Why does it seem like everyone who joins SFI think it's get-rich-quick?

People who join SFI look at how fast they get signed in and think that they can also get rich quick fast. This is the new order of things , quick and fast now and people are being programmed to think that same way too. I called it instant gratification....wanting things now with less effort. The reality of life is that there is no free lunch and most people actually do want something for nothing. They soon find out that SFI is not like that and discover that this a real, solid and stable business and you have acquire patience, take some time and effort to build it ,and most are not willing to do that,so now the excuse becomes,"it is too slow and you can't really make any big fast money doing this!".Then, they fall by the wayside and drop out or never get started.

Will moving up my personal rank in SFI help to gain more trust from my downline members and help fuel further growth?

Yes, this would help but if you will gain more trust as your downline comes to you for support and leadership. You must be able to coach, train and motivate them. I have discovered that this is also an important element because most affiliates are looking for someone to lead, guide, and develop them. Moving up in rank is important, and when they see that you are moving up in rank, they will feel more confident to confide in you.
Make sure that you are stepping up rank all areas and leading by example.
Thanks

How can I motivate my affiliates to do more with SFI?

The best way to motivate your affiliates to do more is to first lead by example. Make an effort to get on the Leader VP board...then communicate with all of your affiliates on a regular basics. Let them know that you genuinely concerned about their success ..and want to work with them if they desire to be successful.Be the kind of person that they will be drawn to want to work with you. Continue to work on your Leadership skills to bring out the best in them. Last of all, have a training plan that will get results.

How can I motivate my friends to join SFI?

One way you can motivate your friends to join SFI is to project to them how simple this business is .Get them to go your website and simply sign up. Let them know that they can work this business from their computer,it is free to join with no obligation and all training is done on line. Ask them if they are interested in earning some extra money and they can evaluate it. Please don't make the mistake of trying to sell them on the business. You want them to evaluate it and let you know what they think.
Tell them when they sign up..you will help answer any questions that they have about it.
Once they are in, you immediately start working with them to get started. Of course you know that the company also be right on hand to coach and guide them on what to do.
Just be relaxed, and care free when you talk with them and they will go and sign up out of curiosity. This is what you want, to get them to join.
Remember that SFI is so simple it just flies right over most peoples' heads and they miss it because they are looking for the catch.
In a nutshell..you want to project a good image of SFI so don't be pushy, aggressive and oversell your friends.Doing that will turn a lot them off.
I hopes this helps.

Where can I find SFI success stories? And/or perhaps YOU have one to share?

Where can I find SFI success stories? And/or perhaps YOU have one to share?
You can find success stories at the Stream posts, at the Growth tab. and at the Forum. A success story can be accomplishments and acheivements even on a small scale. It is a success story when a new person signs up and makes EA within 24hrs. or make Bronze , Silver, Gold , or Platinum within their first few months of joining SFI.
Another place is the Top VP Leaderboard! It is quite an accomplishment to see SFI affiliates scoring 80,000 Versapoints in a month!
All these things are success stories to me, and when people read things like this, it helps them to get motivated and excitied to see the possiblities of so many people moving on to becoming successful in SFI. As the expression goes.."if they can do it, I can too! "
Thanks

How do you get your Sponsor/Team Leaders to respond to you?
You can get your sponsor/Team Leader to respond to you by rolling up your sleeves and simply go to work. Log in Your account and start working your Vesapoint Ledger. Most sponsors / Team leaders get excitied when they see you score Versapoints. It says that you might be serious about this business!
Most of us already have enough 0 pts affiliates in our downline and wish all of them would get active,so it is a breath of fresh air to see an affiliate log in,and start scoring points!
I get excitied and want at to do all I can to keep that type of momemtum going and will respond immediately to any active affiliate in my organization when they start working their Versapoint Ledger!!
Thanks

Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

Yes ...Reach out to all of your affliates on all generations You will be building your downline in the process and helping a lot of your afffililates to become successful. This will definitely decrease your attrition rate in the process, causing a lot of your affliates to stay active, motivated and not quit because they will have too much to lose...
Thanks
Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

We all will constantly gain a very large share of " 0 " affiliates who sign up and never take action. This is not to pose a negative, but just a fact. As leaders we realize this as we attempt to get more involved.
Most people are always in a hurry, and never take time to figure out how to make real money in SFI. The business is so simple that is just flies right over their heads. They are looking for the catch or the easy way out so they drop out or never really get started, become so overwhelmed with all the things they see to do , feel that they have too much to read , or can't see how they can really make any serious money doing it and are simply looking at every opportunity they see in hopes of finding one where they can get rich quickly with not much effort.
You have a moral obligation to do whatever you can to get the 95% of non-doers to take positive actions, because your affiliates would not be affiliates if they were not looking for more money, a better life for their families, to get out of a job relationship they hate, or any number of other personal reasons.
Be the great Coach that can bring out the best in people. You must study and learn to motivate, inspire, and get those in your group to take action. I discovered that this is an important element because most affiliates are looking for someone to lead, guide, and develop them and once they know that you are there to support them and have their genuine interest at heart, they will gain more confidence and trust in you.
Step up your role as a Leader by providing great training that gets the right results and your group will grow and become successful and your attrition rate of " 0 " Affiliates will decrease.
Thanks
Carl

What is a good goal to shoot for in SFI this year?

A good goal to set in 2013 is to make it to the top in Leadership Advancement! Everything is poised to explode this year in SFI..so why not position yourself by achieving PTL.
If you know how to train, develop and coach your organization, plus have a definite plan of action to get there , this goal can be achievable.
Thanks
