If I had to choose between the three I would make a case for the TCredits. At a cost of $36.25 for 125 TCredits gives you the needed 1500 VP. These TCredits are a form of currency at TripleClicks that can be used in a variety of ways. Each TCredit has a value of $.29 so they retain the same per dollar value. You can use them to buy products at your TripleClicks Store and bid in the Price Benders Penny Auction. You can even give them away as incentives and rewards.

The best way to convince someone is to prove it can be done by doing it yourself well ahead of them. In advance of that you can inform them that you see others who are earning substantial incomes and that is good enough for you to stick with it. Be inspired and show your enthusiasm and it might spark their interest toward becoming a member of your team. If they appear reluctant because of failures in other affiliate or MLM programs let them know it is not like anything else you've ever tried before and that it's free to join and that they can opt out anytime.

Other factors would include the individual to whom you are communicating, your knowledge about SFI and TripleClicks and your ability to communicate effectively by spoken and/or written/printed words.

You should be well prepared to provide both brief yet an effective amount of information or lengthy and detailed information. Open lines of communication is of key importance to the success of your team.

The background of some individual or circumstances may require you to keep the information to a minimum and in simple to understand terms.

Present the information in such a way that it provokes them to ask questions. If questions are being asked this could be an indication that they are sincerely interested.

It would depend on what you wish to accomplish. You should do what is best for your team. If you have several PSA's from the same country and one of them is doing very well but the others are not then by all means reassign as many of them as you wish. Once reassigned maybe a few will take off and become successful. You should keep the desired number(5)of your top performers directly under you.

The only way that someone will become serious about SFI and go on to be successful is they must want it as bad as they need to breath.

All you can do is be instrumental in bringing this about. You must be an inspiration to your team. Someone they would desire to emulate. This is why it is so very important to follow the SFI Rules of Success and to lead by example.

If your affiliate is already serious then you will need to continue being supportive in every way.

Communication is key! If you have an affiliate that is asking questions you will need to respond every time and be spot on with your answers. How often have you used this ? gotten a response back without your question being answered? You already know how frustrating this can be. Don't be instrumental in causing emotional upsets. You don't want to see someone on your team becoming disgruntled and leaving SFI as a result.

Produce a newsletter that covers a host or reasons why people quit and make a strong case to dispel each of them from their thinking. Get a collection of the hottest, informative business building content and inspirational posts saved to an email draft. Use these in your stream posts and weekly team mailings.

Don't live in a copy & pasted world. Participate in answering Ask SC questions. Work hard on becoming a Top Author in Ask SC. This is a great way to develop your writing skills and your own content.

Read in and Contribute at the Forum.

Go for the Gold and continue to aim high.

You must know how to maneuver SFI and TripleClicks website and find the information you need to keep your team well informed in your weekly team mail. They will have questions and you will need to supply the answers.

Knowledge is powerful and it will help you succeed. The more you know will increase the likelihood you'll make a mistake.

One simple example is if you did not know SFI provides us with a vacation mode you could loose your Daily VP Streak were you unable to log in and complete the minimum 10 VP required to keep it.

For the sake of illustration lets imagine we are examining this within a 30 to 60 day range from date of joining SFI.

It begins with my Welcome Letter and Messages. Initially right out of the gate I refer them to my SFI Start | Recruiting and Training website page called "Getting Started with SFI" from this page they are provided step by step actions to follow and there have access to Gery Carson's "Getting Started with SFI Screencast Training Video. I advise my new team members to watch it at least twice before moving on and on an as need basis after that.

I tell them: "Many end up feeling lost in SFI because they do not study, employ action and review. Not a single one of us ever instantly learned how to walk and talk. You must be patient because Success Requires Action. Most quit before they've even allowed themselves enough time to comprehend what SFI is all about."

Let them know they can enter topics for instant answers atop their SFI AFFILIATE CENTER Homepage. Tell them that at any point they feel lost to just type in the word “start” for instant access to a wealth of information that will get them moving and off to a GREAT START in SFI.

One area of primary importance is the Getting-Started Actions on their To-Do List. (Action Versa Points = AVP) These are one time only Actions (19 in all).

Now moving on you will inform them to become accustomed to doing their Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions on their To-Do List. From here they should get 10 or more AVP daily which is the minimum required to earn and maintain their Daily VersaPoints Streak Badge. No worry! SFI has a Vacation Mode if they require its use. Between these three categories they'll earn about 500 FREE AVP per month if nothing is missed.

They have instant access atop their SFI AFFILIATE CENTER Homepage to #30 LaunchPad Lessons for one time 15 AVP each. These are for their training and I recommend they do one or two per day. Finishing within 30 days. And their Intermediate Actions on their To-Do List.

Everyday they should check your Alerts Page for SFI news and pick up that extra entree in the Daily Grand Drawing. Enter everyday and win. Persistence brings reward – you can win often.

Staying above the Green Line in the E365 Contest during the first five weeks will qualify them entry into the E365 finals. Upon entering each round for a total of six rounds they'll earn a qualifier badge, VersaPoints, free entries into the Daily Grand, numerous chances to win a share of over $2000 in daily prizes and much much more when you enter the final round which takes you to your 365th day with SFI. Visiting the forum you will sometimes learn of SFI news before it is news. You will find there business building ideas, tips, inspiration and motivation. It is a store house of contributed knowledge from talented and experienced SFI Affiliates.
