Personally, I’ve already done that several times, because I think that it is a good idea.
First, it helps you to build your team; and second it additionally motivates your active PSA’s.
I’ve choose to reassign mostly less active PSA’s to PSA’s which are very active.
These reassignments were done between PSA’s from the same country; because I believe that inactive PSA’s will have benefit if their new sponsor speaks the same language, and that there will be no language, cultural or some other barrier between them.
On the other hand, the active PSA’s will get reward for their dedication.

My advice to you is to communicate with yours Sponsor and Co-sponsor as much as you need to. Once a week, once a day, or whenever it is necessary.
Believe me; they will be happy if you do such, because there is not so much affiliates who are ready to learn and to work hard.
Yours communication and asking questions will be some kind of a signal that you’re very perspective affiliate.
It is in mutually interest that you have success, because your success is also their success.
So ask them, everything you want. Good communication is very useful for both sides.
If they can’t answer for any reason, then you should contact yours up-line, a2a friends, Forum, Ask SC, etc.

Personally, I don't think that this is a good idea.
People love their privacy, and don't like to be called by a totally stranger... especially if they're advertising something.

There is a lot of other sponsoring, advertising and marketing methods and tools which are more appropriate.

You should go to the a2a tab. There are 3 options:
1. Recommended friends for you;
2. New a2a members; and
3. Friend finder.
So, you can get yours a2a friends from every of these 3 mentioned options. When you find a chosen a2a friend, then you just put friend request.
These friends are very valuable, because there is mutually offering of positive support and assistance.

I think that you should participate in the SFI PPA program.
The reasons are:
-it is free;
-you have all of the marketing tools for it for free; and
-you can potentially generate larger income quicker than for the standard SFI program.

Another 10-20 minutes will be quite enough for your monthly and weekly actions.

But, I would recommend to you to invest several more hours for:
-daily advertising;
-making a blog;
-work with your team;
-reading ASK SC answers;
-participating at Forum;
-participating at Auctions and Games; and
-invest some time to your TC "store", i.e. to your product for selling.

1. For example, if you have limited budget, and you're newbie, than you should buy S-builder to get new PSA's and ECA's.
2. After that you should buy IAHBE, because there are plenty of tools which you could use. The most important is how to advertise yourself, and many others.
3. Finally, you should buy TCredits (minimum a pack of 100), because you can bid at the auctions and win another IAHBE, S-Builder and TCredits, if you're lucky.

If you have larger budget, then you should buy all of them.
