Setting Goals are just one part of the Strategic Planning process.

You start with VISION - What is my vision of the future I seek?

Next you set your MISSION - To realize this vision, what should my purpose or mission be?

Then you get to GOALS - What are the short-term and long-term check points or mile posts I need to set up to ensure I stay on my mission and realize my vision?

Finally you get to PLANS - Map out the specific route you will take to reach

I can think of only one shortcut to success at SFI, which of course is open to both 'NEW' & 'OLD' affiliates:

Spending loads of money promoting your gateways to build massive down-lines, ECA refferals & TripleClicks sign-ups.

But if that's not an option open to you, enthusiasm, consistency, duplication and refusing to give up are the best implements for sure success at SFI.

New or old, everyone has a sure shot at success at SFI. That's what makes it so great.

To 'create robust duplication' you need to communicate what YOU are achieving here at SFI.

Duplication simply means to engage, enable & empower others to do exactly as you do.

Use every means available; Stream Posts/ Team Mail/ email/ calls/ webinars/ seminars/ group blogs/ etc, to share what you know, what you are doing & the results you are seeing in your SFI business, with your entire team.

Be careful not to overload them since everyone's time is always

Since SFI has been around for many years, is the playing field fair for someone who have just started in SFI like me?

Sure, the playing field is very fair.

Each SFI member begins on the same footing at the start of each month. The slate is wiped clean and we all start on zero.

Of course those you have already built up their teams will have inputs from their teams actions as well through out the month. BUT they have put in very hard work over months and years, even a decade or more to get to where they're at.

But to answer your question; ABSOLUTELY YES! I have not seen a more fair,

How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

Throw the net far and wide through free/paid advertising and talking to people you know. Many will sign up initially, but as Gery says, only one in about 20 will be great performers.
Go for quantity at the start, then watch how they respond to you welcome and encouragement to pick and work with the few of quality among them.
The truly interested ones will respond to you and work hard. Invest your time and effort with these; connect with them on and off SFI through facebook and other social

SFI represents multiple income earning opportunities. Should I focus on just one, some, or ALL?

My answer is 'some' and here's why and how to choose which ones.

'Just one' - you loose out on all the others, so that has to be wrong.

'ALL' - You could but you would spend your entire day at SFI and that would leave you with no life at all to live and enjoy, so that has to be wrong too.

Some - Yeah right, but which ones? Here's what I recommend:

1) Look at your areas of skill, strength and what you enjoy doing.
2) Look at the realities of your location

What is the best way to present the idea of TripleClicks TCredits to someone who has never heard of them?

In my opinion, here is the best way you can present the idea of TripleClicks TCredits:

1) TCredits is the currency use by one of the largest Mega-Malls on the Internet; TripleClicks.

2) It's somewhat like changing your currency for the currency of another country you may visit as a tourist or for business reasons.

3) You need TCredits to buy, trade, bid or benefit from all the other super deals available to anyone visiting TripleClicks.

4) Exchanging your

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Agreed, some are 'born' leaders, BUT leadership CAN be taught and learned.

And that is where SFI excels above most I have seen.

I'm sure you will agree that Gery Carson, SFI founder and inspirational leader has to be a born leader. And he has put together one of the best leadership training modules I've seen on the internet.

So if you are not one of those 'born leaders' that we would all 'love' to be, then commit yourself to read, study, ponder on and regularly review

Post a thought provoking question on social networks and open it to the public.

For example: Ask "Can this be the next E-Bay" and provide your gateway to TC or SFI on your Facebook or LinkedIn page.

Various people you know and don't know will see your post and check it out just because human beings are curious by nature. Some will sign up then and there. SFI will notify you when this happens, so the first time you contact them they have already signed up. NO QUESTIONS

I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?

Most people who are not very good at talking to people, are exceptional writers. So try writing.

Write on your social sites, set up blogs, send emails to friends and contacts. Share with them your enthusiasm and invite them to try out SFI and TripleClicks for themselves without risk or obligation.

You can't talk people into SFI or tripleClicks anyway. All you need to do is to stir up sufficient curiosity to make them want to check it out. The ones that see the opportunity will
