How do you encourage your team to submit their sponsor ratings?

I include a reminder of submitting the sponsor rating in the first team mail message of the month and include thanks for the same in the second one.
I explain them that it is the way I can know how well I am responsible towards my affiliates and also an easy way to earn 10VPs for them.
I ask them to do so as it helps in judging myself and also if there is any chance of improvement in my attitude towards them.
What is the most important benefit, besides money, you have gained from being in SFI?

The most important benefit besides money that I received is that the people from all around the world knows me and the "Friendship" with the international affiliates which could not have been possible without SFI.
Also I could have an opportunity to lead a group of people which I had never done before in my life and also the Best Internet experience as I was illiterate in internet section before joining SFI but now I can a lot with internet.
Thanks to SFI.
I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?

It is a half chance, some of the inactive affiliates might be active; some might not. So reassigning them to the active affiliates is must always welcomed.
By this you are rewarding the active affiliates and also testing them how well they use their monitorship.
Hence it is a must that you do the same.
What would be a good e-mail to send red flagged affiliates to get them active in SFI again?

I prefer individual message to the red flagged affiliates than group messaging.
In my mail I include:
1.Their name and joining date.
2.Ask for any problem if they are facing.
3.Discuss about SFI and its benefits.
4.Make them feel that they are making a mistake by not working.
5.Send regular messages about SFI, news etc. to grab their attention.
6.Assure them for any kind of support, once they reply me.
Getting a reply from the affiliate marks the signs of his activeness in SFI and he can be a Trick star in your team or a valuable asset to you.

What should you write about on your blog on your SFI Leadership Page?

First of all, there must be welcome to the visitors followed by an inspiring quote/ tip/ or words (better if you use your own words). Then there must be a little update regarding the team and there must be a point or two giving information regarding how to success in the business. Lastly you must add your achievements in the business, which many of us call"lead by the example" and your contact details.
Don't forget to update it periodically.
How do you decide which SFI banner is the best and most suitable for your website?

How would you rate yourself as a sponsor and do you think your PSAs would agree with your rating?

Rating of ourselves will always keep us to a step or two below than what others would rate us. This is also a rule of success as well as a quality of successful person. So I would say I have been helping all my PSAs as and when they want and specially the way they want me to help so they would obviously rate me as the best sponsor but for me I think I need some more improvement and I am referring through lessons of being a good sponsor and will hopefully get something that makes my mind believe what my PSAs want it to.

Where is the best place to market SFI?

Well its a question with multiple answers as there are a many places but probably the one which gives you the Quality as well as Quantity Affiliates is "The Best".
And I feel it could be none other than some of local places as people are familiar with you.
It includes places such as:
1.Ad on the local cable.
2.Post a Classified at the local newspaper with attractive titles like:"Get paid to work online".
3.Giving away of x-cards, visiting cards to the people you may know.
4.Giving your x cards(with your name, SFI logo and contact information on it) to the manager of restaurants, malls and ask them to distribute to each of the visitors.
5.Place hoardings and flyers with your name at the place where it can be viewed by most people.
Besides this you can also try your hand at internet marketing which may assure you quantity affiliates by advertising SFI at places like:
1.Facebook/Twitter
2.Google ad sense
3.Online classifieds
4.Blog or your website.
5.Sending mails to your friends and family explaining them the importance of SFI.
Following this steps will make a difference.

You just need to speak up to them that almost all the people have joined SFI for the bottom reason of making money and promoting Triple Clicks products sales is one of the easiest and fastest way to earn a huge commissions and make your joining at SFI meaningful.

Believe me there are many ways:
1.You can create a page on Facebook where you can advertise regarding SFI or Tripleclicks by placing your gateways and SFI Wallpapers and daily updating it with the info regarding Pricebenders auctions, many different TripleClicks products, Deal of the Day etc.
2.You can message your Facebook friends and talk to them regarding it and ask them to join.
3.You can advertise by updating status regarding the Pricebenders Auction or Deal of the Day and catch an eye of your facebook friend.
4.You can do the same thing on twitter if you have an account by tweeting regarding the Pricebenders and Deal of the Day.
Besides this there are some more ways which I think are more effective than the above one, they are:
If you have your own domain, you can use it to advertise SFI and TripleClicks.
If you don't have it, you can start your blog and advertise on it by daily updating it with Pricebenders auction and Daily deals as they are very eye catching.
One more thing you can do is place a classified with a title "Turn 5 hours work into $50 extra income" and such attractive titles in the local newspaper or run a short ad in local TV channel.
Remember one thing, the more the people look at the ad, more will they think about it so daily update it and try that your ad reaches the maximum number of people. By doing this, you can say you've used your social media best and also assure result of it.
