Try to look at this from the perspective of the affiliate who is giving the low rating. Have you REALLY given unconditional support - or have you simply thrown out a few "good job, keep it going" kind of emails? Have you answered everyone's questions fairly quickly? Were they good answers, or did your answers just confuse them more? Have you shared your own experiences? You may have to dig really deep to find out the WHY of it, but if someone actually gave you a low score, they may have a reason for it.

Also, don't forget that mistakes can be made. I've actually hit the wrong button myself and given someone a "no" when I meant a "yes". If you honestly feel you have given top-notch advice and support to ALL of your affiliates, then you probably got the low score by mistake. Forget about it and move on.

On the other hand, if the low score could possibly be due to a lackluster, slow or incorrect responses to your affiliates then think of this as a teaching/learning situation. Figure out the why of it, correct the mistake and try not to let it happen again, then move on.

I think we all may have different answers for this question and it will be very much like the reason we joined SFI in the first place. I joined because I want to make my living at home on the internet.

I had several years of trying different programs that were supposed to make you rich with little effort. There was ALWAYS an investment though! Of course, there were promises that you would make back your 'investment' within hours, which never materialized of course.

Once I finally learned that you could make money online, but there is no instant way to do this I started working the SFI program.

I keep coming back because, almost from the start, when you really start to pay attention, it is emphasized that this is a business, it won't be successful overnight, but that if you keep pursuing it you will end up a winner.

I keep coming back because I made goals and I see them on a daily basis.

I keep coming back to read the forums and see what is working for others and what is going on with their part of the world.

I keep coming back to see if I won a contest or an auction.

I keep coming back to see what is new at TripleClicks and to see if I've sold anything.

I keep coming back because it has become a way of life for me and will (hopefully) be with me for a long, long time.

Wow - this is a great question. I hope the 'newbies' that are reading this question and all the answers that are given will pay attention. After all, hindsight is 20/20!

This is something that I actually think about quite often. I joined SFI several years ago and then went on my hunt for the 'next shiny object' instead of buckling down, learning SFI and working it like a business.

I was so hung up on all of the silly promises out there - that if you just buy this program you will make your money back in 1 hour or less. Or, even better, you will be a millionaire within the next 2 weeks!

These con artists would always show you the "proof" with fake checking account with a gazillion dollars in it or win you over with their story of 'rags to riches" - sometimes it would even be from a real-life ex-stripper!

I would get conned in to these rip-offs, then get disgusted with it all and come back to SFI - enough to keep from getting kicked out but not enough to get anywhere.

When I finally figured out that there is no top-secret millionaire making push button software that would make me rich, I came back to SFI for good.

What I wish I had done differently? Not wasted all of the money and time chasing the next shiny object! If I had invested that time and that money in SFI instead of a bunch of broken promises, I probably would be much more successful by now!

I look back on those wasted years and wasted money as a very expensive education. And since there is no such thing as wasted education, I'm glad I learned the lesson.

I just hope that this will resonate with someone who will stop wasting their time and money and get ahead with a real business like SFI!

This depends on you - are you new to SFI? Are you well organized? What are your monetary goals?

If you are new to SFI, then I would concentrate on one stream at a time. Learn all you can about it utilizing the available resources on the SFI site and elsewhere on the internet. Put the stream into action and once you are comfortable, move on to the next income stream and repeat this process. By the time you reach the last one, you will be an expert and probably making more money than you ever thought possible!

If you are not new to SFI and feel reasonably comfortable with all the income streams AND are fairly well organized, then go for them all at once. These income streams are meant to be symbiotic so orchestrating them at the same time as long as you have learned what you need and have systems in place, there is no reason not to go for it!

And of course your goals will play a part with either of these scenarios - if you only want to make a couple of hundred a month or are trying to get enough money to buy something once (say a laptop), then you might just want to pick one stream - say selling your extra stuff on TripleClicks. You could easily achieve a modest goal like this without going all out.

If your goal is to change your living situation you will eventually want to do all the streams at once. That in itself can be a goal - which is also something SFI helps you with in the goals tab. Everything you need is here!
