Many joined SFI in the hope that they can change or improve their life situation. They might have the drive and passion as they encounter ads of SFI as a free online home business opportunity and decided to join.

Here are reasons why many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI:

1. There’s a high probability that the majority who joined SFI are employees. They work for someone, and they’re used to be told what to do. If their sponsor won’t respond fast enough

Finding affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active depend on your pre-qualification of leads before advertising. You will have to write down list of questions that match the opportunity you are offering in your advertising. If you are doing your own advertising, you may have to look closely, how you advertise, including content of the advertisement. Are you matching the SFI opportunity? Are you sending a message in your advertisement that SFI is a long term commitment that

In answering this question, first I would like to mention the difference between the two subjects. A prospect is a potential affiliate (member) or customer, while an affiliate has already signed up in SFI. It is important to consider how to respond to each of them accordingly.

Handling Prospects about expecting to get rich fast:

- Keep in mind that a prospect is a potential affiliate; explain accordingly the concept of SFI. Make it simple. Mention right away that SFI business

Participating in Pricebenders auction can be fun and rewarding. There are certain factors which can influence the chances of winning an auction:

- Number of TCredits you have set aside for bidding.

Prepare your bidding plan. This includes the number of TCredits you’re willing to spend in participating an auction, the number of bidding auctions and which items.

- Bidding Schedule. This includes the bidding time and which day of the week.

As a new Team Leader the single most important thing that you should be doing is building your team of passionate affiliates. The core principle of SFI affiliate program is Duplication. Make sure that you read and understand SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.

Before accepting that you are broke, have you done a financial analysis to your current situation? Look around what you have, what you don’t need, maybe you can convert your unwanted stuff into cash. You can list your unwanted stuff through your TConnect page for just 1TCredit. If you have a laptop or desktop and an Internet connection, then you are not broke at all. Analyze your monthly budget and find out your monthly basic needs. You might be surprise to find out that you can find additional

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

I would prefer to do both sponsoring hundreds of new PSAs every year and teaching/supporting smaller number of EAs to form their own team of EAs.

Network marketing is a numbers game. You can’t just focus on sponsoring hundred of new affiliates every year and leave to uncertainty the training of smaller number of EAs to expand your network.

You need to stick to the concept of SFI BASICS to build your SFI business on the right foundation:

- Maintaining your EA status

The weekly hours you spend with SFI depend on your plan. Going through every section in your homepage will take considerable time and that’s why, one should have a plan. Set priorities, like doing first your Getting Started, Daily Actions, Weekly Actions and so on. There are sections that may require the assistance of your upline and SFI Support in order for you to understand. So your time will vary.

I heard this saying many times,” work harder”. You might be working harder the
