Now that you have qualified for EA the first thing you need to do to become a TL is to requalify as EA2 unless it's the before the end of the month. Every month all affiliates have to requalify. This levels the playing field for everyone so that there really is NO EXCUSE for any affiliate. Once you've requalified as an EA2, there are some simple steps to take to make TL.

Step 1. Look at your versa points ledger to see where you are not earning versa points. Examine why you are not earning those points. For example, if you just don't have the means to invest money that would explain why you are not earning versa points from PriceBenders. In this case there are 500VPs up for grabs. May I suggest that you diligently pursue Pick-the-Price. It's FREE plus there are many opportunities to earn FREE T-Credits which can lead to FREE versa points.

Step 2. Actively recruit ECAs, PSAs, and PRMs. You will earn 100 versa points from every active ECA you recruit plus 10% of their commission volume. You will earn team leadership versa points for PSAs you recruit that become EA2, BTL, STL, GTL, and PTL.
You will earn 45% of the commission volume on every active PRM. A team leader must lead an active team so recruit EVERYDAY as if your business depends because it does!

Be highly visible to your network and offer your support and tips base upon first hand knowledge for each affiliate that you work with. Definitely, do this for your workers but examine the profiles of your affiliates to help them see opportunities for growth and success. This will let your team know that you are in touch with their strengths and weaknesses. Always offer your constructive support and inspiration.

Step 4. Teach them to do what you do. Duplication will lead to multiplied success through out your network across multiple generations. They will love you and of course, you will love them!

There are basically 2 schools of thought to follow to best answer this great question. First and foremost, work with the workers. When there is a passion for action that leads to dedication the reward is the goal. In other words, those dogmatic one percenters there is no need for you are me to do any more than provide encouragement and support by answering any questions when they do arise. These are those who get it. They see the vision plainly and are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the goal. We'd all love to have a few hundred of these!

However, on the other hand there are those affiliates who want to do and achieve all they can be in there SFI business but they don't know how. They feel stuck and overwhelmed by all of the jargon of internet marketing and SFI. They really do need a sponsor who can walk them through each step they need to take. They are very dependent on your feedback but as sponsors we must understand they have very limited knowledge. We must handle these affiliates gently and bait them with incentives to reinforce trust and goodwill. Everything that we do, must be to reinforce trust and goodwill for these affiliates. It's easy for them to be skeptical and to think that SFI is a scam because they know very little about internet marketing. Just by the very nature of e-commerce its easy to be detached and to suppose that it's just some scam artist with colorful graphics and fancy words trying to beat you out of some money.

Accordingly, contests, prizes, and awards serve to promote goodwill and to build trust. Many of these affiliates have no money to invest. So a gift certificate for completing specific actions not only builds credibility in you but also in SFI. It says that this is a real opportunity with a real person who is willing to help you grow your business for real. That's why it's so important to put a profession picture on your profile - it builds credibility and trust. People like to do business with people that will do business with them. Then it is a mutual benefit and not just like sponsors are looking to just get money from inexperience marketers.

In conclusion, you can gain credibility and trust with your down line by offering a reasonable prize. I've done this and I've had some positive response. Remember, you can't resurrect a dead horse but when you get a horse out of the bog hole, clean'em up, feed him/her, and nurture it back to wholeness then and only then can you plow that horse! Long story short, set the expectation and be highly visible to your network. Always reward those who are achieving and doing just to build goodwill. These affiliates don't look for incentives - the best thing you can do for them is to help them obtain their SFI goals. On the contrary, some are willing but not able. Reach out to them and let them know that you understand that they are willing to do what it takes. Give these affiliates the extra incentives with a set expectation. It will only serve to strengthen goodwill, build credibility and trust, and perpetuate success through out your network. So if you have means to communicate with them then you can recommend the best products for them to purchase. Moreover, if you have a blog that refers members to your TripleClicks gateways you have the ability to capture the contact info from your web logs. If you don't know how to do this, contact your blog administrator and they can send you a file with all of the information you need. Automate this process by using an auto responder service and send them regular news announcements about whats hot on the TripleClicks domain. Make your news letter sound like news and not a sales pitch. At the end of your newsletter include your picture, contact info, and a small certificate. When a member becomes more active offer them larger certificates to foster loyalty.

This is a good question because it comprises of your reason for being in SFI. It centers around your motivation. I must say that for most affiliates, I know their main motivation is to make money with SFI. Making money with SFI is very possible as I get paid every month. But this of course for all of us is a work in progress. So what is your motivation and the benefits of being in the SFI family?

For me, it is a philosophy that I have adopted and firmly believe. Zig Ziglar says it like so "If you help enough people get what they want then you will get what you want." Now, this may be nothing but a paraphrase of what is truly a remarkable concept. "If you invest in people, you will become rich beyond your wildest dreams." I am here to help someone have a little piece of what they are seeking so that I can in return have the rewards that friendship brings. Without the people in your life, money has no real value. It's the people in my life, both kindred and neighbors around the globe, that I am here to serve. If I've live my life for only me, then when I die I have no legacy. But if I serve mankind, when I die, the world will be a little richer, someone's smile a little brighter, some life forever change because 1 man can make a difference.

What do I gain from SFI? Friendships, business relationships, and partners from different cultures, religions, and backgrounds. In any language, good is understood and kindness is appreciated. Enjoy the people that you have the honor and priviledge to affect their lifes for good and let's spread goodwill to all mankind. Those who are empowered must always bear the weakness of those who are not and so promote goodwill. This is what I gain from SFI.

If you want to supplement your income SFI is a great choice. If you want to replace your current income again SFI is an excellent option but don't quit your current job thinking that you are going to get rich over night. That is not going to happen. Email advertising is the No.1 way businesses recruit online. There are several options. First and foremost, everyone that is in sales must build a contact list. Not your SFI genealogy but you own contact list. You have friends that you connect with through email. This is your warm market and you should approach them skillfully with your offer. Send them an email telling them about what's going on in your life. Besides the usually mumbo jumbo, tell them that you are working on a little project that will help you earn an extra $250.00 per week. Tell them that you spend about an hour a day doing it. Tell them about some of your accomplishments, ie. I won a digital camera or a wireless printer at 99% below retail. Tell they they can check it out anytime at whatever domain you send them too. The close out with your usually close and wish them the best. Your friend will not see this as a sales pitch but rather gossip about what's new with you.

You can create a blog about SFI and Tripleclicks and everyone that visits can sign up for a chance to win something for free! You have to set this up on a auto responder for the best results. On your blog you'd want to have a sign up form. Then everyone that signs up is sent not just 1 free gift but 10. This is call rewarding the opt-in and works like a charm. Then about 3 to 5 times per week you follow up with them and see if they have questions. Using a signup form is one way to have prospects opt-in to receive your email promos.

One last way that is commonly used is called a double opt-in. There is a sign up form for the prospect to sign up on. Once the sign up form is completed and submitted, there is a link sent out to the prospect that they must confirm before they will have an active account.
