The only shortcut to success in SFI for new affiliates is applying as good as possible the 20 points SFI Rules of Success that are created by SFI President himself.
Otherwise, new affiliates will experience a failure or at least a longer time in reaching their goals, if they try to reinvent the wheel following their own rules.
I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?

I think in such case you may start with the easiest way in referring people to our TripleClicks store, i.e. distribute Gift Cards.
As Gery Carson himself is very aware of this situation, that is MANY people are uncomfortable pitching products and especially business opportunities to others.
He says this about the new gift cards…
"I personally will be freely handing out these cards to friends and family and people I meet at every opportunity because I know I'm giving them something of true value and with no obligation. And I can think of no better or easier way to introduce them to TripleClicks."
I agree with him that this Gift Cards are 'awkwardness-free'.
As for the SFI, I rely on those who are more experienced in getting new affiliates, for example S-Builder, PSA To Go, etc..
So I can focus more on assisting existing PSAs.
I hope this answer can help you.

- Do not give up when you feel overwhelmed learn the SFI program.
- Do not learn too many programs at the same time.
- Do not collect VP without learn each page which reviewed.
- Do not stop logging in and doing the to-do list every day.
- Do not be tempted to follow other than the SFI program.
- Do not feel discouraged if not speak English well.
- Do not be afraid of success offered by SFI.
- Do not hesitate to get help from the Forum.
- Do not miss the opportunity to obtain the Fast Track badge.
- Do not force yourself reaching TL rank, if not intend to defend it in the following months.
That's ten 'NOT to do' that I can recommend.

Always identify yourself as an SFI Marketing Group affiliate so they make the connection as to why you're contacting them. If you're going to be their personal Sponsor or Team Leader, let them know that, too.
You should keep it simple! Tell them that they've been invited to involve with a company that is now in its 16th successful year on the Internet.
Working with SFI means having the peace of mind of working with a proven, debt-free company with a long, successful track record.
You may also wish to include a short testimonial of how the system is working for you (if you've got a good, strong testimonial to offer).
You won't insult their intelligence with promises of overnight wealth. If overnight riches are their dream, they odds are probably better playing the lottery than running a business—any business.
Indeed, as thousands of SFI's affiliates will attest, there's huge money to be made in SFI, if they're willing to do the work.
That is!
Hope it helps..

Beside scoring VersaPoints and generating sales at TripleClicks.com you must employ effective sponsoring and duplication strategies.
You must learn how to lead and grow a team of active SFI affiliates, so that you may tap into the ultimate jewel in SFI's compensation plan—VersaPoints Matching.
Doing this you'll get the maximum benefits of being an SFI affiliate.
How can I get my affiliates to see the benefits of playing games like Knockout Trivia so they will play them?

You can tell your affiliates that playing games like KO Trivia has some benefits as:
- It is entertaining, fun and educational.
- Give you new attractive badges.
- Give you an alternative from routinity.
- Give you the chance to earn TCredits.
- More often you play, more chance you have for winning the KO Trivia game.
And give them this link to try it:

In my opinion the main task of the team leader is to maintain high enthusiasm in doing his job, and transmit it to the downline.
Whatever is done by a leader will be duplicated by the downline. When a leader loses his enthusiasm, that is what will happen with the downline.
So a leader should never stop learning, and remain excited about reaching his goals.

I interpret success as the achievement of a goal. Many goals I want to accomplish in SFI.
Doubt is a big problem - perhaps the largest - for me, then find a solid footing which gives certainty or strong expectations regarding the chances of successfully running the SFI business is my greatest challenge.
I believe without a confidence, then there wouldn't arise a spirit in running any activity, nor is there any targets to be achieved.
It took me eight months to remove these barriers, to switch completely from 'outsiders' who look to SFI rather suspiciously into "insiders" who feel as a part and are ready to cooperate fully with the SFI.
What I do is simple, that is logging in every day, continue to learn and trying all the tools provided by the SFI, and follow all the improvements made by the SFI.

First, in SFI you are your own boss, it's YOUR business so you can set the pace YOU are comfortable with.
Second, as an SFI affiliate you are given "your own store" where you can buy stuff from all over the world. The advantage buying from TripleClicks you are instantly get MRP, some TCredits and VPs.
It is easy too if you want to buy a surprise gift for a close friend or family members who lived in a remote place because your purchase will be sent to an address as you want.
Third, you can run your SFI business as a part time business.
That is to answer your question in my opinion.

What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

Indeed building a real business needed capital. If you want to make a large business you need more capital.
Profit would not be obtained until you understand all the nuances in the business you run.
So, my advice is don't quit now, keep learn, make any necessary changes and persist until you reach your goals.
