How can I get more of my affiliates to upgrade to EA?

What I think is important is that most people buy much of the stuff anyway, like household cleaners and vitamins.
It is surprising how much money on cleaning products they can save and how much more convenient the concentrate is to always be on hand and mix up what you need...
So I use this angle because it will be the same or less than they currently pay, and they will be building their own business.
When they put in a standing order or purchase something different each month they will be EA without any difficulty.

Marketing and selling T-credits is as easy as promoting the Pricebenders auctions.
There is a link, and a banner to do so, and in order to bid, they will need to buy TCredits.
So focus on the great WOW auctions.
The TCredits will follow.

I shop at Tripleclicks because I found a product that was superior to what I could get elsewhere for a better price.

The right track:
1) Do you feel like you WANT to do this every day?
2) Are you gaining EVERY VP available to you both through daily and one time actions?
3) Are you EA and getting further as each month goes on.
4) Have you mastered the art of advertising?
Then you are on the right track.

Most people do something. Crafts to full stores, and the people without a physical storefront I find tend to be the most successful, focussing more time to build THIS storefront.
Talk to everyone, grandma who knirs mitts, to small entrepreneurs. Start close to home and work outward. ry all your PSA's, maybe they just never thought of it.
How do I become a good sponsor to my affiliates?

1. Greet them when they arrive
2. Answer all their questions PROMPTLY and completely as soon as they are asked-be vigilant
3. Offer suggestions on all topics daily/weekly/monthly
4. If you have a few extra affiliates, reassign a few to give them someone to write memos to and learn to answer questions...but be there in the background as help

What should a new affiliate focus on during his/her first month in SFI?

Primary focus in the first month should be to read and digest the literature available from Basics, through the launchpad.
This is why so many points are available to do this, so that you can reach EA quite handily and spend 30 days making sure you READ not just click the little boxes to get the points.
Getting the points without learning the lessons is truly POINTLESS.
How can I best respond to an affiliate who feels they worked hard but are unhappy with their first commission?

Remember in every business you start somewhere and work hard to get to the top. Being your OWN business this is even more true. Having received any commission at all in the first month is an accomplishment, considering you have just started, and keep doing what you are doing with the passion and commitment of a business owner and watch your business grow.
