Very interesting question, permit me to say this, many affiliates after the first 30 days of joining SFI never go back to review the Launchpad again but your question has somehow force many to go back there. Thanks a million because you just hit the nail on the head.
To answer your question I will tell you that the most interesting and best lessons for me is the lessons that show me the major reasons why I join SFI which is the second question asked in my profile. What is my number one reason why I join SFI business? Off course to improve my standard of living.
In other to improve my standard of living I need to get involve in something that will generate more money for me in a legit way. LESSON 19 show me how much I can make if I get involve with SFI business and follow it's rules. From the day I join SFI business, everyone talks about duplication because it's one of the primary key to success in SFI business. LESSON 19 its my first teacher that thought me and exposes me to what duplication in SFI business is all about which go inline with my reason of joining SFI business.
Lesson 19 did not stop in exposing me to how much I can make by duplication but further make it more simpler to understand SFI business in term of duplication by using a funnel as an illustration in LESSON 16. These two lessons (19 and 16)) thought me a great deal of duplication and it's important. Duplication is indeed a wonderful tool to make it big in SFI.

How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

How do you assure duplications happen or take place in those you sponsor, my dear let me be frank with you, in SFI here it's not your duty to begin monitor if your PSA recruit, it's the duty of your PSA because it's their own business too. Your business is to teach your PSAs to do what you do to build your business. If your PSAs refuses to recruit, well it's their business, so my dear work with the workers in your downline. Moreover I don't think any if your movers or serious affiliate will not be burning to recruit PSAs because we all know that's were our great income come from.
Stop waiting time to assure your PSAs are recruiting. It's your duty to recruit and teach them what you do because you want to make more money just the way your sponsor recruited you to make more money. So if you refuse to recruit, your sponsor is already making money on you as long you remain EA. He has taught you what he did to boost his business, likewise do the same and don't wait for him or her to check or force you to recruit and duplicate.
Am not saying you should not care about your 2nd 3rd and so on generations, if your PSAs you sponsor recruited, it's your duty to carry them along as an upline team leader because you get matching VPs from them but not to be making sure they recruited, they already know it's their duty to recruit just as it's your duty that you recruited them. Teach and encourage your PSAs to do what you are doing period.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

I will rather go straight to the point, once you get the required VP needed by the SFI for TL you automatically become a TL with SFI . It does not require you to be a born leader, hell NO, nobody is born a leader but we are all created equally. You were born into this world just like every other persons, so it depend the road you took to upgrade your self that's differs.
Even when you get the required VP to become SFI TL and fail to build or develop your self as a leader, you will just bear the title and not a leader. Today many people claimed to be a leader but they are not, they are just business people. Leaders serves people but business people want to be served by people.
The question now arise, are you providing services and help to your team or expecting your team to provide the services and help to you because you are their leader? How you answer this question tells if you an SFI TL or not. In conclusion no one is born a leader but you develop yourself to become one. Good luck to us all.

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

First I need to explain the different between each rank and their benefits. For example BTL is a step higher than EA and the benefit of BTL is indeed greater than EA. Secondly I explain the different between action points and sales points, I make them to understand that any of the actions can make them EA once they acquire 1500VP but to become BTL or any of the Team Leader rank they need only action points.
Once this is understood, I further explain that SFI have make it easy in becoming EA by setting up a Standing Order with little investment and if they can invest this little amount every month they get 1500vp straight which qualify them for EA. Though SFI did not make it compulsory, it's a matter of choice.
If this opportunity have being provided of becoming EA why do you need to waste your action points in becoming EA when sales point can make you EA. So if your dream or your goal is to become BTL or any of the Team Leader, I strongly advice in setting up a standing order to achieve your EA with sales point and subsequently use your actions points in becoming team leader since it's only action point needed in becoming team leader. Remember setting up SO is choice not compulsory but it is highly recommended if you desire Team Leader position. You cannot recommend it to someone when you yourself don't have it.
Know it that you can still become team leader even without setting up SO but that require a lot of action points, starting from becoming EA then team leader, so to safe your self the stress while not jump strait to EA by setting up Standing Order then use your daily action points to become team leader from EA instead of AFF.

Your questions have answered its self. SFI has been around for many years has answer your question. If SFI is not a fair business then it won't stand up till now, if SFI is not legit then it won't stand up till now, if SFI is not profitable hackers will not attack it.

I won 3 same items sometime ago but the last one was denied me and my money and TCredit return to me, why? Because they want others to win same item too not only me. Is this not fairness?
They give everyone of us the opportunity to manage our business. Is this not fairness? In the forum everyone is treated equally. Is this not fairness. So relax your mind you have choosing the best online business that is legit and fair.

If you had an extra $100, what would be the best way, specifically, to use it to maximize and help grow your SFI business?

First let me congratulate you for the extra $. If I'm in position to answer your question I will go direct to the point as in my own thought. Simply use it to buy PSAs from good ECA and start sponsoring them. Don't be surprise you may have 5 good active EA from it every month. So I recommend that you invest this extra $ into PSAs. good luck to you.
What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

That's actually same problem we are all facing, as you know you can take animal to river but you cannot force it to drink water. leave the animal there until it become tasty then by itself will bend down to drink water. One affiliate once said he was inactive for 4 years before he became active when he came across one of the Sponsor letter which motivated him. Don't be surprise that some of this inactive affiliate are late and if they are alive they will read your mail one day.
Mind you, these CSAs are PSAs to some Sponsors, I believe their sponsors are equally trying their best to make sure they are active.
I will equally advice that you join their sponsors in sending letters, letting them know what they are missing, if they are still alive they will become active one day. that's what I believe.

Which is the best way to receive your SFI commissions (Payoneer, PayPal, check, etc.)?

Your question is determined by many factors, so I will say there are no best way since it depend on your country, your choice, your business, etc. some don't like check because they make use of their income instantly they receive on network either to boost their their business or they do shopping with it, so if they choose cheque it will require them going to the bank which is waste of time to them so they go for Payoneer or Paypal. Some prefer cheque as they want their money physical because of fear of hackers.
So many factors affect choosing best way, it all depend on individual choices and area of residence. For example Paypal is restricted in some countries so you cannot tell them it's the best when they cannot make use of it. In Nigeria only 3 banks accepted Payoneer card, so I cannot tell you it's the best. Your choice is best to you and not to me, my choice is best to me and not to you.
Making findings of what is safer and quick for you within your locality before you make a choice. Before I choose Payoneer I make contact with other affiliate residing in my locality to decided which work well in my country and safer.

There is this adage that said "behind every successful man there is a woman" a good wife will always support the husband in anything that is productive to the family. Consider the following to convince her
1. Try to build your team to a certain level, bid in auction to win some household items.
2. Show her your monthly income SFI paid you
3. Handover the household items you have won in auction to her.
4. Let her know that all your PSAs are yours for life and you earn 45% each from all sales they make.
5. Let her know she can as well exchange items she no longer needed for $
Am very sure she will not only encourage you but invest in your SFI business too.

As the word implies 'LEADER', is to lead by example. You cannot convince me to invest in S-Builder when you yourself did not have the badge. What I believe is expected of every leader is to serve not to be serve and to be an example to what they preach
Be an example to your team
Be their servant and not them to serve you
If a leader posses these 2 qualities he/she will become an icon of leadership.
Lastly, as a business person, know that customers are always right. Why? because what you need is their money so don't stop serving them. See you team as your customers and treat them well, they will bring more money for you.
