That's a very good and relevant question in today's changed scenario in SFI because to progress in life we must constantly change whether as an individual or as a corporate entity. Changes bring movement in life and when we are moving it reflects progress.

With the new Team Leader qualification requirement our business strategy should be to create more EA2s in our team instead of focussing purely on Versa Points. We must emphasize now the second point in SFI BASICS which says to generate sales at Tripleclicks. When we make sales we generate commissions and this gives an immediate signal to our newly joined PSA that they should also generate sales. This will also create Duplication in the team.

When a PSA joins he is now entitled to new Signing Bonus but he can claim it with other commissions only in over next 18 months at the rate 3% per month. This will definitely bring profitable changes in newly joined PSAs because now he has to learn fast how to generate sales. We must constantly devise new ways to generate sales and teach the se to newly joined PSAs. If one particular method doesn't work then we must bring changes in our strategy to generate more sales.

In what specific ways can individual SFI affiliates help SFI have a BIG year in 2016?

That's a good question because it not only will help SFI as a whole but also the individual affiliates will also be greatly benefited.

Following are the Specific ways we all can do in the order of preferences :

1)SFI and for that matter any company will do better if it is able to generate sales on a regular basis thereby increasing the company's turnover. We as an affiliate should try to generate sales as much as possible. To do this we must first advertise the product. The product must be carefully chosen. First of all we must buy the product and then advertise it on social media, to our friends and relatives. This is the best way to help SFI grow in 2016.
2) The next thing we should do is score Versa Points daily. At least 10 Versa Points must be scored everyday.

3) The third thing we must do is sponsor as many new PSAs as possible and then teach them the same thing.

If we all do this SFI BASICS daily then surely SFI will have a very big business in 2016.

In my opinion the best way to motivate my affiliates to become buyers at Tripleclicks is to show them by example first by buying products which we already buy from local stores. I lead by my own example by doing transfer buying from Tripleclicks. Transfer buying is buying products from Tripleclicks which we are already buying locally. Why not buy from Tripleclicks which not only gives me Versa Points but helps me to qualify for EA every month. I have bought many products from Tripleclicks including TCredits as a Standing Order. I mention it in weekly Group Mailer and in Stream posts as well as in Forum posts.

I used to buy Honey locally which I am now buying from Tripleclicks. I have bought LED bulbs from Tripleclicks and found it very good. I have bought faux leather Leggings for my daughters which are very good in quality. I have even secured an order from one of my female friends. I mentioned it in Stream and Forum posts.

This is the best way to motivate my affiliates to become buyers at Tripleclicks.

That's a nice question and I will try to answer that with my own experience with SFI.

I had joined SFI one year back through Facebook invite. Initially I didn't know how to proceed from here because there was so much information available on the site. I didn't take SFI seriously for first five months but I kept on reading some emails which I liked very much because it had intrinsic value in it. At the same time I was doing another E Commerce business in which I was paying $ 50 per month for an online education which was available to all SFI here FREE of cost. This alerted me so much that I decided to do SFI full time. It was foolish to continue in that company because the same training in SFI was FREE. After learning many things in SFI it was crystal clear that SFI's business model was being copied by this same company and by many other so called E Commerce Companies.

I can say that with full confidence because I had seen quite a number of such business models in my last 16 years of networking experience.

SFI is the original company with real products, real people in it, it runs honestly, and most importantly it has proved itself in a long span of 17 years.

Thus it is beyond doubt that SFI is a real and serious business with real people and it must be followed by all affiliates.

That's a good question to ask because I too dont have a Credit Card. Initially I had problems for buying a Standing Order. The options which I used are as follows:
1)T Currency: for two continuous months I bought TCurrency through local ECA. I paid the required money via bank transfer to his account. You can also exercise this wonderful option.
2)Debit Card with MasterCard or Visa logo: SFI recently added this option and it has helped me to make payment for my SO.
3)Paypal: You can set up a PayPal account. Paypal account can be set up with your regular bank account and Drbit card.
3) Cheque payment:If you are USA citizen then SFI can accept your checks. Processing of checks outside USA is a cumbersome and expensive option. Check with SFI first.

How to get re-energized with SFI for the new year?

That's a nice question Thomas because we all look forward to new year to re-affirm ourselves to do something new and exciting so that we don't repeat the same mistakes we did in last year.

One of the ways to re-energise is to plan for the next 12 months how we are going to grow our SFI business. We must plan how many new PSAs we are going to sponsor every month so that we have 5 active affiliates in our first level. We cannot have all 5 in one month but we must try to make 1 PSA active every month so that by the end of new year we have sufficient active PSAs.

The next thing we can do is plan how much PRM sales we are going to have every month so that there is sales growth in new year. Sales Duplication will result in more profit in the new year.


Another thing we can do in new year is to encourage our team mates to participate in Pricebenders Auctions and try to win their first auction. They can try first Micro Auctions and then bigger auctions later as they gain more experience. Most of the Micro Auctions have few CSAs or PSAs to bid for. If they win these Micro Auctions then not only their confidence will grow in Auctions but it will strengthen their team as well. This way they will get more energised.

Yet another thing we all can do in new year to get re-energised is to learn to write well. We can write answers in ASK SC tab. This can not happen overnight. First try to participate in Forum tab almost daily and try to write something. Then slowly we can write more and more. This way we can become a good writer. Believe me I did exactly that and now I have answered more than 30 questions in ASK SC. One of my answers have been top rated, two answers have been rated 2nd most voted and 4 have been in top ten. I was very reluctant initially to write in Forum posts but slowly slowly my confidence has grown and now I am thinking of writing a book too. This excites me very much and I will get re-energised in new year to write my first book. I am very confident now to write a book.

As is very clear from above that we can do anything in new year to get re-energised. The only thing to do is make a new resolution in new year to do something new and believe you me you can all do it.

What are some ways I can engage with my team through my Stream messages?

That's a nice question Susan because through stream post we can reach to our team almost daily or alternate days. That is a good place to guide as well as motivate our downlines.

I will try to give its answer with my own example how I engage my team mates through Stream posts.

I post in Stream every alternate days. Whenever I buy any item from Tripleclicks I mention it immediately next day in Stream giving its link and the reasons I bought it. Then again I mention about the same product when I have received it and how good or bad the product was. This way I hope to get Duplication done in my team.

The other things I post in Stream is about my advertising in different places and how I managed to get PSAs or PRMs. This is a good way of increasing team size as well as it promotes Duplication in my team.

I regularly post answers in ASK SC tab and I mention it in my Stream post and encourage my team mates to start writing answers to Ask SC questions.

Whenever any of my team mates win in Daily Grand or Crown or in Spin and Win I make it a point to congratulate them. This motivates them. They get re-energised.


I also mention about various options of giving gifts to their relatives or friends. This promotes sales in my team.

How can I get my affiliates interested in and engaged in selling products at TripleClicks?

That's a nice question Gladys because generating sales in Tripleclicks is vital in sustaining growth in the team. This is the most important aspect of SFI BASICS because without sales no team can grow. We must learn first how to do sales and then engage our affiliates in selling products at Tripleclicks.

Before attempting to sell any product we must know thoroughly about that product. Preferably we should buy that product and use it first before we can ask our affiliates to sell those products.
If we want to promote TCredits Standing Order then we must first have a Standing Order then only our affiliates will get interested in selling these Standing Orders.

Another thing what we can do to get our affiliates interested in selling Tripleclicks products is know what products are they buying from outside and ask them to do Transfer Buying. Transfer Buying means that buying a product from Tripleclicks instead of buying from local stores. I show my affiliates how I have switched to buying an LED bulb from Tripleclicks instead of buying from outside. As far as prices of LED bulbs are concerned I found the rates much cheaper than my local retailer of same wattage and voltages.
Another advantage of buying LED bulbs from Tripleclicks is that it arrives at my doorstep. I don't have to go out and waste my time to buy it.

Another product which I buy from Tripleclicks ECA is Honey which I was already buying locally. I have switched to buying from Tripleclicks instead of buying locally. Though slightly costlier than local product but quality vise I found it very good. Moreover it also gave me Versa Points. I look at it as my business expenses though I am getting value for money too.

So it is very obvious from above that if you want your affiliates to sell any product first you must use it yourself. This is how I get my affiliates interested in and engaged in selling Tripleclicks products. You can try same too.

Last year I was focussing on accumulating more Versa Points to become Team Leader. Becoming team leader is of no use if we are not making profits in SFI. I have already shifted my focus on personal sales as well as team sales. I am now buying products from Tripleclicks instead of buying from local stores.

I am going to advertise Tripleclicks products on social media vigorously till I secure more and more sales.

I am going to also focus on acquiring more PRMs rather than Sponsoring PSAs. PRMs will help me achieve my sales target each month. This will drive growth in my Team

In my weekly communications to my PSAs and CSAs, what can I write to motivate them to become more active?

That's a nice question Rupak because we get a good opportunity every week to write to team mates whether our PSAs or CSAs.

Now the next question is how to motivate them? What to write to them? I will try to answer this question with my own example.

Initially I used to copy some paragraphs from different tabs like Rules Of Success or SFI BASICS and post as weekly Group Mailer. But not any more because that was already available to them. I was always thinking of what new can be done to motivate my team mates. As my team grew in size and more and more of my team mates became active I thought it right to include my actual experience in SFI how I created a big team.

In my team mail now I guide them how to sponsor new PSAs. What exactly to write in advertisements so that more and more people are attracted to it. I send them exact words which I used to advertise. This one advertisement has given me hundreds of new PSAs. This is what I wrote :

Do you know that you can work from your smartphone by giving just 2-3 hrs daily? For more information contact me in my inbox or email me or call me at ×××××××××××

I also write them how I am able to win 16-20 FREE TCredits every month by playing T-Time. This motivates them further.

In weekly team mails I also ask them to visit ASK SC and Forum tabs more often and learn from other great leaders in SFI.

I also write them what are the products that I have bought from Tripleclicks so that Duplication can happen in my team.

I regularly write in ASK SC tab and have answered many questions and many of them have been in top ten most polled. I include these answers in my weekly Mailer.

I regularly get many AVPs this way. I hope some of my Team members will duplicate me one day.

This is what I write in my Weekly Group Mailer and advise other Team Leaders to do the same and encourage Duplication in their teams.
