting People"

We have to study the previous BID analysis and prepare a chart of particular product.
Fixup how much TCredit to be allocated.
