Well, well, well…..this question is sounds good to me in ‘Make the difference’. As I know nowadays SFI always make the difference for their Affiliates to make them stand still with the greatest SFI Affiliate System and we can see it at more new games now, Bidding Concept, Verity of Leadership Challenge contest, updated news and many more.  Below is my ‘step by step’ since the first day I join SFI and I try to make the difference in my activity.
 
First Month.
Go for Fast Track
Daily Action – Daily To do list
Read and Learn Launchpad
Read and Learn SFI Basic – Compensation Plan
Read and Learn Weekly Action
TripleClick Survey – Learn how to participate in Pricebender Auction and
 
 
Second to Six Month – (If you are still here at this time)
- Go up Level to EA2 or Team Leader
- To Maintain EA2 by Standing Order Product purchase 1,500VP
- To Achieve Team Leader – by read Awesome Sponsor Tips.
- During this period try to be active at Forum side and make yourself Familiar with other Affiliates
- Active at TripleClick – Such as Bidding, shopping survey to meet your versa point needs, Product Review, and many more.
- Participate in those games such KOTrivia , PTP, Zebra Game and many more.
 
Self Motivate
- Try to learn Self Motivate by Answering question of A2A friends, PSAs, CSAs, Gen 2 to 6 if you have them.
- Make yourself use to Genealogy tools such as send team mail by select, try to learn how to communicate with your downline through live chat bar, learn how to transfer TCredit or gift Cert, learn how to reassign your downline and duplicate your step to your downline.
- Try to make use of Google Translator to communicate with your down line if they doesn't know English.
- If you never try before, try to answer ASK SC and share your opinion and experience to the community of SFI.
 
 
After One Year or More – (If you are still here at this time)
- Make the different and you can make it happen.
- Time Management
- Set your goal target to make your rank out of crowd.
- Planning – make Daily, Weekly and Yearly Planning and follow up with Corrective Action.
- ECA – you can start register your ECA at second month onward till more than 1 year you can make variety of your ECA Product or add difference product to attract your customer.
- Keep Sponsoring through advertising
- Duplicating
- Exploit your business by website or blog, Skype, Facebook or Twitter.  
- Aim High to High Level of Team Leader
 
Make it the same where you start and make the difference with what you never do before to make you start again for Aim High and Dream Big. All those processes and activities will make your stay online with SFI. Once you never give up with activity, Activity make Practise, Practise make perfect!

Congratulations to you has become an ECA.  There are a lot of benefits of being an ECA and to have a TCurrency license is the best way to increase your sales too. Yes you can increase your sales by getting a TCurrency License throughout many difference ways as per below
 
1. Helping Others - Standing Order from TCurrency – Your downline or other affiliates can process their Standing order through your TCurrency actually and one way is by offering the lowest fees for you to acquire the TCurrency you need. The ECA may also be looking to help his or her downline by offering the lowest cost possible, knowing that he or she can more than make up for it in increased commissions. 
 
2. TCurrency with popular product of TCredits - You and your downline or other affiliates may be familiar with having funds in TripleClicks member account, which they can use to buy anything at TripleClicks with. TCurrency works the same way and can be purchased from any ECA with a TCurrency license. Once they've purchased your TCurrency, they can redeem it on any product at TripleClicks especially TCredits and earn the VersaPoints and MRP the same as if you paid by cash, check, credit card, PayPal, etc.
 
3. TCurrency cost is up to the provider. Licensed TCurrency providers will be able to sell you TCurrency for the face value of the TCurrency plus up to 15%. Example: You purchase $50 in TCurrency from an ECA whose rate is 4%. Hence, your cost for $50 in TCurrency would be $52.00.
 
4. From TCurrency to TripleClick Product - You can buy TripleClicks TCurrency from various ECAs around the world. You can then spend your TCurrency on any product or service you want at TripleClicks. When you redeem your TCurrency, you'll earn your VersaPoints and MRP (Member Rewards Points) the same as if you were purchasing with cash, credit card, or other payment method.
 
5. You can process the TCurrency through LocalPay by Choosing a TCurrency provider in your area. Click on the ECA's name to go to their TConnect page and from the TCurrency tab on their TConnect page, choose a TCurrency amount that you wish to purchase and click the "Buy Now" button after that you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order. Follow the directions in this email to consummate your order with your chosen ECA.
 
6. Many of SFI affiliates around the world choose TCurrency throughout their country LocalPay because of certain problem with payment method at their country and TCurrency is the best way for them to settle up this problem. So complete you TCurrency License as soon as possible.

That is good news for you. If possible, you should acknowledge them. This is the time for them to wake up. 
 
1. You have to show up to them by doing some quick actions as per below;
-Send them welcome later directly to their personal email.
-Chat directly with them using SFIIM if their status is online
Congratulate and appreciate them for long journey.
-Remind them again with new and updated SFI tools and not like before.

-Send them E-Card and treat them like one of family member who lose many year ago and came back again.
-Ask for their tips and ideas when they join last time, what is the view last time and now a day about SFI.

-If your communication between them is good without having any problem, you can tell them to refer or to review Launchpad, SFI BASIC, TO-DO-LIST.
 
2. Tell your story you have many of them which is;
I have 3 of them which are join year 2000 – 2003 ago and comeback become active.
-You have to support them if they respond to your massage and issue them some gift card.

-Motivate them to become active like you
Send them and let them know your new tip and ideas how to do SFI.

-Always inform and send them your activity, invited them to join your activity to wake them up and follow your step.
-Inspire them toward their success.

-Inform them there is a lot of new games at TripleClicks and ask them if they want to participate in game such as KO Trivia, TD tally and many  more.

-Tell them SFI is getting better nowadays and tell your team members throughout stream post to add them as A2A friend.
 
Contrary to popular belief, pay is not a contributory factor in your downline motivation. Of course it is an important factor for the affiliates when deciding to accept offers at an online marketing, but other than that it is not hugely important. Incentives are a great way to motivate your downline to achieve goals, and it becomes a reward for great achievements.
 
If a soul does not feel respected they may rapidly lose interest, and the performance levels will leave out! .You will not create a successful business by remembering about it entirely. Keep Sponsoring, Keep Motivated and never give up.

I prefer to encourage my PSAs all the time when they need my tip and ideas. You must be able to put things in the order of importance of a team leader. By doing this you will be better organized and show your team m embers how to do the same and “remember” you success only if they succeed.

If I were in your lawsuit, I will encourage my PSAs who want to become a team leader as per regular technique below;

1. This doubt is all about duplication – make your own condition and condition apply to your PSAs who want to become team leader right away.

2. Encourage your PSAs through positive leadership Character. As a leader to your team, you have to lead by example in Intelligent, Honest, Creative, Confident, Driven and Courageous.

3. Commissions – You have to know that 45% commission from your each PSA. If they become team leaders like you, you will earn good extra income coming up next.

4. Teamwork and Support - Give them support such as Technical Support and be supportive toward your lead ership. Just be helpful in general and not just in your downline , but adopt a willingness to help your PSAs who want to become Team Leader whether you actually SE E any benefit or not . I always though I was a helpful person, but when it came to SFI, I was hogging my time to do things and help people I thought woul d benefit me most.

5. You see, any good team leader will realize it's no longer only about yourself and your SFI business. You will need to put the needs of your PSAs above your own. Success will happen to your recruits, which in turn mean to you too. Flip the order of that and you'll get better results.

Top of overall, encourage your active PSAs who wants to become team leaders right away and discourage your PSAs who is inactive 320–365 days (removal soon).
