If you are among the top earners share your records with them.
Refer them to other top earners.
Refer them to testimonies of members.
Patiently guide and mentor them till they themselves start earning.
Refer them to forums.
Refer them to the corporate team.
Refer them to read every News's.
Teach them the SFI success/earnings rules.
Just be the SFI they can see, be their example in all things then they will be next to preach SFI .

My team has a negative attitude about SFI. How can I change it to a positive one?

First, to change a negative person to positive, you must be very positive person because you can not give out what you do not have.
Be sure to tell them that is not a get rich quick, is not for lazy people, it take hard work and time to build sfi business, providing great earrings over time.
Refer them to Launchpad and sfi rules of success.
Follow them up carefully and patiently and some will become positive
Though they may appear negative but see the possibility of becoming positive.
Note also that this is a common problem to all team leaders.
Keep signing up more affiliates the more you recruit the more you meet new and positive ones
Keep posting positive ideas and mails to them.
Visit members ledger to see what 5hey have done and what next to do to move on.

Encouraging PSAs to stay active is not all about investing money alone. You strongly motivate them to get and remain active even when you do not have money to invest on them.
Do the following if you have no money to invest on them.
Teach them step by step on how to start their SFI business beginning with getting started and the SFI basics.
Answer any questions they may have promptly, correctly and honestly.
Congratulate them on every new achievement.
View their ledgers, review their actions and advice them .
Share your own SFI business experiences with them.
Without any form of compulsion advice them on the importance and need for a minimum of 1500 VP standing order.
Be frank with them and let them know SFI is not a multi- level marketing business, not a get rich quick.
Teach them better by example.
Link up with them on a more personal platform like watsapp for a closer communication.
If you own a website or blogger you can let them advertise on it.

For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?

My nswer is as long as they keep asking for your help, please remember you are their, leader, mentor, adviser name it.
Never give up because your PSAs and CSAs are the life blood of your sfi business because how fast they grow and become productive can potentially expand the scope of your income duplication and residual earnings. Infact I desire to have Affiliate who will constantly a d constructively ask for my help as long as they need it. This has the ability to enable them become BTL, STL, GTL, PTL or even DTL if they are properly guided and adviced.
If you continue to be of help to them and they eventually become, and mantain it for just a year to two, your earrings will even speak for itself and you will never regret you did.
Please and please never get tired of being of help to your PSAs and CSAs. Hope this helps.
