Very good question.

First off. Word of caution. Be sure that if you are going to run contests for your downline that you for sure have the budget locked up to support whomever wins them. One sure fire way to lose trust is not to fulfill contest obligations with awards. I know this is not the answer to your question yet but it's important to bring it out as you will be surprised that this can happen if not well planned.

To answer your question. There is no one answer in how you get your downline to enter and leverage your contests. It's the approach and the offer that matter the most.

What do I mean? Where and how you present the contest and it's specifics and its reward will be the key.

If you simply post it on your leadership page and expect them to see it and enter it. You may get signups but it's not going to be what you want. So, I slipped in leadership page. This is first and foremost best place to start as SFI has the tool to set it up and it makes it easy for both you and your downline to enter and track. It also make sense to offer it here.

The next piece is what do you offer. This is where you need to communicate with your movers and listen to them and watch their actions. What motivates them everyday? What can they use most! Where can most benefit? Ask? Then offer as an incentive in a contest. So communication and research is key first and foremost.

Some ideas that work well always are offering Gift Certificates to TripleClicks and/or TCredits. Whatever you offer make sure it's what they want or and a worthwhile quality or value or it will never fly.

The second piece is what you set the parameter at to win. If it's a ludicrously high mark that NOONE can attain without a miracle, then it's a waste of time. Make sure your set parameters to win are attainable based off your downlines unique trends. Only you know what they can do. Find the sweet spot, put up an prize you can afford to give up and then go to the last piece.

MARKET IT. Yes, you need to promote it. Like I said earlier, merely placing it on your leadership page is not enough. You need to promote it. Do so in your blog, your streams to your line only, team email, PSA mailers, CSA mailers etc. Leverage SFI resources to ethically and properly promote your contest.

Be sure to promote it in a way where it does not come across as it's for you. Meaning, you want them to win because it helps you. Be sincere and truly offer it to help THEM. Help them grow their business and give them the push, the motivation they want and need to keep moving forward.

This question perplexes me.

Why would someone bribe a PSA with a gift certificate.

1. We don't win one time cash awards
2. We have to rerank monthly
3. We don't win extravagant awards

I can see this happening if there is a contest and the prize for most team leaders is a huge cash award.

However, I don't follow this line of thinking for example the Leadership contest.

I.E. Hey Mr PSA if you make BTL, I will give you $20 gift certificate. I really need this as if I get 4 EA2s,
I get a badge and some awards. That is not worth bribing someone.

It sounds odd. The primary purpose go offering gift certificates is to keep your PSA motivated. Not for personal gain. The benefit does not outweigh the value.

If this was possible, though, to answer your question, it's never wies to bribe anyone for any reason period. Yes, it will come back to haunt you. If your affiliate takes the bribe they eventually will give up and you are out a lot of money.

Only motivate premium movers with gift certificates. Then, this is incentivizing them because the difference being is, they want to do it not because you paid them too.

This is an easy question to answer for those whom have budget to invest in their
SFI marketing to build their business.

Both free and paid advertising are good methods and both that should be part
of your marketing system. However, if you want the best advertising, and have
the marketing budget, paid advertising is the BEST method of advertising that
will provide you the best results.

The caveat to this is you need to be sure you are doing it correctly or paid advertising
becomes a cash drain that will put you in negative cash flow very fast and then it is not
BEST but the opposite.

The key to why paid advertising is best if done correctly, is that it allows you to access
a very targeted demographic group of hungry buyers or takers that are already looking
for what you are promoting. This is the key. It's not quantity buy quality of your leads that
will convert to sales. What I mean is that the more correctly targeted demographically you
promote your advertising campaign to, the higher the conversions rates will be to sales or
affiliates in this case.

Paid = targeted quality list or groups of people interested in what you are advertising and,
thus, to get this high quality targeted, demographically rich group to promote to, you have
pay for it.

In free advertising, typically, you are dealing with a more numbers game and the trick there
is you spend more time advertising to as many as you can to get to the same conversions
which is much simpler and less time consuming when you promote using paid advertising.

The more targeted rich your group is usually the more costly but also the highest converting.
This is why paid is best if you can budget for it.

Is it fear of success or more like a fear of failure. Usually people are fearful of failure I think more times than not. Perhaps what you mean is people are skeptical of success. In any case the way to get around this is purely motivation. The key is you have to communicate with your downline consistently lending a helping hand when needed and keeping them motivated at all times.

i can't stress enough the importance of developing a good relationship with your top five PSA's. This is absolutely vital and if one can do this then they can keep their PSA motivated by developing a trusting relationship. A trusting relationship it's important because establishes credibility and when you have credibility people tend to listen to whatever you tell them. It's up to you to show them the way to success. By doing this is taking away the fear factor, skepticism and instead put your words and actions. This is what we call duplication.

When you develop credibility and trust and duplicate success with actionable results in your downline, you're taking away the fear factor skepticism and showing them that success is possible. When you show that success is possible by action not words, people began to follow you and believe you which translates into drive, motivation and successful mindset.

A successful mindset is critical in order to become successful at anything because the negative mindset brings on skepticism and that things will never change. Someone with the positive outlook and change the way they do things will see things around them change.. This is where one becomes in tune and do only things that make them successful.

The million dollar question. Here is the simplistic answer.

They were looking for a "Get Rich Quick" venture and once they got into the thick of things they discovered they actually had to work at it to make any income. Most people are following this Internet fallacy or misconception that money is easily reproducible by Internet schemes where all they need to do is just signup, perhaps pay one time fee for a system, Ebook, software, and then sit back and watch the dough come rolling in. This at first is not noticeable when they join SFI but soon discovered as you can see shortly thereafter and they go as quickly as they signed up.

Don't let this discourage you though as this is normal for most Internet online business ventures.

What you need to keep in perspective so as to not let this get you down AT ALL is that they are an abundance of you and me out there looking for an opportunity just like SFI. More than enough for all to go around many times over. You just need to find them one by one as you only need 5 good people to build a front line of five PTLs. Just find them one at a time. This will make it less cumbersome. Set a goal to find one per year. This is of course the conservative approach but even if you nurtured only star like yourself a year in five years you will have your front line 5.

The other big reason unfortunately is a lot get here by means of promotion or paid or perhaps by mistake through many means or even they are fake people all together and never were active. This is inevitable in a free system as these people can't be weeded out.

Bottom line....focus on small gains and aim high and think big and those inactives will not be an issue to you as its all about numbers and quality of what you do find. You will find your five. Don't ever quit as its doable and is being done everyday.

This is a loaded question but very important for many to understand.

Robust duplication is founded on the assumption one will make use of communication. You have to communicate frequently in several formats depending on team demographics in order to succeed in any business not just SFI.

To answer your question now in how is communication best utilized to build robust duplication In order to build a sound business in SFI, you must build a circle of trust in your downline affiliates. Without that trust, they will likely not follow your lead. To build this circle of trust to pave the way for robust duplication, you have to at the minimum be emailing your top team members at least weekly and perhaps even daily in order for them to feel comfortable with you as a reliable leader.

I prefer to communicate with my top team members using several means of communication to effectively build the rapport that is required for people to follow you and like you and duplicate your every move. Video is by far the most effective outside of in person. Seeing, hearing a face and a voice has so much more power in getting people to begin to trust your judgment and skills.

If video is not possible, pick up the phone. Being able to speak with the team members is far superior to email and chat as you can better communicate your points without being misunderstood which happens with emails

In SFI, however, video and phone can be tricky since this business spans the globe and many language barriers get in the way when on the phone or Skype.

With that said, if you training a line of EAs that are from different countries and different languages, using email and google translate is the most of affective method to robust duplication. Long story short, all communication can be used for robust duplication.

The point here is as long as you are communicating period and effectively and not sloppy with your team, it really depends on the unique people on your team when deciding how you wish to convey your duplication techniques.

TCREDITS are like golden nuggets. They benefit you greatly if used wisely with your downline. Remember, anything you can do to build a front line generation 1 of strong five affiliates will set you up for ultimate SFI success by the power of duplication in numbers.
