Thank you for asking such a good question. The answer is basically fundamental. Businesses have expenses and they exist to make a profit. Keep your costs low, maximize your sales, and profits will be strong. Therefore, spend less than you earn fundamentally speaking.

However, business is a risk taking venture for profits. Any savvy business person, must calculate some risk in exchange for greater rewards. Business is not a something for nothing venture and neither is SFI. As entrepreneurs, SFI affiliates must educate themselves on the most effective ways to control costs just like in any other business venture. Therefore, spending should reasonably be based upon the anticipated return on the investment. As far as how much spending, each SFI affiliate must decide this based on the short term goals they set for their SFI business. If you just want to recruit a few affiliates per month, you can do this with FREE advertising. If you want to recruit hundreds then it's going to take some form of direct response advertising. NEVER invest money that you can't afford to lose. All investment is at risk! May the buyer be aware.

In conclusion the best guide for any business to follow when trying to curb spending and maximize profits is a budget. I would leave home without it! You are the CEO of your SFI business. Set a budget that maintains your EA status and promotes the growth of your sales network. This will be varying amounts for each affiliate because we have different teams. My team includes many EA2s but another affiliate's team may not. So I earn TL qualification points from my EA2s which allows me to adjust my SO so that I only need so many versa points from sales/purchases. However, another affiliate without TL qualification points needs more versa points from sales/purchases. In the end, it doesn't matter as long as you qualify. Right now, I'm not changing my SO but as I gain even more EA2s, the time may come when I don't need it for TL qualification. This is the power that a budget affords you. Spend according to your budget.

The best answer to this question is to tell them to sell products by promoting and recruiting ECAs. If you sponsor an ECA you earn 10% on the commission volume. For example, if that ECA sells $1000.00 worth of merchandise in an month, your commission would be $100.00. Likewise you earn 45% on the commission volume generated by a PSA. For example, your PSAs generation a commission volume of $1000.00 - your commission would be $450.00! You earn 15% on CSAs commission volume. Given the same as above that would be $150.00. There are many sites that will help you build a website for free. Just do a search for 'free website builders' and take your pick! Having your own domain gives you more flexibilty with your web content. Therefore if you can offer high quality content, you will out rank your free affiliate site in time. This means that you will get more traffic for free from search engines such as Google. The downside can be that you do need to understand how the elements of hypertext protocol. Take a class to brush up or read an informative book about it so that you can get the most out of your new site. Also don't forget the host. The best way to advertise for results is to always promote with your customer in mind. Think of what you customer desires. Be very familiar with their wants, interests, and needs because when you are that's a WIN! Ask yourself a series of questions like: Who are my customers? How can my product improve the quality of their life? Can they afford not to have my product? Who are my competitors? And so forth and so on - you should examine how you are going to introduce your product to your customer.

A hard sell may win you a affiliate, but; they will have little understanding about the business. So in your marketing, you want to explain why your customer needs your products. People only buy things that fill a need. What need does your product fill for your customer? What problem does it solve? When you begin to ask yourself these kinds of pertinent questions you can clear began to see you you should market and who you should market your product to.

Finally, always track your promotions so you can gain useful information to improve your marketing approach. Marketing is not for the faint of heart but for those who are creative, intuitive and persistent. When you monitor your promotions and the stats are bad then go back to the drawing board. If your stats are good, then do an analysis that will allow you to improve on what you are doing. There is no 1 best way - just persistent trial and error! This is an excellent question! Every affiliate should take a moment each day to reflect over their goals. Are they realistic? Are you on track? If not, what adjustments do I need to make? If so, what can I do to improve my position? You best believe this is on my mind constantly. I see the future optimistically as always. Yes, I've experience some disappointments and yes I have a plan to get me where I want to be. If you can't see yourself making $1000 per month from SFI then you won't. I see myself making $1000 dollars per day! Am I making it yet? NO! But I see it very clearly. And I am going to see the day when my vision is a reality so help me God and He does every single day!

Maintaining your EA status on a shoestring budget is not hard. The first thing you need to know upfront is that with very little money to invest your will have to invest a lot of time - at least 3 to 4 hours per day advertising on the free traffic exchanges. Without a definite strategy, this free advertising will appear to be mundane and fruitless! Been there and done that and I still use free ad exchanges.

Free ad exchanges are excellent sources of hits and not so much on referrals but you can manage to eek out 30/mo. That's 1 per day! By following a definite training plan, you can help these new PSAs to Fast Track Affiliate, then EA! For every EA2 you generate then you will earn 100VPs. Now, you will have to get to and maintain your EA status to do this. So the way you do it on a shoe string budget by using the Fast Track to EA and aim to recruit at least 30 PSAs in your 1st month. From your To-Do list you can earn 765 points from your Getting Started Actions, 450 points from your Launch Pad & 300 from Intermediate Actions minus the 500 for a Payoneer account! When you earn your first 500 VPs, you will get a 500 versa points bonus giving you around 1020VPs! Just complete the first 7 Getting Started Actions! Then, you will need approximately 480VPs to EA. You'll have approximately, 245VPs left from the remaining Getting Started Actions and 850VPs From the Launch Pad and Intermediate Actions. If you complete all of your Getting Started Actions, you'll then have approximately 1265VPs meaning you only need 235VPs to EA! Get those VPs from the 850VPs and you will have approximately 615 Free VPs left from your training not to mention the versa points from the home page action tabs which are up to 492VPs/mo!

In your second month, you invest 5.90 in a 10Pk of T-Credits which will earn you 239VPs plus the remaining 615VPs from your training will give you approximately 854VPs and 492VPs from home page action tabs. This will get you 154VPs from EA2 and all you've spent is $5.90! Now, if 3% of your 30 PSAs shoot for EA, you should get 1 Moverover, You can earn Free T-Credits from W-3 and as a EA2 you earn 10. Another look at your plan and you'll see that you can participate in the Pick-The-Price Contest. That's 100% FREE! With hundreds of auctions, if you use the law of averages you will likely PTP once and that's for 200 T-Credits. Every bid one of those bids is worth a versa point. Once, you have place 154 bids you'll have those 154 versa points! Now you are EA2 and you've spent $5.90!

Maintaining EA on a shoestring budget will be challenging so arm your mind for the previous actions and teach your recruits to do the same. By chance if you can sell something you don't need for quick cash, add that to your budget and you will become EA2 even faster. Using the same 3%, 300 PSAs will give you about 10 movers who should become EA by your leadership and support. Eventually, 3 to 4 hours per day will produce 10 EA2s that will yield you 1000VPs plus 492VPs from home page action tabs and 10VPs from being EA2 through PriceBenders and you already have requalified as EA without having to spend the $5.90 to purchase 10pk of T-Credits.

In conclusion the more active PSAs you have the lower the costs of maintaining EA. Your profits will begin to allow you to invest some into your SFI Business. Because you have a well laid plan of action, it will perpetuate higher power ranking and greater milestone achievements. The key is to use what you have to get started today and work day by day with the goal in view.
