Tripleclicks executive pool so called is where 40% of profits (commissionable volume) of sales made in tripleclicks- company wide for a month, every month is kept. It is a POTENTIALLY lucrative income available to all affiliates. Potentially because you have to qualify to earn from it.
Now like in the normal brick and mortar company, certain percentage of profits after tax are distributed to shareholders pro rata annually by means of shares. Once the value of a share is determined, people or shareholders receive dividends at par with the number of shares they have.
SFI share 40% of profits (commissionable volume) monthly by means of versapoints which in this regard act as shares. The number of VPs you're able to get within the month will be directly proportional to the amount of money you get. You have to be EA2 to qualify to earn.
When you buy items from tripleclicks or do transfer buying, you're contributing to the wellbeing of the business. Advertising products for sale and getting others to buy not only increases the commissionable volume it also add the valued VP to your kitty.

For tripleclicks to compete favourably means achieving and surpassing the level of awareness the others have by massive advertisements, patronages by affiliates when we do transfer buying on a large scale. The others will stand up to take notice.

When you say you're shy that means you cannot communicate effectively. Not being internet savvy means you know next to nothing about the internet. Now rather than this becoming a hindrance, they can really be a springboard to a more fulfilling life. You take the responsibility to learn and undergo several self improvement courses or seminars to get to communicate effectively.
Now you can print cards or text ads from the marketing center to distribute to your friends, colleagues and even outright strangers. These cards or text ads must contain your link and what aspect of the business you want to work on.
Flyers of products or affiliate signups can be produced and placed in strategic points in your locality, bus or train stations, airport terminals, markets, shopping malls etc.
You can do a video presentation and get someone to upload on YouTube. Share the links via email or otherwise to your prospects.
You may hire an expert to do this if you have the cash to burn.

There are so many ways that can be effective in distributing giftcards. It depends on the individual. After sending mine through emails and getting no results, I settled for my friends on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. Everyday, I receive notifications of friends birthday and I'd write on their timelines as follows:
" Happy birthday so and so, may your days be filled with moments of joy, happiness and laughter. On behalf of tripleclicks and myself, we present this token- a $12 giftcard to you. You may want to use the tcredit to buy or bid for items on tripleclicks.com. Your redemption code is xxxxxx. Go to http://www.tripleclicks.com/giftcard/giftcard to redeem your price. Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?

We have over 7 billion souls on the planet and SFI is meant for each one of them. From the Article to Antarctica. If they can't speak English at least they have a language and we have the tool to translate one language to another. They have limited knowledge of the computer or internet experience? No problems. We were like that at some point but broke away from the ignorance through education. They can surmount that challenge as well. So don't discriminate in your sponsorship.

Both Fatima. The great book- the bible made it clear to sow your seed in the morning and the evening for you do not which will come out right whether the one in the morning or evening or whether both will come out right.
Now the bottomline in team building is activity. Which of the methods you have adopted are producing results not just signups but active affiliates. If one then concentrate on that one but if both methods are working then stick to both.
We have a caveat that not all the affiliates you recruit will be active at least 50%. That's the truth of the matter and sometimes 100% of purchases does nothing after the initial signups. When you buy or you do your own advert or both, have that at the back of your mind.

When I was growing up, I was taught a rhyme that I still remember todate. "The sun cannot burn a hole on a piece of tissue paper unless the rays are concentrated and directed at one spot.
Discovering your niche in business is of utmost importance. Who do you want to target? The children, teens, adults or men and women. The elderly, the blind, the deaf mute etc. Define your niche and get products that are appealing to that class of people and concentrate on that.
Advertising the whole store is like a man winking in the dark, he alone knows what he's doing.
