There are several products and services which may be interesting not only to the native member affiliates but also to various international member affiliates as well.

Apart from TCredits, S-Builder and PSAs To Go, there is a products which is advertised on various
webpages of every member affiliate's SFI website. It is the Advanced Liquid Nutrition which costs about $35.80 or 3510 MRPs or 239 TCredits, which gives if procured 1500 VPs. This product can be a replacement for 125 TCredits Standing Order as well, but I do not personally recommend anybody to replace the Standing Order with this product. Apart from the above product, there are many electronic products such as I-Pods, I-Pads, Laptops, other electronic gadgets and its accessories which are of latest models that may very much interest the international affiliates.

Then comes the psychological/personal tastes and preference of buying by various international affiliates. This preferential buying taste would very largely depend upon the customer's demography, religion, race, country, age, sex, tradition and culture, educational background, regular income level, marital status, social status etc.

A very good question but it only requires very little understanding and logic for decision making and come to a conclusion.

Both the PSAs and CSAs are your team members only, who are under your direct/indirect control i.e., who seek information or clarification, guidance for their personal doubts, confusion, current and important information of SFI and its various branches like Tripleclicks, Forum, Pricebender auctions, ASK SC, Launchpad or Eager Zebra Games etc.

When it comes to PSAs, PSAs are generally known people who may be your acquaintances, classmates or collegemates, colleagues, friends, warm relatives, neighbors or members of your society/community. Sometimes, you may procure your PSAs from PSA TO GO or FIIT Team or Made in UK or from any other sites as well. By pursuing the PSAs you can derive more percentage of commission on your sales whenever they place a Standing Order or make any other purchases from Tripleclicks, i.e., 45% commission value directly and instantly. You would extend, from time to time, all the help and direct them to do certain beneficial activities for the entire team and for their own rapid development, growth and prosperity at a faster pace. The selection of PSAs is partially in your hands i.e., you can pick and choose among various personnel mentioned above for various future purposes.

When it comes to CSAs, CSAs are generally allotted by the SFI according to your ranking i.e., Whether you are EA2, BTL, STL, GTL or PTL. If you are EA2 you would get 2 CSAs from SFI freely every month. If you are BTL, you would get one share of CSAs, if you are STL you would get two shares of CSAs, if you are GTL you would get 3 shares of CSAs and if you are PTL you would get four shares of CSAs. In case of CSAs, the rate of commission value one get is only 15% in case any of your CSAs places a Standing Order or procures any products or services fromTripleclicks. In the case of CSAs one does not have any control over selection of various CSAs, one has to entirely depend on the SFI for its allotment.

From the details provided above, one can come to an easy conclusion that PSAs take more priority than CSAs only when it comes to commission value aspect, otherwise both are almost same and possess not much difference in all other aspects such as training, educating, guiding, encouragement etc.

The question raised by a member affiliate is due to the frustration faced over a long period of time over the inoperative, non-starters in the personal genealogy list.

But, one has to learn and cultivate the noble virtue of patience and tolerance to withstand this compulsive activity of sending e-mails to all the PSAs and CSAs present in the genealogy list by way of team-mail or PSA and CSA mailer every week, for scoring the 30 VPs.

I personally sent a mail to the support team of SFI and asked them to provide an avenue or opportunity to erase all the above inoperative/non-starters from the personal genealogy list. After a fortnight, a thought ran through my mind, reminding the foolishness of asking the SFI support team to provide an opportunity to erase/delete the non-starters from the G-list. As the anticipation goes, one can never say when an affiliate wakes up, makes up his mind to pursue the SFI business and may become an excellent professional in the fields of advertising, marketing and selling.

I intend to personally suggest to all the member affiliates to wait patiently, those who lack patience - to develop the virtue, because it not only provides an inner strength which is useful in SFI business but also in various walks of human life.

As far my personal knowledge goes, the Text Ad Exchanges are the best in the eternally dynamic area of advertising and marketing, since one can always change and adapt to the current circumstances and situations as the needs appear. This activity keep the one abreast to the current needs of advertising and marketing and a sort of indirect competition arises and exists among various players of advertising and marketing.

When it comes to Safelists which consists of a few names and other data for some particular purpose or task. This savelist may come handy only when it is being acted upon otherwise it turns out to be just a list which ultimately ends up in a dust bin.

Each and every newly registered member affiliates must be provided in a gradual manner the leadership role because in the very near future they would be team leaders and possess their own team to be nurtured and trained for their consolidation, growth and prosperity. It is entirely the team leader's responsibility not only to provide the team leadership roles at regularly intervals but also to teach and train the newly registered affiliates in the areas of advertising, marketing and selling of SFI/Tripleclicks products and services.

The entire SFI business depends only on two main pillars (a) Duplicating or Sponsoring and (b) Advertising, Marketing and Selling.

Now, all the newly registered affiliates must be taught all the intricacies, knacks and techniques that they would be required to adopt while dealing with the above two pillars within a stipulated span of time say two months. By that time they themselves would start receiving the PSAs and CSAs and get an opportunity to test their personal capabilities or a chance to implement what they all have learnt during their initial training period.

So if we take a broader view of the entire SFI business, we can come to an easy conclusion that
it is very important and vital to have all the team members to take on the leadership roles in various areas of business activity at regular intervals of time, for mutual economic growth and prosperity.

Generally, it will do a world of good if all affiliates adopt to writing a nice and beautiful welcome letter to all the new PSAs immediately after they receive and learn that they have received them from SFI notification mail. The welcome letter must be of moderate size, beautiful, little bit emotive, built in a simple language, usage of correct grammar and at the same time it should highlight some of the important historical points of SFI such as when it was established, how many products and services are available, from how many countries affiliates are registered members, what the affiliates generally get benefited by being registered members, how SFI provides lifelong, limitless, residual and leverage income and insures entire future economic life of all affiliates around the globe, what are the various branches available in SFI such as tripleclicks and lastly the entire salient features of SFI.

A small note may be provided about the navigation of SFI website like the links to various webpages for finding literature on various topics etc.

Also the PSAs should be asked to read the entire information provided in the SFI Basics and particularly the ultra-simple three step formula provided by Mr. Gery Carson, FAQs etc.

Then the new PSAs should be encouraged to complete the GETTING STARTED TASKS, INTERMEDIATE
TASKS, TO-DO TASKS AND THE LAUNCHPAD TOPICS. They should be clearly explained about the Versapoints and its importance - scoring and other aspects.

A small note should be provided about the ranking and the compensation part highlighting the importance of securing the EA status every month to enjoy certain benefits.

Finally it very important to convey to all the PSAs that one is always readily available to extend all kinds of encouragement, support and guidance to all the PSAs whenever they are in need such as doubt, confusion, some clarification, some stagnation, some technical problem etc.

All the affiliates who engage themselves in any advertising campaign must follow certain guidelines so that the success percentage is very high - say 85-90%.

(a) The Language used in the advertising campaign must be very clear & simple and grammatically correct.

(b) The advertising campaign literature must be properly paragraphed with correct headings and sub-headings at appropriate places.

(c) The spacing between the lines, sentences and paragraphs must be specially taken care of.

(d) The advertising campaign must highlight all the salient features of the product or service that is being advertised.

(e) The advertising content must be entirely based on truth and must be possible for everybody to verify the content and about its truthfulness.

(f) Wherever necessary some attractive graphics may be added but the graphics should be meaningful and in some way related the product or service or to the advertising campaign or the company.

(g) After a long and deep thoughtful process one must come to the conclusion about what one should opt as the medium of the advertising campaign. He should set the target audiences, number of hits, the minimum clicks, duration of the advertising campaign, expenditure to be incurred on the advertising campaign, which part of the globe he intends to advertise, find out the local culture and tradition, find out all the demographic and personal details of the local people.
