Having a co-op does not guarantee your down line will be active but it does help them to get active and stay active. The reason behind this is simple. Many affiliates, especially newbies, have no idea about internet marketing. They don't understand the concept of network marketing, promoting products online, etc. Thus in the earlier days of enrollment, affiliates are trying to grasp the basics alone. Even though they have a sponsor and a co-sponsor, I venture to say that at least 95% of new

The best way to inspire a sense of team participation is to be highly visible and accessible to your network. Following the recommendations for being an awesome sponsor is a great resource. Here's the link: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/AwesomeSponsor. As everything else in business, you must connect with your down line. In addition to the tips above:

1. Send a personable welcome message to every new affiliate in the first 24 to 48 hours. This is HIGHLY important! Use the affiliate

When communicating with my downline, is it best to use the SFI email utility or my own email? What is the most effective?

While using your SFI mailer is sufficient, you can maintain a separate list of active affiliates by using your own business email. Communication with your down line should always have an objective. You are the team leader so you need to set the expectation for your entire network of active affiliates. No matter how effective your communication method, 50% of your affiliates will not respond or show any concern. This is not a reflection on you but rather a reflection of them.

This is a good question - thanks for sharing your concerns. Internet marketing like riding a bicycle has to be learned. While I understand that every newbie is overwhelm by the vastness of opportunities on the net as well as the everyday pressures to pay the bills, this is where effective sponsorship will make all the difference in the world.

Therefore, as effective team leaders, we must connect with affiliates asap - within the first 24 to 48 hours. Most newbies don't have the focus

How can I get my downline members to understand SFI and what to do?

Getting down line members to understand SFI and what to do is not a problem. The problem is that so many are in desparate economic need and are looking for a quick fix. There is no quick fix except maybe hitting the lottery! Besides your odds of making $100,000.00 in SFI compared to the odds of winning the lottery are far greater.

So the key to helping affiliates understand SFI is to connect with them in the first 24 to 48 hours. If you fail to do this, it's going to be an up hill

To get more upgrades, people need to know what is in it for THEM! They already think that you are in it for your own reasons. So simply, invest in people and it will make you rich beyond your wildest dreams. You, as their sponsor take the lead to grow their network, build their business, and answer their questions. When people know you genuinely are there for them then they will reciprocate the favor by going all in. Let's all go Platinum!

Now that I have acquired Bronze Team Leader status with 3,000 VP, how can I maintain my monthly 3,000 VP and BTL status?

Bronze Team Leader is an accomplishment so congratulations. You need not worry about making milestones as much as you should focus on team leadership and support. You will find that if you support your team they will support you. So as a team leader this should be your central focus. Although, it's nice to have 10 EAs who are committed to their SFI business remember that having a mix is always better than having everything riding on those versa points. For example, I've seen a STL & a GTL

I am glad that you asked this question, thank you. The turning point for me with my SFI business came in December of 2010. After being in SFI for 3 years, I hit and miss with my efforts. I was not as determined to see my plans all the way through to the end. I was like many SFI affiliates, looking for 'quick riches'. After 3 years, let me tell you that I did not find them!

The one thing that I did even back then was to learn as much as I could about 'the game'. I read many manuals

Thanks for asking such a great question! The best way to evaluate traffic exchanges for SFI is to determine which produce the best results. Best results would be to get affiliates that are actively involved in their SFI business. They don't have to be 'heavy hitters' just responsive! Hence, you need to quantify the metrics that you are going to track for each gateway. What metrics are important to you? Let's say that you are testing 2 sites to see which produces the most hits to our free gateway.
