What is the quickest way to advance from affiliate … all the way to Diamond Team Leader (DTL)?

Briefly there are two things you need to do: -

1. You need personal sales/purchases each month of 1,500 VP (SVP).

I suggest the easiest (and quickest) way to do this is to establish a budget of $36.25 per month and invest that in a Standing Order (SO) of one pack of 125 TCredits.

That is not very onerous, is it? The cost is less than $1.20 per day – less than the cost of a cup of coffee per day, in fact.

But this will give you the 1,500 SVP you need.

This is the only sales/purchases commitment you MUST make to advance all the way to DTL. (Pretty simple, eh?)

I suggest that you action your SO on the first day of each month. In that way you get your personal requirement “ticked” off and you can concentrate on the second thing you must do – TEAM BUILDING!

NOTE: To advance to BTL you need 3,000 VP; STL 4,000 VP; GTL 5,000 VP and PTL 6,000 VP. BUT for DTL you only need 1,500 VP.

So, on your way to DTL, if your budget allows it for it, you could earn the VP required by increasing the number of packs of TCredits you buy each month – and then use these TCredits to reward your team members’ efforts and to bid on Pricebender Auctions and to play Eager Zebra games.

For instance: - BTL would be 2 packs of 125 TCredits - a $72.50 investment.

For STL just add 1 pack of 100 TCredits – an additional $29.00.

And you could just add one more pack of 100 TCredits to get the VP you need for GTL, then another one for PTL

So it is possible to be “sitting” on PTL, which requires 6,000 VP, with a personal monthly budget of just $159.50.

WOW! Do you know of any other business where the investment is so low?

OF COURSE you won’t have to spend this amount because you will be receiving commissions, which can be reinvested, and winnings from your daily activities in SFI.

But you asked for the quickest way – so here it is!

2. Build your team.

This is where it gets interesting. AND this is where we MUST put the most emphasis.

To become BTL:

You need one EA2 for you to become BTL. That shouldn’t be too difficult – now for the cost of just one TCredit you can invite one of your promising PSAs to go Fast-Track Gold.

Really, for any serious SFI affiliate, BTL will be a “breeze”.

To become STL:

You need 2 BTLs in your first-level PSAs.

Easy – just teach them how you made BTL.

To become GTL:

You need 3 first-level STLs.

Again, it’s easy - just teach them how you became STL.

To become PTL:

You need 4 first-level GTLs.

Again, get them to duplicate how you got to GTL.

To become DTL:

You need 5 first-level PTLs.

Again, teach them duplication.

WOW! Doesn’t this look easy?

Of course, the reality will vary quite a bit – BUT THIS IS THE FORMULA.

When should I start buying PSAs?

My best advice is: - Do it IMMEDIATELY - as soon as you can?

This is the biggest mistake I made when I first joined SFI, over two years ago. I concentrated on developing myself - my knowledge and understanding of SFI.

I was pretty nervous about SFI at first too. Was it for real or just a scam? And I wasn’t prepared to speak about SFI to other people until I had convinced myself that SFI was a genuine business and a GREAT opportunity.

Yes, I bought one unit in S-Builder in my first month in SFI, but it took 7 weeks before I received my first PSA. (I didn’t know that when I ordered S-Builder.)

It’s really important that we learn about SFI and what to do and how we can purchase items from TripleClicks and earn VP etc.

BUT it is EQUALLY important that we develop the marketing side of our business too. AND THE EARLIER THE BETTER!

Search TripleClicks. You will find there many ECAs that offer PSAs.

But don’t limit yourself to “buying PSAs”. Try recruiting PSAs from your warm market, and try to win some in a Pricebenders Auction.

So my advice to you is: - Do it now. And do it every month.

Then work with them. That is very important.

And encourage them to purchase for themselves and sell to others the products and services from TripleClicks as soon as possible – for without sales there will be no profits from which commissions are paid.

I’m an EA2. What should my next objective be and how should I fulfill it?

Your sponsor must be so pleased with you, Avinash! Not only are you EA2 but you wish to go further. Good on you. That’s the spirit. Keep on, you will do well in SFI.

My advice is – “AIM HIGH – DREAM BIG!” (The SFI motto.) And we should all adopt this for ourselves too. But the reality of the situation is that we must work within our means and at our own pace.

Avinash, I see from your badges that you are a consistent worker in your SFI business. And from your profile that you are not able to invest in your SFI business. Yet, despite that you are EA2 and I see that you are active in Eager Zebra games, hence you must be able to buy some TCredits each month. So you do have some ability to invest in SFI each month. And you must have a team too, some CSAs if not some PSAs too. GOOD ON YOU for achieving that.

So, where to from here?

Well, it’s most important that you maintain your EA rank each month. This will mean that you will retain all your CSAs and your commissions will be protected. Check the benefits chart and compensation plan for details. So that is your first goal each month.

The next level is that of Bronze Team Leader – for which you need 3,000 VP of which up to 2,000 can come from sales/purchases and the remainder from Actions (AVP). How can you achieve that?

I see that you don’t have a Standing Order (or if so, that it is less than 1,000 VP). Is it possible for you to work towards establishing a SO of 1,500 VP? If you can that will give you 100 AVP and you will only need another 1,400 VP to become BTL.

Of course it is easy to achieve BTL if you can invest money into our SFI business. One way to do this would be to purchase 400 TCredits, of which at least 1,500 are on a SO, and use these to bid on Pricebenders auctions and to play Eager Zebra games. That will give you the 3,000 VP you need. But it will cost you $116.00 (4 x $29.00).

If you can’t invest in your SFI business each month then you will need to: -

- sell products and services to other people, and
- build an active team.

Check the marketing plan for ways to do these two things.

And let me give you an idea of one way you could possibly become BTL.

I see you are active in EZ games. Are you able to market EZ games to your warm market and on the internet. For people to play EZ games they need to buy need TCredits – and you can earn the 2,000 SVP you need that way.

You are obviously doing ALL the FREE AVP you can each month – that’s great! So you have already earned about 500 AVP per month from that. But you will still need another 500 AVP to make BTL.

Can you duplicate yourself with your team members by encouraging them to become EA2? If you can, you will earn 100 AVP for each one of them that do become EA2. Hence 5 EA2 will give you the 500 AVP you need to become BTL.

So the above is one way for you to move forward, but there are many other ways. You may find something else that works for you.

But the important thing is to maintain EA2 and just keep plugging away earning more and more VP each month. Don’t give up. Eventually you will earn enough to make BTL.

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he’s not getting as much out of SFI as he’s putting into it?

You have a great affiliate there! At least he is “putting into it”, almost all affiliates who sign up don’t do anything. So, you have a worker – work with him.

This is what I do: -

1. First I congratulate him for being active and trying. It is important that we always be encouraging.
2. Then I tell him my own thoughts when I first started in SFI. These were:
a. At first I was very skeptical about whether SFI was a real internet business or just a scam (I’d been stung before). But I soon realized it was for real. So – ONE tick to SFI!
b. Then I wondered how I could make money in SFI? I looked at my sponsor, co-sponsor and upline. They were all very active in SFI and featured high up on the VP Leadership Board. Another tick for SFI.
c. Then I studied the Launchpad lessons, especially # Day 11 – Overnight Success … NOT! This lesson gives examples of people who are making great money in SFI. A third tick for SFI.
d. Then I considered the 80,000+ products in TripleClicks. There are a lot of really great products there that I could buy and use in my life. And I can sell any of these and earn a commission. Another tick for SFI!
e. And I can use ALL the FREE training and marketing materials AND receive free support from SFI. Another tick for SFI!

3. Then I tell him my philosophy: -
a. OK – so SFI works. How can I benefit from it?
b. I will commit and see what happens.
c. I will follow the SFI system EACH DAY.
d. I will invest EACH month in SFI what I can afford to. (This varies from month to month – from nothing to $100.00.)
e. As businesses go SFI is the cheapest to get into and provides the most opportunity and potential. (I know I have had my own “bricks and mortar” business.) It doesn’t get any better than SFI!
f. I will STUDY and LEARN everything I can about SFI. (This is ongoing – after two years in SFI I still have much to learn.)
g. I will persevere. If someone else can be successful in SFI then SO CAN I.
h. I WON’T BE DISCOURAGED BY ANYBODY WHO TELLS ME SFI DOESN’T WORK. My family do that but I take no notice.
i. And I don’t expect immediate results – I am taking the long view.
j. I am finding it hard to get paid employment – BUT with SFI I can work when I want and where I want - SFI IS MY FUTURE!

4. After two years what are my results so far?
a. I have two active team members who are committed to SFI and from whom I earn regular commissions
b. For the first time I earned more than I invested in SFI last month.
c. I have built my knowledge and competence in SFI. Just look at my badges and my rankings.
d. I am confident in talking about SFI and in guiding my team.
e. I win a lot a FREE TCredits and other prizes each month.
f. I have a Payoneer Card into which my commissions are paid.
g. I have a ECA which I intend to develop into a vibrant online shop.
h. I have a Co-op which I can use for my own marketing.
i. I am a FORUM guru.

5. And finally I study his SFI profile, activity and his VP ledger and give him very specific advice as to how he can improve and grow his SFI business.

And I advice him that IF HE WANTS TO WORK I will work with him. But it is his business, not mine. Only he can make it work for himself.

And finally I always encourage him to "LET'S DO BUSINESS TOGETHER!"

Any product or service listed on TripleClicks is either a SFI product or one supplied through an ECA. Hence ECA are essential to TripleClicks success.

So what about me? With over 114,000 products and services currently on sale at TripleClicks why can’t I just market those? What’s in it for me?

Here is a few things I can think of: -

1. By having our own ECA store we are providing a vehicle to promote and sell any product or service we choose (provided it falls within the guidelines of course).
2. The stronger TripleClicks becomes the more successful we become.
3. Our own ECA allows us to promote local products and services to a worldwide market at no cost to us. Hence it strengthens the local economy.
4. It generates a further income stream for us.
5. The more local ECAs there are the greater the opportunity for us to attract affiliates and TC members because there are more local products and services available for them to buy and more opportunity for transfer buying.
6. An ECA provides residual income.
7. By having our own ECA store we have a vehicle that provides an avenue for anyone in our local community to sell through – say just a single product at no cost to them until a sale is made. This is a real boost to crafts people, musician, artists, hobbyists etc. We can therefore provide them with a valuable service from which we both benefit.
8. It allows us to benefit from the growth and development of internet commerce - this will become more important in the future.

Yes, you should acknowledge this. In fact I have found it to be a great way to actually get one of my team to reply to me.

The first thing I do is send them an E-Card, here is an example of one I recently sent out,

“Welcome back, (name).
SFI is definitely worth checking out again. This time I hope you decide to "give it a go" by consistently logging in and doing the 12 daily tasks. If I can help you, please let me know.”

The great thing about this was that the affiliate actually replied. We had a brief exchange of emails, me, from my mobile phone, which wasn’t ideal as I kept making spelling mistakes. And his replies were very brief, but at least we were “talking” to each other. The next day I wrote him an email from my computer. In that email I told him a little about myself and my situation, and I asked for some more information about his situation, particularly about his access to a computer. And I told him that I would be happy to help him. That we should proceed "one step at a time". That’s where we are at the moment.

I don’t know if this affiliate will become more active, only he can choose to do that. But at least I have done my part and shown him that I value him in my team and that I am happy to help him.

As an encouragement to others in my team who are inactive I also mentioned him in my next TeamMail to all my PSA/CSA team. Here’s what I wrote,

“I would even like to congratulate (name) and applaud him for writing to me and asking for my help. (Name) was inactive for some time, then he had another look at SFI. I noticed that and sent him an E-Card welcoming him back to SFI. He replied. He wants help to make money with SFI. So I have been working with him on that. He has a long way to go (as do I) but I am happy to help him.

Perhaps you are in the same position – and want to know how can I make money with SFI? Well, there are no tricks to it, just hard work and constant work each day. So come back on board. Knuckle down. Learn what SFI is all about and start applying this knowledge to your own SFI business and see what happens. I am only too happy to help you.”

Ovidio, I don’t have any proven answers for you. I am just trying to reach out to my team in any way I can and I am trying to take advantage of any situation that arises to do so - the above being one example.

My attempt may not have been “the greatest way to respond” but I at least was able to establish some communication. I am so grateful for that. Time, and practice will teach me what will work for one affiliate and not another. But I certainly would recommend that you at least try something. Afterall, these people are already a part of your team and if you can encourage them in their SFI business you will both win.

When the security threat was first mentioned to us I immediately followed the instructions given and re-verified my computer and mobile for SFI use. And, as requested, I also changed my password. I have had no problems since then.

We were also asked to reassure our downline. This I did in a Stream Post and in my next weekly TeamMail to all my PSAs and CSAs. I include it here because I think it will probably adequately answer Narine’s question.

“Unfortunately security is an ongoing issue for any business, particularly an internet one. It’s great to know SFI take their responsibilities seriously. And even if I have had to change my SFI password – that’s a small price to pay to ensure my future online security. I’ve written a Stream Post about it, which I repeat here. Hopefully this will increase your confidence in SFI’s ability to look after your security. I have no issues at all with SFI about this.

Yes, you should. The type of assistance you give will vary from ECA to ECA and from product to product. But you should be there for them to help in any way needed.

The first thing I did was set up my own ECA store and list a product. The reason was two fold. I see my own shop as being one string in my SFI bow. And I wanted to find out how to do it so I could best help businesses I approached to become ECAs.

But before I set up my ECA I had to have a vehicle through which to operate. So I incorporated a local company. And I also got it it’s own website. This is in addition to the webpages SFI gives us free – our Leadership Page and TripleClicks Page. I did this to give me maximum freedom as to the content I put on my own non-SFI website. And incidentally I host my website through a SFI ECA – the monthly charge for that is part of my Standing Order.

Once that infrastructure was in place I was ready to set up my own ECA. In doing so I looked at other ECAs that had already been set up, particularly ones that offered a similar product or service to mine, to see how they had done it. I chose my logo, wrote my own promotional spiel. Submitted the application. Got approved. Then I chose a product or service to list, came up with a “picture” of it, wrote the description, price, discount, freight charges, refund policy etc. And submitted that. It was accepted. I was up and running.

But the process of operating an ECA at TripleClicks I am still learning. This will evolve over time.

Setting up an ECA was a more difficult process than I thought it would be and it also took longer to do. But this is all good stuff to know so that you can help and reassure your ECA prospects.

I was then in a position to assist one of my downline set up their own ECA store. She wanted me to do it all for her. But I refused. I told her that it was her store and she needed to do the work herself. But that I was happy to advise her on how best to market her products and that I would review what she had prepared. And that was pretty much the process we used.

And I would emphasize here that we need to remember that it is their store not ours and so any final decisions that are made are theirs to make not ours. They should “own” what happens. Another thing I think strongly about is that a product or service must have it's own "picture". I would never list a product or service without one. I think that would be just a waste of time and effort.

Of course setting up an ECA is only the first step. Marketing the products and services of our ECAs is even more important and an ongoing process. And this is where we can and should assist our ECAs, after all their success is our success. This process I admit I am still learning.

I hope the above helps. I am a “baby” in the ECA business. But I think ECAs have huge potential and that both they and we will benefit in the long run from all the effort we put into learning this side of the business. May I wish you every success in your ECA endeavours. God bless you.

I have one hour daily and a monthly budget of $50,00, What activities should I do to grow my SFI business?

WOW! How lucky your sponsor is to have someone prepared to spend time (daily) and money on their SFI business!

Let me say that I think your commitment IS enough to start building your SFI business. So, what do I advice?

First the money:

1. Don’t muck around – purchase 1 pack of 125 TCredits as early in the month as you can. The cost is $36.25. You earn 1,500 VersaPoints (VP) with your purchase. That will make you an Executive Affiliate (EA) each month. Great! You CAN now receive commissions, you will take part in the Executive Pool (EP) and you will start building your team – with 2 FREE CSAs. TCredits ARE the most useful first purchase to make in SFI (in my opinion).
2. Moreover, put the 1 pack of 125 TCredits in a Standard Order (SO). That way you will get them EVERY month AND you will earn 100 Action VersaPoints (AVP) for doing so. That will help you progress to Bronze Team Leader (BTL) which you should now seriously AIM for as your next goal.
3. TCredits are SO useful and 125 is quite a useful number. I would suggest that you use these predominately to bid on Pricebender Auctions. Each bid will cost you 1 TCredit but you will earn 1 AVP and either 5 or 10 Member Rewards Points (MRP).
4. What to bid on? I would probably concentrate on PSAs and TCredit auctions. If you win PSAs, that will grow your team. And if you win TCredits you can use those for more bids, or for Eager Zebra games (EZ) or any other purpose.
5. The balance of your $50.00 budget - $13.75 - I would hold onto and use to pay for the auctions that you win.

Second “One Hour Daily”:

I recommend that you spend your time wisely first to learn as much about SFI as possible and to keep up to date and to earn ALL the free daily, weekly and monthly AVP that are available to you.

So, read ALL the emails carefully that SFI will send you, and login each day and complete ALL the TABs on your SFI Homepage and ALL the actions in you “To-Do” List.

I think it’s great that you are prepared to devote one hour a day to SFI BUT I think that, as you get into SFI a bit more, we will become so engrossed in SFI that you will decide to spend more time in your SFI business. Really, one hour per day is not enough – but it is a very good start.
