What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?
I think you must to send them a TEAM MAIL message to be sure that they will receive it. You can ask them to respond to you. In that way you will make first communications after they read your welcome message as sponsor. If there are some possibilities for using skype, I think that will be the best way of communications with living pictures.
How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

If there is no possibility of paying by credit card, and probably in this area are not available US bank checks or money order can be used PayPal account. It is difficult to reach positions of team leaders only to the operation of our affiliates without our personal invetsment.Team leader should by own example to show all the available options in the SFI to his afiliates.

To maintain or boost momentum in your group, you need examples of good success. There are few affiliates in the group which are better then other and they show to the others next step. They must always to move on further and higher. You can try to organize some competition and give rewards to the best from group. That will stimulate the others.

Quality was always carrying the win on the market. If your products on ECA store is good in quality you may promote them to your downline so they'll want to sell them and/or buy them. That will be advantage for them, they will have real benefit and that is the best motivation. Of course, you should promote them with no pressure.

Hello, this is my opinion about this question.
I think it will be very difficult to succeed if you do not have any of that. Your advertising will be very difficult, because you can not put a URL that leads to TripleClicks and SFI website, on Facebook or some sites for ads. These are two powerful ways to advertise, why should you be without them.
Creating my own SFI co-op...or starting a blog about SFI...which will provide the most value?

I think these two are used for different purposes. SFI co-op serves to stimulate the existing members of the SFI to work better and a blog about SFI can serve to attract new members to your team. Which of these two can yield better results depends on many factors and mostly how is organized co-op and how it was written and publicized a blog.

I think you should invest in SFI, as I am doing and I will do, because it is a business which can give it back to you much much more. Affiliate marketing business is business of future and also SFI have koncept to grow during the time and give to you extra income and for tomorrow peaceful pension. There are a lot of proves that SFI really works. This are the reasons for investing in SFI.

All what is important are results. You can get the results with help of SFI or with your proven methods and experiences. Or you can do both. You must to track your actions and results are the best measure for quality of your methods and actions.

Sometimes people can be suspicious about new things when they listen your words and look at the tutorials, but when they see your own success and results, then you have their attention. One of the first questions is :"Did you already done this what you are talking about?" Personal example and results makes understanding of SFI and TripleClicks much better.
I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?

I think you can not ensure this at the start. At the beginning, what is also success, you should recruit affiliates. Will some affiliate be SERIOUS or not you will see later during his work. If you said: I wish SERIOUS, sustainable, hard worker - affiliates with a lot of patience and persistence in team building and selling skills with a lot of knowledge for games and with attention to invest some money in this programme-who will do the registration? Only person with a lot of experience in affiliate business who track for good opportunity , or maybe nobody. All this what is written is necessary for success in SFI. I think SERIOUS affiliates will show you from the crowd by his work after some time in SFI.
