I would tell them not to quit. I might offer them a gift certificate or gift card to let them know they are not alone. I would also give them tips on how to utilize the gift certificates to help them drive their business forward.

I would ask questions and gain insight into what they may be doing wrong or not doing at all. Was it something I suggested that didn't work? Was it something that they read within the SFI community that turned out bad. Or was it something they were possibly trying to do on there own and they happen to run into a scam or something. Whatever it may be I would get to the bottom of it to try and resolve the issue that is hindering the progress.

I would advise them that SFI WORKS! If it were not so, they would no be around since 1998. Before the power of the Internet really took flight! This business works both online and off. It has a proven track record. How many other companies -- that have been around since 1998 -- let people without a high school diploma make six figures a year?

I would try to motivate them in a way not to stick around for my beneift or SFI's benefit, but for their benefit. It is a system that WANTS them to succeed.

I would basically just advise them to give it more time. I would set up phone calls, advertising campaigns, give them some top flight recruits (if they are serious themselves), to help push them to the next level.

I would give them insight into my life and let them know I have been there. I think a lot of folks starting out in this industry have. I would let them know when I was faced with the same dilemma, I worked harder and did not get upset. Not saying that this is what THEY should do, I am just saying this was my thought process as I struggled to see the results.

What we do at SFI is send praise down and criticisms up. This means we continually find praise and helpful information, documents, and resources that motivates and encourages the downlines to progress.

A lot of time is wasted being negative and critical. This type of attitude is unnecessary when communicating with people you are only trying to help.

If you notice, many many successful entrepreneurs and business owners usually have something very positive to say. Not only do they have something positive say, they genuinely believe it in their hearts. This is one of the most crucial teachings you can pass down to your downline. Criticizing there efforts or ideas will only hinder there development as an entrepreneur (this also does not mean we shouldn't teach what we know is right, we just do it in a way that does not criticize).

If you have to criticize, send it up. Complain to your upline and SFI support. Thats what they are there for. But NEVER send criticism down and genuinely believe in the positive messages you send to your downline.

When I evaluate an organization I always look at the top. In any company, the structure that is laid out for its members/employees comes from the top of the organization. Does not necessarily have to come from the CEO or owner because they might not be as hands-on as they were before but somewhere within the organization there is a management structure at the top. If you evaluate that structure of the person or persons at the top, and you believe in its model, if you have that confidence in yourself to be able to fulfill the requirements in order to succeed, then quitting does not even come into the thought process.

So when I look at the founder and owner Gery Carson and I look at the support staff and all of his platinum team leaders. I take a step back and evaluate the structure just as a person-to-person level not necessarily as a member or potential member. I see greatness. When Gary Carson said he struggled and lost money for three or four years before he made anything I believe it and how we says that he wishes there was an asset like SFI in place when he was around starting out I believe that as well -- so evaluating that sentence alone lets me know that this is a legitimate company and he does not want anyone to struggle like he did. Now when you get to evaluate the people that are around him and all of the information and structure that is in place within the system you truly get blown away at how powerful this system can be to make your dreams come true.

By building a second income with SFI your able to use that extra money for whatever expenses or luxuries you desire. The beauty is you don't have to work a lot of hours in order to do it.

Many folks bust there butt's working for managers and supervisors who could care less about them. Here, everyone cares. These people who are at the top of this organization care for you. Why generate a second income somewhere else where you run the risk of folks not caring for you and running you out the door.

Here.. Stay as long as you like. It is FREE to log in everyday and participate. The only way you get booted out is if you violate the terms of service. That's it.

There is no prejudice. People are from all over the world. You might meet new friends that last a lifetime from places you never thought possible.

I think this depends on the person. Everybody has strengths and maybe some weaknesses in these areas. Certain individuals may be more effective distributing them in person and explaining the benefits of receiving a Tripleclicks gift card rather than online. Other people on the other hand may utilize the online arena better than distributing them in person.

Certain folks are able to utilize online methods like social media, blogs, forums etc. because they are more adept at communicating this way. I was lucky enough to have signed up with an active and responsive sponsor. My upline is very supportive and helped me to get started. They have really taught me a lot.

The only thing I would have changed was starting earlier. I made fast track the first day but then I did not log-in for about 2 weeks. I was a little overwhelmed at all of the material outlined and thought to myself "I will never get this".

The more I explored the site the more I started to understand little by little how to succeed in this business. It was a snowball effect of knowledge, meaning it was little by little at first until it got big and bigger. By missing those 2 weeks, I missed out on 2 weeks of knowledge that would have helped me learn quicker than I did.

You should definitely encourage your affiliates to become team leaders right away. The team leader promotion is good for you and your affiliate as well.

By becoming a team leader your affiliate will gain a lot of experience. In order to become team-leader, they will have to do a lot of reading, research, and communicating in order to accomplish this role.
