I have a Fast-Track lapel pin. How best to use it to attract sign-ups into SFI?

If you have Fast-Track lapel pin then wear it on your shirt. When you go everywhere wear the lapel pin people see and ask what is this then you tell about the SFI and tripleclicks, how they join SFI and tell them that it is your own business you can build team to become successful in SFI and there are thousands of products available in TripleClicks to buy and they participate in Pricebenders auctions and win lot of products at very cheap prices.
Why do so many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI?

I think so many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI is because they do not invest and want to get quick income in less time. They did not understand the SFI business correctly and did not want to read all materials in SFI and did not contact the upline members and sponsor and co-sponsor. Most of them have not patience to login and work every day. Most of affiliate join SFI but their sponsor did not give guidance so they quit.
What can WE do to make SFI more attractive to new affiliates (without relying on SFI management)?

To make SFI more attractive to new affiliates (without relying on SFI management) is to send them welcome letter when they join SFI. Ask them to login daily and do their daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Read the SFI basics and launchpad lessons. Build active downline team to earn as much as possible.
Purchase and sell the products at tripleclicks. Play eager zebra games to win Zackpot.
Set Standing Order of 1500 VP to earn atleast Executive Affiliate status each month. Recruit 5 PSA monthly to earn EA status. Communicate with downline member as much as possible.

What do you say to your affiliates who are disappointed about being knocked out of the E365 competition?

If your affiliates knocked out of the E365 competition then tell them that this is not the end of the world and don't disappoint.
Tell them that login SFI everyday and do their daily weekly and monthly task. Setup standing order of 1500 VP and maintain their at least EA2 rank every month. Build the active dowline team and marketing the SFI gateways.
Promote triple clicks products and play Eager Zebra games. Try to maintain the top ten rank in class. In this way they achieve success in SFI without E365 competition.

How to use translation to effectively communicate with PSAs from other countries while using SFIM (SFI Instant Messaging)?

If your PSAs from other countries and they don't know English then use Google translate to communicate. Google translate is a great tool.
Write your message in English and then select the language of your PSA and translate your message in that language and send them to PSA. in this way you effectively communicate with PSAs from other countries.

The best way to teach downline how to build their downline is to first they atleast maintain EA2 rank, do their daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Set up their monthly goals and try to achieve them. Send Welcome letter to new affiliates. Send weekly mail through SFI and provide as much information about SFI. Read training materials and launchpad lessons.
Advertise as much as possible and promote SFI gateways in different free advertisement sites. Tell them to build atleast 5 active downline and teach them to set up standing order of 1500 VP and maintain their EA rank.
