The way I approach the issue of people in my Genealogy who have never made any effort to build their business, or people who worked for a while then stopped, or people who do a little work now and then is this:

1.- Like myself, there are people who initially look at SFI and then see another program they believe is easier and will generate income faster. They jump to the other program only to learn it isn't just handing out free money. They may jump to several other programs too, before

One of the first things to remember when engaged in a business
like SFI is that many people are attracted here because there is
no upfront cost to join.

Also remember that many of the people who come here are looking
for the easy way out - to make big money with little or no effort
on their part. They may jump in and pile up VP and make a big
splash, but often those same people disappear when the real
work has to be done. They didn't come to SFI to build

Rejection is hard to take, but there are ways to minimize rejection. For me, I do almost everything on the internet. I seldom mention my online business to people face to face. However, if there is an opening, I will share how I am doing and suggest they take a look.

If you need help with marketing online, go to your Home page in SFI and click on the marketing tab. There you will find many Ideas about promoting both sponsoring for new affiliates and promoting TripleClicks.

My best answer to your question is that you need to think about the kind of information and support that would help you and encourage you. Then include that information in your weekly Team Mail to your PSAs and CSAa. I think the weekly message to your affiliates is the best place to give support, tips and information.

I sometimes get letters from my upline that are very long with lots of detail. I'll confess I sometimes only scan them for ideas. I would suggest shorter Team Mail messages

Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?

For you as a serious business builder you will see very early on that becoming EA or higher and remaining EA or higher every month is the first step in your eventual success.
Next, you want your team members to do the same. Why? For you to remain EA or higher will require you to invest in your business. When your team members follow your lead and also remain EA or higher, they will also need to invest in their business, buying Tcredits, S-builder shares, PSAs to go, or other TripleClicks products.

Advertising needs to be somewhat informative and more directed to what people are looking for when they turn to the internet to make more money. Keep in mind that people all have that one thing in common. They all want to make money. Your ads need to assure the income opportunity without suggesting they can get rich quick.

Use attention grabbing ad titles.

How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

The answer to this question lies in your personal commitment. When you keep working to find ways to move your business forward and then share those methods with your team, hopefully they will follow your lead.

Advertising and promoting your business everywhere is the secret to growing your business to provide you a full-time income. As we will hear from leaders in SFI, it only takes 5 PSAs who become EA or higher who also find their 5 EAs and so on to result in a full-time income and more.

What do you say to your affiliates who are disappointed about being knocked out of the E365 competition?

Everyone wants to be a Champion. To have the E365 Champion badge is very motivating for some people while others with determination understand that only one can be the Champion. However, under the Goals Tab in the Affiliate Center there is a goal that can be set to be #1 on the Class Leaderboard. Every month when I set my goals I compete for the #1 spot in my class. This keeps me always reaching for a higher rank. Also, strive to rank higher on all the Leaderboards. These are on-going while the E365
