Eager to earn people are normally very enthusiastic and chances is good that they will do good in this business if guided well.

The generally accepted norm is that any business takes lots of time to establish and build up from the ground and finally start to make money. And it is true. That’s also what most of the answers suggest and although it take hard work and lot of effort to build your business in SFI, you can, if making the right moves, start earning substantial from your second month in SFI, but most people (including me) take anything from 6 months to 2 years to show good income.

Guide all your PSA’s through the system to help them to get to know the steps required to start earning. Show them how the VersaPoint System works for them to qualify at least as EA2 (status required to earn). Demonstrate to them (also through example) that they must log in every day and do all the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions to help them gather that VP. In the first 2 months they will be able to reach EA without much effort just by doing their Getting Started and Intermediate Actions, reviewing articles and Launch Pad Lessons and by logging in every day and doing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions. If they short a few VP in the second month, it’s easy to gather it through other simple tasks and contests or by bidding on auctions or by changing their shopping habits and buy products at TripleClicks (your store) that they normally buy elsewhere. From their third month, if not sponsored enough affiliates, they will have to add to their VP by buying or getting a StandingOrder.

In the meantime they must advertise every day for PSA’s, ECA’s and PRM’s. That is how you build your team and business. You must do all of these actions to build a good strong business. The more referrals you have the more you earn through their efforts.

To come to the point of earning from your second month, let’s look at ways to make that happen. You must market products from TripleClicks. If someone buys anything through your marketing efforts you earn commissions on those sales. Another way to earn commissions is by way of PPA. This is by referring people who become affiliates, but not in your downline. The more active they are, the more you get paid for them, but you only get paid once for referring them.

From this you can see that it’s possible to earn quickly but not without building your team and business.

Rating 30 Questions at ASK SC today, I again realized the importance of reading.

As stated so many times by so many people, Leaders are Readers.

As a SFI Affiliate and most probably a future or present Team Leader, Your most important task is to build and lead a team of affiliates. You'll have to be an example and teach them to duplicate your efforts. To be able to do that properly you need knowledge of SFI as a company, of Internet Marketing, of Social Media Marketing, of Marketing as a whole, etc.

The best source of knowledge is SFI itself. Here we have our own in-house Internet Marketing training, Launchpad Lessons, Rules of Success, Forum, ASK SC questions and answers, News and Tips on the Alerts Page, our own Social Media Forum, namely a2a, etc. etc.

There's a wealth of knowledge on our own site. Log in everyday and read as much as possible. I personally, have learned more from ASK SC than from any other source.

You can also enter into On-line Marketing Training outside of SFI. You can also learn the same ways about SFI and marketing. Just do it and you'll never look back again.

To become Diamond Team Leader, because that underpins all other goals that you could have set for yourself:

* Building a huge team of active affiliates
* Building a huge customer base
* Building a huge team of CSA's
* Having multiple income streams
* Etc.

To have all of the above the qualifications for DTM will provide, namely having 5 PTL's under you and having a SO of 1500VP. Just use "The Plan" that SFI has published.

If you have a very good webpage or blog that you maintain with good, valuable and fresh content you can link to it, because that will help it to become an authority in this space and rank higher on searches also. But it must be structured very well with not to many clicks to take your prospect to where you want him/her to go, that is to your converting funnel. You want them to take the action you intended for them. People don't normally click more than 3 times after reading your ad, so make it short.

To link to your gateways directly might work better sometimes to get the desired results.

Within the first 24 hours I will do enough Getting Started Actions to get 500VP to qualify for Fast Track Badge and get 200VP bonus. That gives you 700VP in your first 24 hours. Then I would work out how much VP I would get from doing my Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions until the end of that first month and just review the Launch Pad Lessons every day and do only enough Getting Started and Intermediate Actions to get the balance of VP needed for EA qualifying 1500VP for the first month.

It’s best to save the rest of the Getting Started and Intermediate Actions, Launch Pad Lessons and Articles to review for your second month to get the necessary EA qualifying 1500VP again, after logging in every day and getting the 497 Action VP for the second month.

In the meantime I will review all the Launch Pad Lessons and other training in SFI over and over again to get to know the system. Learning is of utmost importance. I will learn how the business work, how to market SFI, TripleClicks and TripleClicks products, how to sponsor and duplicate, how to refer ECA’s and PRM’s, how to set up a website and blog and how to maintain the blog, etc.

All this time I will start advertising for Affiliates, ECA’s and PRM’s. After all this business is about duplicating and marketing.

You attract students the same way you would attract any other persons. There are 2 ways of getting the attention of someone to join SFI: Off-line and On-line. Just keep in mind which demographic group you’re trying to attract and adjust accordingly.

Off-line Methods
- Placing ads (Free or paid for) in printed media like newspapers or magazines (According to me this is not the best way to attract students as I don’t think many read newspapers especially, but there will always be the exception). If you use this method I suggest you place the ad in something that students would read like a student paper.
- Posting fliers (Preferably Tabbed fliers) on notice boards on and off campus. If the specific college allow it, you can post it on campus (Get permission first) on any available place that will be allowed, like notice boards in admin offices, dormitories, cafeterias and canteens, libraries, laundry rooms, etc. but if not, you can post them anywhere students frequently gather or visit off campus, like Clubhouses, Laundromats, outside shops, stadiums and gyms, etc.
- Posting fliers, X-Cards, business cards or pamphlets under windscreen wipers of cars on parking lots on or off campus.
- Warm marketing. Speaking to family and friends (May be students themselves or know students or have students in the family) about the benefits for students of becoming part of SFI. (Can be done part time with no or little investment and can provide you with lifetime of residual income)
- Distribute Fliers, X-Cards, Pamphlets, etc. personally to students on and off campus (With permission off course). Give you the chance to explain what it is all about. Wear SFI T-Shirt and baseball cap and use banners to make yourself visible.
- Holding a social event specifically for students, like a free college party, presentation or any other promotion that may interest them. Give out gifts like TC Gift cards, Mouse pads, SFI Clothing or anything else that might entice them.

On-line Methods
- Place on-line ads (Free or paid for) on commercial sites, with links to your Personal Website or SFI Gateways.
- Place social ads (Also free or paid for, depending on the site) on Social Media Sites, with links to your Personal Website. Some Social Media sites have blocked links or URL’s with SFI in, so maybe you should not use your SFI gateways there.
- Promote your Personal Website with links to all your SFI Gateways (On- and Off-line advertising must link to this website).
- Promote your Personal Facebook page or create a new Facebook page specifically for this perpose.
- Connect on Social Media like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. You post interesting articles, posts or blogs on your Facebook page, with links to your website or Gateways.

• At first only be a spectator. Don’t take part yourself if you’re not totally clued up. Watch a few different auctions at different times of the day and different days of the week. Learn as much as possible about the products on offer, the different bidders that feature and the patterns that are obvious.
• Start out with the 1WA (First win auction) until you actually win one, then move on to Junior auctions, and so on.
• Work out a strategy and use it. Better it all the time as you go along.
• Set a budget and stay with it, but see to it that you have enough TC’s available.
• Be the top bidder as much as possible, but don’t get involved in a bidding war. Rather stand down and let the war play itself out. You will just loose unnecessary TC’s. Just keep on observing and only bid when counter goes too low, but get back on top as soon as possible. Then others have to chase you and if they hesitate too long when counter goes low, you win.
• Be patient, calm and rested.
• If you use the auto-bidder, use it with extreme care. It can be a mighty tool in your campaign, because it can be very overpowering, but know how to use it or else you could loose a lot of TC’s very fast.
• Be positive and persistent.

There are many products or services you can get on SO with a qualifying 1500 SVP, but some are better value than others and some are better for building your business than others.

The best would be if you could just transfer your buying from your usual shops to TripleClicks. When you want to buy something, first look at TripleClicks and if you find it there, change your SO to that product. Every month before your SO must be processed, change it to the specific product you want and then cancel the previous SO. Don’t cancel the previous one before you set up the new one. If you don’t find what you are looking for, enroll your local stores as ECA’s and buy from them online through TripleClicks. That way you get 1500 SVP to maintain your EA status, plus 100 AVP for having a SO and it won’t cost you anything, because you would have spend that money in any instance on the same products at a different shop. This would be the most ideal scenario.

If you still can’t find a product to do transfer buying, the next best thing would be to buy a business boosting product from TC that are good value for money as well as a grate business booster. That product would be the 125 Pack TCredits at $36. It’s not only the cheapest 1500 SVP qualifying SO ( it don’t have shipping costs like Liquid Nutrition), but you can use it to boost your business like no other product:
• It gives you 1500 SVP as well as 100 AVP for having a SO and 5 MRP.
• You get 1 AVP per TC spend when you use the 125 TC for playing games (200 max AVP/mth plus 5 MRP/TC spend), bidding on Auctions (500 max AVP/mth plus 5 to 10 MRP/bid), downloading songs (50 max AVP/mth plus 5 MRP/download) and member listings (50 max AVP/mth plus 5 MRP/listing). In other words the the 125 TC will give you 125 AVP plus between 625 and 1250 MRP to spend on other TC or other business boosting products or services. The time you have to invest in SFI all depends on what you want to achieve and how fast and on your level of expertise and experience in Internet Marketing.

If you want to have a very successful and rewarding business that provides you with a huge income fast, you’ll have to invest heavily in the form of time and money.

If you don’t have a lot of money to invest (a common problem for most of us), you can still achieve success, it’s just going to take a little longer and more invested time.

If you don’t have a lot of knowledge or experience or expertise in internet marketing, it may take even longer or more invested time and money. Although SFI have a lot of resources from where to get the necessary knowledge, you may also have to enroll in a marketing course (I did), a website design course or the like and that takes time and money. Again, if you don’t have the funds, it’ll take even longer and/or more invested time.

To get to know the business may take at least 2 to 4 hours a day, and to do your daily actions, another hour a day if you do it properly. To do marketing everyday will need another hour or 2 per day. Actually this have to be a full time business venture if you want to succeed fast. If you have limited time to invest, like only 2 hours daily, it’s going to take at least 1 or 2 years to start making a significant amount of money, if you really use that 2 hours productively.

I think we have to distinguish between personal emails to every PSA and CSA on your team and Team Mails send to the team as a whole.

You can keep on sending Team Mails to them as part of your team to maybe try and sway them to start becoming active, but don’t waist your time sending personal emails to each and everyone on your team, whether they are active or not. If you have only a few members on your team, that may be possible, but when your team starts to run into the hundreds, it starts to become too time consuming to contact each and everyone one on one.

Keep on sending them motivational and informative Team Mails that’s relevant to them. Also refer in your Team Mails to articles in your blog on your Leadership Page that might motivate them to start getting active and send out Newsletters to all your Team Members whether they are active or not.

Rather work with the workers without forgetting the others. Spend your time on more important things like recruiting new PSA’s, CSA’s and PRM’s and teaching the movers to do the same.
