When you say pursue, I assume helping your teammates. They are both part of your team, so if you see that they are on your movers list then continue to offer support and advise.

Every week you are given 30 vp to send out a team mailer to both your CSA and your PSA my weekly letter is aimed for both and sent to both, there should be no difference to the type of advise you are going to be offering, you want both to become successful!

In my advertising campaigns, is it better to provide more or less information in my ads and why?

As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?

So as a Leader I want to be there to encourage and help in anyway I can, I do this by giving them notes of encouragement or useful tips on how to further their goals. These are the people that you want to invest your time with, because your time is
