Because they are eager to earn, the best way to motivate your downline to be Team Leaders is to show them the benefit chart: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart. Yes there is such a thing as helping affiliates too much.
SFI has a best training, to learn about the business and the best tools to run your business. If your affiliates are really doing their part, they won't need your help that much. Like me, I'm succeeding without a help of my sponsor and my co-sponsor.
Your affiliates must read and participate in the forum and Ask SC.
Your duty as a sponsor is to help them where they don't understand, encourage and to motivate them.
If you provide them with all the answers and/or giving them TCredits/vouchers/certificate to purchase from TripleClicks, you are over helping them. That won't build you a strong team. As soon as you stop, they will also quit.

We have many communication ways here at SFI.
Since you ask for the most effective one, I believe the live chat is the most effective way to communicate with your team, because is done on one-on-one.
With the live chat, you get to know your affiliates better. You discus things one on one. The affiliate can ask you question, and you can answer them immediately and explain whatever need to be explained. Unlike sending random messages that might not help your affiliates. It makes the relationship even better. You are also 100% sure here that your affiliate did get your message.

You say; 'You keep losing....' meaning it is continuously. I think you must check yourself what is it that you are doing that makes you to lose your 'active' people. Active people are eager people. Eager people don't just give up. The wise people say when you keep on doing the same thing, you will get the same results. I think it is time to change/improve what you were doing. It is time to start reading 'How can I be an awesome sponsor and create big income duplication?' Read the DO's and the DONT's. I'm positive that this will bring a positive change that will make your 'active' people to stay.

I've won this game, Pick The Price, twice, so I know it is winnable. Although I don't play it everyday, but I did win it twice. As far as I have seen this game, there is no best way, no formula, no method no strategy or whatever to follow to win. It is just a game. As you know, a game is a game. Is either you win or you lose. I believe it just goes by luck. Just follow your guards . It is good to keep on playing it because even if you don't win the price, you are guaranteed that you will get 5MRP.

When people ask you how it works and what do you do? Tell them that it is their own business. What they do and how they do it, depends on them. SFI is too big and TripleClicks has too many products. What they must do is join and read the SFI BASICS and the LAUNCHPAD then choose what suits them. What they do and how they do it depends on the individual. The are no walls or ceiling. They can go as wide as they like and as high as they wish.

Your question is 'why'. To answer it, it need reasons. I have too many reasons for that. If I could, I was going to make everyone to see what I see.
Here I will give you just few main reasons why anyone should want to become an SFI affiliate.
1. You join for free and get best training, best tools and best quality products to sell. >>> You start a business without capital.
2. You become a businessmen and have people working for you, without paying them. >>> your upline, your downline and SFI Community.
3. You have many shops and many products that you are selling, without owning a shop. >>> TripleClicks
4. You have people taking orders, people packing orders, people delivering/shipping orders, without paying them. >>> ECAs
5. You have people who handle problems and complains, etc, for you, without paying them. >>> TC/FSI Support.
6. You have people who will be working for you in the coming years when you have retired and earn Residual Income. >>> Your Team.
I have too many valid reasons for you Venise. I can go on and on and on and break the record of finishing the computer's ink writing here.

How do I convince prospective ECAs that TripleClicks can be great for LOCAL sales?

You don’t have to convince prospective ECAs that TripleClicks can be great for local sales. You just tell them the benefits that they will benefit by being ECAs at TripleClicks.
Tell them that by being ECAs at TripleClicks:
>>they will have their products online for free.
>>local people can shop online, if they like, they can do local deliveries as well.
>>they will gain more customers, since local affiliates and PRMs will start supporting them.
>>they can grow their local business by selling imported stuff from other TripleClicks ECAs.
>>they can recruit local customers to join TC/SFI and earn extra income.
Just tell your prospective ECAs that the other main reason that will draw local people to join them and grow their business, is that people always want to benefit. If the local people are aware that when they buy at their ECA’s shop, they don’t just get the products that they buy, but they also earn MRPs which can be used to purchase other products, local people will definitely support them.

As an SFI affiliate, you can/should use Key Codes in all your advertising. By embedding different Key Codes into your various advertising efforts, you can easily and quickly identify where your results are coming from--which ad sources are pulling, and which ad sources are not.
