My advice is that first of all be honest , tell your team member that you are not sure of the answer but they can refer to the various lessons available or you ll try your best to search for rhe answer. This is what i normally do, then ..........

2. They or you could take Mr Gery' s help.... He has helped me in desperate situations.
3. Go to forum and post your question and you ll get many answers n links to refer.
4. Ask sc .......... Many answers you ll get here too.

6. You can ask your upline team leaders to help, i do this and get alot of help.

There is plenty of help you can get, but you just need to tell your team member to be patient as you search the answer and also encourage them to read the available material on SFI. Im sure all answers are availble , its just a click away.

At 50 plus i know it can be difficult to convince one to join this program. But as you are in the program , you can explain the benefits you are getting from it at a very minimal budget. You ll need to point out that it is ones own business , that can be done at ones conviniency.

One can spend as much money and time as he or she wants 30 minutes to hours to whole day. No time bound business. All at affiliates convinience. You could also tell that in a few years there ll be r etirement and this could be a fantastic way of learning and earning after retirement.

you can also mention that on retirement , they ll have plenty of time so which can be used in recruiting more friends to build a good team which will help in good income.

They could also get to meet and make many friends from all over the world.

Apart from this they will enjoy the various games offered ............ It would be more effective and economical on spending their precious time on SFI the best online program that takes care of everyone irrespective of colour, cast, age and background.

I know it is a lil difficult to make one understand anything new.

I ll share some ideas here:

First and foremost please ask your PSA to go through the basics of SFI. Explain in summary or atleasst outline the major advantages like he or she can work at his own time and speed, there is no boss , no orders , no time limits. Its all about investing your time in learning and earning.

The best way is to encourage him or her to read about SFI, it is all there, so definitely the next step is the launch pad lessons. Here im sure your PSA will understand SFI better as it explains clearly what are the benefits to have joined SFI in each lesson.

Now my experience: as for me , even before reading , my superb sponsor actually came to my place and explained to me practically what I was supposed to do and how i can earn my versa points by doing the daily action, weekly actions etc. so her my message is be supportive to your PSA and give her the necessary help especially in the beginning then later like now I am independant , your PSA will become independant too.

Every week dont forget to send a word of encouragement and reminders through PSA mailer. Try to answer your PSA to tour best ability.

First of all i ll admit that i had no idea that people can also do this.

However , the best i think one should do in This case is be more supportive and explain your downline all the time about the various opportunuties SFI offers. Keep on reminding them on and off. Because there is no other programs better then SFI. tell them to research and see the history of any other program and i bet none can beat SFI.

Tell them that even though this is not a quick rich scheme, with patience and persistence results will be positive. Keep in touch and encourage your members all the time. Assure them that you ll never leave their hand when they ll need you. Im sure they ll all stick around and succeed too,. I hope i helped you.

How often??? Anytime and everytime you need to clarify something, you should communicate. It cand be weekly, daily, hourly etc it just dependes on your need. Infact you should often communicate to build a healthy business relationship, after all that is why he or she is your sponsor or co sponsor. Initially when i joined i could contact my sponsor even every half an hour hahahahh then every 3 hours , then daily, then every thrree days, weekly, and now i just do everything on my own after reading, but im thankful to my sponsor , she really gave me a good hand no matter how many times i called her , she was ever ready to guide me, so to sum up anytime and everytime :-)
