Personally I think you are an AWESOME sponsor! That said, you ignore it. Some you can bring along the path of success with you. Others will follow you. You can never bring or help the ones that refuse. Continue to support them 100% as they progress toward goals and milestones. I tell my network all the time, if they don't want to fly south for the winter then stay up north and FREEZE!!

What? That's not nice! No, that's exactly what those 'snowbirds' deserve. Never reward infidelity, apathy, or ignorance. Just continue south with those who realize that you have their best interests in mind. One or two things with happen to the others. Either they will see that it is easier to flow with the current or they will drown! It is a choice and they are entitled to that choice.

Therefore since you are the AWESOME sponsor that you are you will continue to build meaning connections with those affiliates that see the vision of the team. Accept a 3 rating and smile. Look at the big picture . . . over time your rating can not do be one thing at that is go up as the 'chaff' is cast away.

To set proper goals for yourself in SFI, you must be practical. Know one knows your abilities better than you do. You are the key to your success or failure. So when you are ready to set goals each month, use the information that you know from previous months to help you set realistic goals.

Remember that goals need to be smart, measurable, attainable, realistic and timed. Key code tracking is used to measure how your efforts are working. When you used xyz safelist, did you get PSAs? No, then why? Could it be your copy? Maybe your subject line? Or was it the landing page? You need to know! That's being smart and measuring your performance to match your goals.

Moreover, your goals should challenge you but not stress you to the breaking point. If you push yourself too hard too fast you will only crash and burn. Here again, realistically speaking, you should set a goal that you can reasonably achieve like logging in every day. It only takes about 1 hour at the most for even the newest member to earn daily VP. Set an hour aside when you know you want be distracted. Then you set yourself up for success at achieving this goal.

Finally, a goal without a deadline is just wishful thinking! Put a time limit on it. I will recruit 20 PSAs is not a goal. It's only a statement. I will recruit 20 PSAs in 30 days this month by promoting on 25 free exchanges for 2 hours everyday. Now you have a goal and a plan of action to get you to that goal. Measure accordingly, regroup and try it again. Then if it works celebrate and repeat! If not, adapt the strategy and try again.

It is important for you to remember that everyone is not cut out to be a leader. So many affiliates here need guidance and direction to achieve their goals. New affiliates in particular get lost in the sea of information and desperate circumstances blind their vision and wane their patience. Before anyone can become a leader they must learn how to follow. No one can lead where they are not willing to go and certainly you can't teach what you don't know and understand for yourself.

When you have a clear picture of what it is you are working toward in your business, you need to execute a plan that will bring you from where you are to where you want to be. Leaders need to be able to do this. They need to be able to assess the strengths and weakness of their team and then teach them to lead others down a similar successful path. When you can duplicate this type of growth throughout subsequent generations it will take a tremendous burden off of you to teach every affiliate.

Sure, you should support all of your network with your knowledge but remember if you teach a person how to do for themselves it is more than likely that they will be able to sustain themselves. We need people who take initiative and follow through with a proven plan that works. There are those times that will require ingenuity and adaptation.

How to become a superstar in SFI can be achieve best by planning to be a superstar from day one. Too many affiliate fail to plan. Many more fail to execute their plan properly. Therefore, to become a superstar in SFI you must first define what superstar status is for you?

Does that mean becoming a Platinum Team Leader? If so, how do you plan to get there and when. Just like any goal. You will have short term goals along the way to reaching your ultimate goal of superstar status.

So what is your first benchmark? Again, how do you plan to get there and when? Following the basics, the rules of success, and doing your daily work is not enough to get you to superstar status. While they are very important, superstars go that extra mile of the way.

So what are you doing extra to achieve your superstar status? Following the rules of being an awesome sponsor will definitely help propel you forward toward your ultimate goal; yet, what differentiates your effort from the next affiliates effort? Everyone wants success but how many actually achieve it?

In essence, becoming a superstar in SFI is like winning an Oscar for acting. There are many, many actors who have multiple Oscars then their are those that have none.
So really what separates those actors that have multiple Oscars from those who have none? Is it talent? No. Is it luck? Well . . . I beg to differ. So what is then?

I can tell you what it is . . . it's what the common folk call hard work. Yep, I know you may have thought that all those Oscars meant that they were somehow more talented, brighter, more gifted or whatever. Nah . . . the truth be told, it's that extra hour of rehearsal . . . that final review . . . one more time.

SFI is down less than 5% of the time. So depending on your circumstances, the SFI affiliate center is readily available to you. So while maintenance may make the affiliate center inaccessible, just take that time to plan for your daily activity. If you are on vacation, don't worry about SFI. Be sure you are on vacation mode and take as long as you need to revive yourself. Enjoy that time and use it to let your creativity run wild. Somethings can become clearer to us from a distance. Sometimes it is difficult to see your way when you are crowded with too much concern. Time off is not only needed but it helps to give you redirection and you can focus on what you need to get done vs being overloaded.

You can't get your down line to do anything that they have not purposed in their mind to do. So to explain the importance of duplication, give them concrete facts and figures. For example, the direct commission on a 200Pk of TCredits is 9.96. So if you get 10 PRMs who commit to purchase a 200Pk each you will earn $99.60. There is no grey area here. It is simple mathematics.

Thus, if you want to earn $1000.00 each month, one way to do this without fail is to sell 100 200Pk of TCredits. Is this possible? Absolutely! Is it likely? The odds are not in your favor and I will tell you why. Based on my experience 2% of my PSAs have a SO. Let's say that you have 1000 PSAs. At 2% that's 20 that have a SO. Statistically speaking then, I need 5 times as many PSAs to have 100 active orders. That's 5000 PSAs! Now if you recruit PSAs at a rate of at a rate of 30 per month which is better than most, it still would take you over 10 years to recruit 5000 PSAs. Sadly, most PSAs don't stick around 1 month much less 10 years!

What if we used paid advertising? Again based on my experience, I recruited over 200 PSAs in 1 day . . . but at a cost of around $250. 5 of those successful runs would cost me more that $1000.00 so it would be unpractical to spend more than I would make. You would need to recruit like that for less than .25 per acquisition to even think about breaking even. Is that possible? Yes but again not likely.

In conclusions just present the facts and let folks make their own mind about duplication. If you do, more people will follow the math more often than not!

I'll tell you the truth Dave, it tempting to think that CSAs are more active than PSAs. Not so! CSAs are someone's PSA! This idea is a myth. Support your PSAs because they are worth more to you when they are active. Indeed you should support all of your affiliates regardless of whether they are PSAs or CSAs.
