It depends on the target audience who you are addressing. First you have to decide to whom you are talking to: mothers with young children, students, the unemployed, people before retirement ... You can take this as an additional offering them a job or something that could become a permanent source of income. The same banner will not like the doctor female, fifty years old; thirty years old, mail,painter or a girl of twenty years. Also, the choice of banners depends on the place where the endorse - whether they are student newspaper, Internet ads or local newspaper.
SFI has provided množtvo banners. you should think about where you want to place a banner and then you can choose the banner.

Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?

Affiliates among themselves and with potential customers communicate in their native language. Basically, all we place advertisements in our mother tongue. We recommend the goods in our mother tongue. In fact, there are so many video tutorials on you tube about SFI that lack of English is not a problem, not anymore. At both sites, sfimg.com and tripleclicks.com, there are a good translator.
To run this business you need only basic computers knowledge. Today, on the internet you can find video tutorials with instructions for everything you want.

I'm on my blogs and website provide advertisements for tripleclicks ad ads for games and auction.I chose twenty products that advertise through social networks. Also I advertise and games. In the classified section I advertise products group ( I put several pictures and links to all products in this group).
I would recommend you to make Facebook fun page and to endorse the Tripleclicks products.

How do you explain to prospects how income is earned from the TripleClicks Executive Pool in a simple, clear way that they can understand?

This is the simplest possible explanation:
You can make money in several ways:
1) you sell something - get DC (the amount written in blue rectangle next to each product. When your PSA buys something you get DC direct commissions, but if you personally biy something you will not get DC (your sponsor will get it)
2) your CSA sell something CSC co-sponsor comm (also writes in a blue rectangle)
3) You collect VP (it does not matter how, whether the action, sales or matching VP). SFI determine their value based on the the TripleClicks Executive Pool. In order to obtain the money you need to be at least EA. If you are not EA you will not get this part of earnings.

In that case, it is the best to post a S-builder and buy PSAs and CSA. Also, you can post SO (buy pack of 125TC), and then you can go to the auctions and buy S-builder and / or PSA and CSA.

This is a very interesting and complex issue. It is not easy to answer it. This is one of those questions: which came first. chicken or egg. Without advertising it difficult to retrain EA status or advance, but if you are not EA you can't get money for VP...
Firstly, you could manage and increase your income is necessary advertising. The more you invest in advertising, you will quickly achieve success and get more PSA. Of course, paid advertisements are much more successful and more productive than those for free.

This is an interesting question.
Firstly, you need to listen to your PSA's 'talk'. When you communicate with each other you can find out a lot about him. Then you can give him support and good advice.
All people have merits and demerits. Often it is a fault in one case, a virtue in another. For example, your PSA is very, very talkative. Talkative people are usually boring, but in these people are real 'wonder maker' in the warm marketing. Or, if someone is shy and withdrawn - then what? Placing advertisements on the net, SFIPPA and chat via e-mail is the best solution for this problem.
No skilled people and unskilled people - all this is only our perspective. Get rid of the prejudices and you'll see that the PSA is full skills that they themselves are not aware of.
Take a chance with any of them. Give a chance to everyone.

This is a very interesting question. Both ways are good for developing business.
It's a good thing to post SO (S-builder) and thus you will come to associate, and VP. Also, you can post a SO and buy 125TC. Then you will get 1500 sales VP + 100action VP. Then you can buy at the auction PSA or CSA.Paid advertising is worth it. It is best to embed it on Facebook or on Google AdWords.

SFIPPA is not bad program. You endorse the SFI and who join through you is not your PSA but it belong to SFI. You are not a sponsor of this affiliate, you do not have anything to do with him. Maybe it works, maybe not. The possibility exists that you get money for that. But you do not get your money instantly. You get them only when the affiliate becomes EA2. You can get up to $ 10 (you can get and the less). There are very strict rules.
Of course, as always, people do not read carefully restrictions. They mostly read $ 10 and remember it. They are after disappointed when they do not get that kind of money.
It is good thing that you can participate SFIPPA and build your own team. You can check it out, especially if you give ads in the classified section of American and Canadian ads, and you don't speak English well. Or you don't like or don't ready to deal with your associates.
