People don't go there to buy anything. Although Facebook has a public stream for everything under the sun, they also have business tools that you can use. This is a delightful position to be in! Thanks for asking. When you sponsor an affiliate, the first you want to do is introduce yourself and let them know that you are glad to assist in any way that you can. It is critical that you make a good first impression with them in the first 24 to 48 hours. SFIChat is okay and if you can engage your new affiliate this way great! I like email because I can answer multiple messages at the same time and I always answer my emails. You don't need to go into a lot of detail, just who you are and why you are in SFI. Then you should set the expectation. Let your affiliate know that they need to be on the Fast Track. You can make EA2 without spending 1 dime out of pocket. So let them know that they need to take the following actions when sponsoring an affiliate remember:

1. Get them on the Fast Track - 500vps in 1st 24hrs.
2. Then get them to EA in the 1st month of signing up
3. Get them to EA2 every month there after.
4. Work with the workers to help them achieve their financial goals.
5. Help them grow their network.
6. Teach them to do exactly what you have done!

Finally, help them achieve their goals. Be an effective leader by using all of your affiliate tools to monitor your team and assist them with their progress. Be highly accessible and visible to your network and answer their questions asap. Review their versa points ledger at least once per week and make recommendations as needed. The best way to get ECAs is to target small shops near you first. Go and visit the shop. Become familiar with their offerings. If you are enthusiastic about their products as to speak with the manager and tell him/her about the ECA program. Let them decide if they want to participate. Just remember to grow your ECA members you can let your fingers do the walking - then all you have to do is reach out and touch the right merchant with your message. They are just a phone call or fax away. Create a script using the SFI affiliate center that works for you and call at least 20 merchants every day. Track and measure your results and make adjustments accordingly. You earn 10% on the commission volume they generate for LIFE! Good luck!

Remember, if you have a PRM you must have someway of communicating with them outside of SFI. Currently there is no way to communicate with PRMs with SFI tools. This is corporate policy to protect SFI and PRMs. So the absolute best way to motivate anyone to take action is to give them the facts upfront. When should you give up on CSAs depends on you. If you have not done what you need to do then why should you expect them to work when you haven't. However, if you have then realize that there is always planting season, then the growing season, then the harvest. Too many of us are looking for a harvest when we have not allowed adequate time for growth.

I was inactive for 3 years! I do not say this proudly but sometimes life does get in the way. Everyone has ups and downs. It's great to here from you! I know how you may feel about SFI. There is a lot to learn. You don't know where to start. So I'll be brief and simple.

SFI is a 13 year old company that sell products all over the world through their TripleClicks domain. The bottom line is that as affiliates we should promote TC merchandise and generate sells. When we do, we earn a commission.

SFI is also a network marketing company which means that we earn more when we build a team of affiliates who sell TC merchandise. SFI breaks activity down so that we can work step by step. Each step taken is measured by versa points. The more you do, the more versa points you earn. Once you reach 1500 versa points you qualify for automatic commissions through the TC Executive Pool. Then you must maintain at least 1500 versa points every month to qualify for the TC Executive Pool. This is just the beginning!

Moreover, you will have to invest some money into growing your business. Invest what you can. If you are new to SFI, start with the SFI BASICS and do complete your LAUNCHPAD training. If you have questions please ask.

You should proceed with the following:

1. Complete your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in the To Do List (daiy actions).

Set a standing order for 100TCredits at a special discount. This way you will start each month with TCredits.

5. Stay with it over the long haul. Rome wasn't build in a day and you will not get big commissions over night but if you stay with it - you will start to grow your business to achieve your dreams.

As far as success stories, my story is not yet finished! After 3 years in SFI, I learned to do ppc (still learning and plan to become a certified specialist) and started using an autoresponder and safelist to grow my sales team. What I didn't accomplish in the first 3 years in the last 2 years, I have started to earn commissions that pay for my standing order. :) and allows me to give gift certificates to my movers. Although I am ranked No.1 in my class and about 52 in the world, I don't consider that my success story.

I will not quit until 35% of my team is actively involved in growing their SFI business. Right now, 251 out of over 2450 affiliates have more than 1500 versa points on my team and I have over 21 EAs, 3 BTLs, and 1 STL. But is this success? What's your success? Most affiliates still struggle with the simple concept that SFI is a network marketing sales organization. It's about sales and not just points, or auctions, or affiliates. But sales! TripleClicks sales to be exact. Without sales you might as well opt-out now!

Nonetheless, last month I meet 7 people face to face from different walks of life (we dined at Applebees) who like me are builder their SFI success story 1 affiliate sale at a time. We shared ideas about ways to improve our businesses. By the way, I hosted this 'meeting of minds and ideas' that I dubbed Platinum Celebration.
